makanan lambat sampai dan teruk
pada 12 May 2011 (8.30pm), saya dan seorang kawan saya telah makan di PIZZA HUT SEKSYEN 7 SHAH ALAM. Saya order meal spaghetti meatball bolongnise set. Malangnya, garlic bread stick yang saya dapat SANGATLAH keras. Bukan 'breadstick' lagi, dah jadi biskut. Very poor food quality. Then, lepas LEBIH 30 MINIT menunggu, saya belum lagi dapat spaghetti yang saya order. Saya panggil waiter untuk tanya. Lepas 10 minit lagi menunggu, barulah saya dapat spaghetti saya. Spagetti saya sangat lembik, macam terlebih direbus. Sangat TERUK rasanya. Saya terus serik nak makan di Pizza Hut lagi. So, bagi sesiapa yang bercadang nak makan di Pizza Hut/nak buat open table kat sana, saya nasihatlah, fikirlah 2-3 kali. Pizza Hut Malaysia is SUCK!

poor servie
I seriously want to complain the poor service pizza hut at tesco alor setar. Issued 1) Last week, i went alone to tesco a/s pizza hut to having my lunch, 1 of the staff serve me the menu & after i made order (1 spagetti & 1 coke), i just saw the other table have a stand plate look like promotion item, then i just take the stand plate & back to seat to read, then i saw got 1 promotion is almost the same with my order (1 spagetti, 1 drink & bread stick) only at RM9.80 (included all tax), then i ask that staff whether i can get this promotion item, the feedback of that staff was really let me feel dissapointed, she said:" oh, sorry miss, the bill was printed out already, is unable to change." Finally, i get to pay RM 16++(is almost to pay double compare to the promotion price). As a customer, i think i have the right to know the "worth" of every cent that i will be to spend, do your parties agree that your staff suppose to give me the best suggestion & my "right" when im being make order?? Issud 2) Today (24th, april), i choose to forgive your staff so that i bring along my husband to there to having lunch 1 more time, we seat inside your pizza hut tesco a/s around 5-10 minute to wait any 1 to serve us, but i don't know whether is't we are chinese or we only 2 person, so that all the staff like never seen us. My husband asking me :"why nobody to serve us?"(that is not peak circumstances because onlygot 2-3 table customer, i think is not so busy hour)..On that moment, i saw a group of customer(5-6person) walk in and seat beside our table, then i tell to my husband:" never mind, we see whether the staff serve them rather than us or not, then we just decide having lunch at here or not here, ok?"..Really really dissapointed, the staff take the menu to serve them than us, somemore walking passed by our table and see us like transparent..i with my husband just stand up & walk out from your PizzaHut tesco alor setar..From the aboementioned of 2 issued, i just want to tell to your parties, although they treat me like this, but i also never scold any staff on the sport at there, "But", i will never never be your cusomer again, & i will tell to my family, friend, facebook friend about this issued...

PADA 22 DECEMBER 2010. SAYA MKAN BERSAMA KAWAN2 DI PIZZA HUT PAVILLION.KITEORANG DUDUK TABLE DKAT ORANG BARU SAHAJA SELESAI MKAN. PEKERJE DYE ANGKAT PIGGAN SUME.TERUS LETAK MENU. TAK LAP PUN MEJA YANG KOTOR TUH. TAK KAN KITEORNG NK MKAN DEKAT MEJA KOTOR!! 2ND PASAL SERVICE MKANAN.SAYA ORDER AIR COCHLATE MINT FRAPE. GELAS DYE YG TINGGI TUH KN. poor service and food bad taste
I have visited to new open pizza hut at pahang jerantut with my colleague. When i enter to the restaurant, and standing in front of the counter, the cashier pretend that never see me. We're very close, just in front of her, but she keeping doing her things, pretend that never see me, never ask me to be patient or serve me. I stand there for more than 5 mins. After that, 2 malay ladies came in to the restaurant, the cashier saw them, and quickly ask them what can help. Is it ur service like that? That's not so many of customer in the restaurant. Their food serve very slow. The soup not hot at all, pizza very difficult to bite and no taste, garlic bread hard like biscuit, the taste of chicken wing also not nice, outside like cook too long, and inside like cookless. I hope that u all can submit this msg to pizza hut HQ in Malaysia, let them to know that this kind of service, and hope they can reflect on these parts.Thank you.

