I am complaining about the manager at our local Pizza Hut located at 15 & Chew street Allentown. First of all, we ordered meat lovers pizza and they delivered a simple cheese pizza with the price of meat lovers. I am not upset for not getting what we ordered as much as I am upset for not getting apology for delivering a wrong pizza. The manager answered with very rude attitude blaming us for not talking clear when we ordered the pizza. After so many years of being a loyal customer to Pizza Hut, I decided to not order from them anymore. I wish it was a way to talk to the owner of the store and inform him/her of the way his store manager treats the customers.

I took my 4 year old and 6 year old to Pizza Hut after school today as an end of term treat. Its not my kind of thing but they love it. My 4 year old didn't really enjoy his pizza
but did have 2 finger bowls of apple and cucumber. They both wanted the icecream factory (included in the price) and after 2 mouth fulls he threw up much to my embarassment. I was refused help by the staff who gave me the disinfectant spray and kitchen roll and told me I'd have to do it because they weren't allowed. The Manager was shocked that I complained at the lack of help, afterall I was covered in sick, as was my child. He said it was my child and I should clean it. He then told me that it was not his fault that I had fed my child so much that he threw up. Wow, what a great Manager. Great social skills don't you think?? I'm sure he'll go far with such a caring and sensitive attitude. He then asked me what I do for a liviing so that he could tell me how to do my job! Oh my God, how does he stay open with such a disgusting attitude to paying customers.

I have never been so insulted and treated so badly in a restaurant. I will never return and will make sure no one I know does either.

He ruined the treat for my children and then charged me full price for the privilage.

semalam saya dan kawan saya 2 orang lagi pergi makan tengah hari di pizza hut jalan putra. ini adalah kali kedua saya pergi ke pizza hut sana. nak kata busy x pun, tapi adalah dalam 3 meja ada pelangan, staff ade dalam 4 orang, tapi tiada seorang pun jumput kami. then our self went to have a sit, then press the bell to have a menu bt no one alert. no point you keep the bell on the table. after a few minit my freind went to salad place, kotor n daki hijau di senduk tu. agak kotor sangat. lalat banyak. adakah ni pizza hut or kedai mamak??? then a staff come to my table and give only 1 menu to let us share 3person... he...he...he... adakah pizza hut ni miskin untuk nak cetak buku menu pun x cukut duit. if dont mine i can donetion to you some pay. then staff yang sama juga datang nak ambil order, we order pizza meal 3. and we also add 4pcs honey bbq wings. isit add on price or ala'carte price. but in the bill they give me ala'catre price... isit if we ask to pack the balance pizza u will put in paper back??? dahlah ambil pesanan pun lambat, pizza pun dah sejuk, gelas tak bersih, sudu tak bersih, ambil order pun muka masam. will uyou be agree if you went to a shop to have ur lunch with ur friends and they treat you like this??? so so so so so so bad service. if compare with the new at catay lama n tesco, jalan putra totaly out. i like to go the new pizza bcos the enviroment is so nice and good service. also tesco (keep it up guys). hope when next time i went to the pizza hut jalan putra the service will be changed and clean.

I ordered 2 pizza's, 20 wings, and an order of breadsticks that evening for my family. The one pizza was supposed to be pepperoni and sausage with regular sauce and ended up having light sauce. The second pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni, ham, and bacon and half plus mushrooms with light sauce and ended up having mushrooms all over it. The food was cold when it arrived after waiting almost an hour and a half. The credit card was run incorrectly with a total that was TEN WHOLE DOLLARS too high. When the replacement pizza was delivered for the half-and-half mushroom/sans pizza, the sauce was regular instead of light. I called the manager and was told that I would be issued a credit for the entire meal, but when I got that credit today it was only for 2 pizzas, 10 wings, and a dipping sauce. This isn't a credit to replace the whole order, it's close but not quite there. I'm very disappointed, I'm going to redeem my letter for the free food but after that I probably won't be doing business with this pizza hut location any more.

Few days ago my family and I were in Brussels as tourists for a one day trip. For lunch we decided to have pizza hut as a safe and standardize choice. All of us ordered pizza with normal size, 8.95 € (normally this size has a Diameter about 23-26 cm) but unbelievably we received “LILIPUT” size pizzas with a size of a normal Saucer or tea plate (11-13 cm Diameter)!!!That was not enough even for my little niece! And when we asked about, they said:"pizza hut hat independence standards in each country!"
