I shipped a Pioneer Receiver in May 2006 to London by DHL, it arrived damaged, DHL report states “Due to rough handling the equipment got crushed” Because the equipment was insured for transit I submitted a claim on the 12th May 2006. Despite supplying detail information about the equipment, (out of the box failure etc), six months later DHL have not acknowledged my claim, nor have they made any indication towards a settlement.
Is this how they treat small countries?
