On May 13th, after much debate from Pioneer Pools in London, they informed me that I really couldn't purchase a hot tub from Brantford as they are not in the correct district. So off we went to London ( from Woodstock ), which was twice as far to choose our tub (Plug and Play). We picked the one we liked and said that we will be finishing our patio and will call them to deliver. I called on Wed. morning of the next week to arrange delivery. Was at that time we were told that our tub didn't have a plug, they needed to order one as we were getting the floor model. I didn't want the floor model but now they told us that was all they had. Was going to take 2 weeks for the plug. I was angry about this and from that time on all I seemed to get was the run around?.

I kept calling everyday, to no avail". Finally, they said they had a plug and he was supposed to check into it to make sure was good;. Never called back, so I had to call yet again and said I wanted a delivery date asap, . So they called that they were going to deliver that afternoon ( Wed, .- 12 days after purchase)

They arrive 2 1/2 hrs after the time they told us they were coming'. So they dumped off the hot tub, had no clue about anything else (Pioneer was supposed to set up);. They sent us a hot tub, which was supposed to be a plug and play with a plug .. not attached to anything. Just wired hanging out at the end. The hot tub had scratches, the wood base was cracked etc. I called yet again as this time I was furious. Couldnt get ahold of anyone so I left a message. They call back in the morning and tell me that it should not have been sent out that way but it was my fault that I wanted it, so they just sent it out as it was. Are you kidding me??

So I try to set up a time for them to come and set it up and fix up the plug etc. and was told they wouldnt come till next week!! I said NO freaking way, I want it done this week. Finally, they agreed to Sat. morn at 9 am. (It's now Thurs. aftern). I cannot believe what a mickey mouse set up that company is. They couldn't help enough when they wanted my money but as soon as we paid them .. cash, we got treated terribly. Worst customer service EVER!!!