No delivery- waited for 2 hours
I made a order with pizza Hut malaysia ( home delivery) by local time 7.15 pm on 12 Jun 2010. I waited untill for 2 hours and nothing turned up!. And to my suprise when i call then again at 9.20 Pm to enquire, they said their particular resturent is busy amd so i have to wait. A BULL SHIT SERVICE FROM PIZZA HUT MALAYSIA. My kids waited for the pizza really slept.
WORSE SERVICE FROM PIZZA HUT MALAYSIA
ALSO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
COMPLAINTS AND ENQUIRY IS GOOD FOR NOTHING.
When i called the enquiry anf ask the person there, that i need to talk to their manager, The manager was not willing to talk to me, shit, why he is oppointed for ?
Guys i would really say pls go with Dominos ... Pizza hut SUCKS

POOR SERVICE
ON THE MOTHERS DAY ON THE 9 MAY, SUNDAY...THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...NEVER IN MY LIFE WALK IN A RESTAURANT AND GET VERY DAMN POOR SERVICE. THAT NIGHT I WITH MY HUSBAND AND 2 KIDS TRYING TO FULFILL MY SON REQUEST ON HAVING SPAGHETTI SO, AS USUAL WE DECIDE TO SEARCH FOR PIZZA HUT...AT FIRST WE GO TO PIZZA HUT NEAR SETIA TROPIKA HOUSING BUT IT WAS FULL SO WE DECIDE TO GO AT BUKIT ALIFF PIZZA HUT NEAR JALAN TAMPOI AND LUCKY FROM OUTSIDE WE CAN SEE THROUGH THE MIRROR THAT HALF OF IT WERE EMPTY...BUT UNFORTUNATELY ONCE WE STEP INSIDE THE RESTAURANT IT DOESN'T FEEL LIKE WE ARE WELCOME...NOBODY ENTERTAIN US...AND HAD TO CALL FOR STAFF TO CLEAN THE TABLE THAT WE WERE GOING TO SIT. THE STAFF MENTION THAT THEY ARE OUT OF STAFF...AT FIRST WE CAN ACCEPT THE EXCUSE OF THE PROBLEM...THE THE DRAMA BEGIN...I DID ARRIVE ABOUT NEAR 9 PM AND THEN AFTER SEATED, MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR NOBODY TAKE ORDER!!! I WAS SO CURIOUS...MY HUSBAND ASK FOR STAFF TO TAKE ORDER...BUT THEY SEEM LIKE DON'T CARE...I GET VERY ANGRY...I DID TRY TO ASK FROM TABLE NEARER, THERE WAS AN INDIAN FAMILY THAT BRINGING THEIR MOM TO CELEBRATE THE DAY...FROM I AND MY FAMILY ARRIVE THEY ARE WAITING FOR THEIR PIZZAS...!!! IT IS REALLY FUNNY BECOZ I CAN SEE BOXES OF PIZZA BEEN OUT FOR TAKE OUT AND SOME OF IT I THINK ARRIVE BEFORE ME...THEN THERE'S NOBODY TO TAKE MY ORDER...BECOZ OF MY SON REALLY REALLY WANT THE SPAGHETTI I WAIT BUT ME AND MY HUSBAND CANCEL TO EAT THERE BECOZ WE FEEL LIKE STUPID STARING THE STAFF WALKING INFRONT OF US BUT...ONLY AT 9.50 THEN THEY CAME AND I SAID I JUST WANT TO TAKE AWAY 1 SPAGHETTI SEAFOOD MARINARA...I DIDN'T HAVE THE APPETITE...
DURING WAITING THE RESTAURANT NOT FULL...AND THE STAFF DIDN'T APPLY FIRST COME FIRST SERVE...THEY ONLY SERVE PEOPLE SEAT NEARER...HOW COME?????WHERE GOES THE TRAINING?????
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT WHERE THE MANAGER??????!!!
AFTER ALL THERE'S FEW FAMILY WALK WITH ANGRY FACE AND DISAPPOINTED OUT OF THE RESTAURANT BECOZ OF NO STAFF ENTERTAIN THEM..SERVING THEM
IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE PIZZA HUT THE INTERNATIONAL RESTAURANT...
EVEN A PLATE OF SPAGHETTI TAKE ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTE AFTER SEEING MY ANGRY FACE...THEN WHEN I WALK OUT OF THE RESTAURANT THE INDIAN FAMILY STILL DIDN'T GET THEIR PIZZA ALTHOUGH THEY ALREADY TOLD THE STAFF THAT IT IS TOO LONG AND THEY WANT TO PACK THE PIZZA...PITY...
I THINK THEY ALREADY HIRED THE WRONG STAFF...I DID ASK WHAT THE MANAGER NAME AND THE NAME IS SHAZWAN...AND WHAT DOES HE DO TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM???NOTHING...
ALTHOUGH I KNOW PIZZA HUT MAYBE DON'T REALLY CARE ON WHAT I COMPLAINT BUT I WANT TO TELL THIS BECOZ IF YOU ARE IN MY SHOES IN THE MIDDLE OF SPECIAL DAY TO CELEBRATE (MOTHER DAY) THEY REALLY SPOILED THE DAY...REALLY...WHAT DO YOU FEEL...

