Hi my name is David, I live in Moreton St. I had to go down town tonight in my own car for your driver that had dropped off our order, we did not get the order until I got back from town, which took at least 10-15 minutes. I as a customer should not have to compensate for your staff making a stuff up when we phoned to place an order with your company when we had said that we needed change for $50.00 the driver did not bring change and that's when i had to use my own car if i had of known i was having to use my car i wouldn't have got our food delivered because of living out of town.
When we received our food it was cold, we had rang back but the manger was no help, why should the customers have to suffer with cold food and have to go down town to brake a $50.00 note because your delivery man makes a stuff up. We also had to wait another 20 minutes due to your delivery man forgetting and leaving a part of our order in his car.
