So my husband and I missed one payment due to their negligence. We changed banks and sent them the billing information and told them to repull the money owed on the third because they couldn't reverse it on the first.
So I called them and they said that they tried to pull funds again on the 14th without my consent. Is this legal? They sent no email or not even a phone call to get our permission.
I will never get a loan again through them.