Inaccuracy of notice
My family and I visited Pizza Hut in Berjaya Megamall in Kuantan yesterday, 13 December 2009 at 10.40 am. The notice which was displayed stated that the restaurant starts operation from 10.00 a.m. t0 10.00 p.m.
We were surprised when we saw the door locked but there were two staff in the premise, one of them was mopping the floor. When we indicated we are patronising the restaurant, they showed us sign language by putting up two fingers, which my children intepreted to mean 11.00 a.m. When we pointed to the notice, they did not even bother to come to the door to explain. My son was very dissapointed and frustrasted at not being able to eat at the restaurant because he has to catch a bus at 12.00 p.m. and has to be at the station by 11.30 a.m. Why was the information displaying the time of operation inaccurate? We hope that the management would take extra care in the accuracy of their information displayed so as not to cause frustrations, dissapointment and disruptions to plans. Thank you.

menghalau pelanggan
saya amat tidak berpuas hati dgn layanan pizza hut jln bakri muar, saya sampai 8.35pm, order mula sampai 8.50pm satu persatu, tetapi belumpun anak saya 3thn selesai makan maksud saya makan masih ada di pinggan air masih penuh di cawan, staff sana dah nak ambil pinggan..menghalau dgn cara thormat konon, sedangkan saya melihat jam baru 9.13pm. saya hairan kenapa dia cepat sangat nak meghalau kami..bila saya lihat baru saya faham rupanya masih ada custmr yg dtg..
Saya hairan kenapa restaurant sana tidak menggunakan ting.1 sedangkan di ting.1 ada tersedia kerusi & meja..tetapi tidak digunakan bahkan lampu pun tidak dinyalakan.
Bagi pihak pengurusan harap dapat melatih staff agar lebih sopan melayan pelanggan.

NO DELIVERY after 2 calls
today 17 march 2009, i ordered thru free order line for a Pizza & a drink, in few minutes i called again and asked wether i could ADD another pizza for the order, the operator said YES, and i gave the order. 1st Pizza came st 1st hour, i asked the delivery guy that i ADDED another pizza. he said it will come.
as i called 2nd time, so i checked my second call time, and CALLED just 60 mintes after that call, i asked about my 2nd order, Operator said that my 2nd order is on the way, i did say that its been OVER 1 hour, and again she said its VERY CLOSE, n on the way.
now its 11:00pm and they are closed, its been over 3 hours- NOT that the pizza was about to get LATE, . we never EXPECTED "NO PIZZA", .
yes, . i did NOT get the PIZZA n DRINK which i ordered, .
i just cant believe this.
One day at Taman Tun Dr Ismail outlet( PizzaHut) i ordered regularly, Pizza n few Pepsi for the famly, but after a wile i got ICE LEMON tea, as i ORDERD "PEPSI", . i said i asked for PEPSI, and he said NO pepsi so he decided to bring ICE LEMON TEA, so i said i want 7 up, he said NO STOCK, then i asked for MIRINDA he said NO stock RUDELY, . again i said i want anything ELSE than that, . UNbelievably he said NO more COLD drinks exept that, . so i asked for a HOT milo, . he did everything he kud to KEEP his RUDENESS, . but i couldnt BELIEVE that they DONT have any COLD drinks, . but to my SUPRISE- at that SAME minute- i saw OTHER tables being SERVED with PEPSI & Mirinda, .
i dont know why i was TARGETTED like that, .
