These people are nothing more than slum lords. I've lived on one of their properties for a year now, surrounded by filth and black mold. The place is about as anti green and anti efficient I have ever seen, Big gaps around doors and windows letting outdoor elements in. Told the landlord about the mold his response was "Oh it was there before we painted over it". The owner (Tyler) and his wife (Molly) are complete trash. So our lease was up on June 1 2011, we arranged a deal where we would just rent month to month, 3 hours later he sends back an email giving us 2 days to move out or else! They have been of no help since I have lived on one of their properties, and neglect every call for service. I warn anyone who is thinking of moving into one of their places. They lore you in with great prices for rent, but all they want is your money. They will not help you, and I advise not renting the place on Iona Ave in Green Mountain Falls, Colorado, unless you want to be sick all year and breathe in mold spores. I almost have the nerve to call the health department and shut the place down. They wanted to play hard ball, well here's my answer to that. We are basically being kicked out because we complained and he wont fix anything. Classic slum lord tactics. The picture is only some of the mold living in the shower in the downstairs bathroom.
