I am having ISSUES with Paynet/Pipeline Data/Securepay because they are withholding funds and basing it on my credit score and asking for copies of credit card transactions either carbon or electronic for online purchases. Ooooo.k. how am I supposed to give you paper copies of transactions that were performed electronically? The information I have is the information they have. Also, what does my credit score have to do with any of this after the approval process? If they had problems with my credit why did they approve me and why are they holding my funds hostage? I have a really bad feeling and after looking online at their customer reviews I am not hopefull I will get the money back. If it looks like a scam and feels like a scam it probably is.

This company violates contracts, takes money from my bank account and withholds money from me. I have seen many, many, many other customer reviews about this company and it is a very scary, fraudulent and dishonest company. Is there a way to pursue a class action lawsuit?

This company is a fraud. They were holding several thousand dollars of ours unjustly. They said they were conducting an audit. I sent them all the documents they requested and still held our funds for 2 more weeks. I called several times and spoke with Shaquana and her manager Josh. They were both very rude. They tried to tell me how to run our business and how we can charge for our services. I am very disappointed with this company and will never use them again. They also charged our credit card for $150.00 for some fee. We never agreed to any such charge. I am calling my bank and claiming fraud...
