THE MANAGER CONTINUED TO BE VERY RUDE AND SAID THAT WE CAN ORDER AGAIN BUT THAT WE WOULD BE PUT IN LINE AGAIN!! WHAT!! I HAVE ALWAYS ORDERED FROM THEM AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BUT WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM 512-863-9556

Delivered wrong order
Pizza Hut delivered the wrong order. Immediately called the store to let them know. I was told it would be another 45 minutes before they could get another pizza to me. This was not acceptable. Asked for the driver to return to pick up the wrong order and to have my credit card credited. I was told this could not be done. I drove to the store to deal with the manager face to face. I am still not satisfied that I could not get a receipt showing a credit to my account. I was told that I would have to wait 3-5 business days for the credit to appear. This was a very frustrating experience and felt like I was dealing with inexperience manager as well as an inexperienced customer service representative. Don't plan to order pizza from Pizza Hut anytime soon. My family will attest to that since 5 years ago I had a bad experience with a KFC/Taco Bell restaurant and I refuse to go there. I guess I hold grudges.

Expired baked macaroni
My family (with my wife, my 6 y/o son and my 7 month old baby) along with my wife's couple of nieces went to Pizza Hut SM Bacoor last Saturday 05Jun2010. One of the foods we ordered was the baked macaroni. Since the youngest from the group, my baby, was already hungry, my wife gave a portion serving to him. A few spoonfuls of baked macaroni has already been eaten by my baby and what's left in the bowl was placed in in my plate as well as my wife's.
While eating the first few bits of the said macaroni, I noticed that the food is already expired. I know the taste of a fresh one because we always order the same food every time we visit Pizza Hut. I raised the matter to the store manager and he gave me the contact number to let them know what will happen.
The next day, Sunday, as early as 3am, my baby started to have diarrhea and became very severe throughout the day. Monday, I rushed my baby to the hospital as his diarrhea became much worse. I also contacted the Pizza Hut manager to inform them about the situation.
By Wednesday, my baby's diarrhea subsided. When talked to the manager again, she advise me that Pizza Hut can only reimburse back any expenses incurred during my baby's sickness.
I just wonder why they will just pay us for the expenses like the tests and the medicines?
After all what happened to my son? The worries, significant loss of weight of my baby, 3 nights without sleep, setting all other things aside just to take my baby to the hospital, the disappointment to the quality of food we got?
Pizza Hut doesn't know how to keep their loyal customers.
We were a loyal customer of Puzza Hut and we dine here once every 2 weeks. Our company is also a big customer of this.
But now, I don't think we will visit Pizza Hut again. I'm totally disappointed.

Customer Service
Went to purchase a pizza to go. I watched the workers go out the door to smoke a cigerate, then came back in with out using gloves or washing their hands and handled the pizzas. I also watched the manager and another worker play with their telephone viewing pictures, then without washing their hands, handle the food. Please be advised, no one but one employee is wearing gloves. I also watched and informed the workers and manager at this time of another employee rubbing his head, nose, and coughing while preparing pizzas. I was told that that the employees didn't have to wear gloves because the oven will kill any germs and it was not required for employees to wear gloves. I was told that if I wanted the person that was preparing my pizza to wear gloves, I should informed them when I place my order. I told them that this was my fault, I should have canceled my order, but I got one better, I will just not come back and inform people of my findings. I also told them that if they know that customers are watching them, they should do everything that they can to assure that the customer is satisfied and will return.

manager
it has come to my attention that the pizza hut in philipsburg, pa is not complying with their own policy. They have a manager that does not have a diploma or a ged. I tried to contact the owner but he never got back. Any ideas what i can do about this so people with the right qualifications do not get screwed. Im just lookin out for the little guy. I am in the construction field, I work for a living.

Jerks to work for
I work for Pizza Hut and the people that I work with make my job a living hell. I have some neck problems. I have a hard time moving and I have a lot of pressure in my neck. It hurts a lot. The people I work with give me a hard time about it. They make comments and jokes about it. When they want me to do something sometimes they will yell at me if I don't get to it right away, even though I move slowly. Once the store manager humiliated me in front of the other employees at a store meeting. The store meeting was supposed to be about company policy, but the manager made it about me.

Late Delivery
I placed my order at 23:22 and was told the pizza would arrive in about 30 min. 45 min later a cold pizza was finally delivered. The sloppy, nasty-looking delivery guy didn't even apoligize! While I was waiting on the pizza I tried calling Pizza Hut 3 times and was put on hold twice...

Under cooked food
I ordered online a Large pepperoni pizza and a large footiefeast pizza on 13/5/2010 at 8.54pm. After ordering I realised I had not added that I would like my pizza's well cooked. I telephoned the shop and spoke to a young man who assured me that they would carry out my instructions.
The shop is approx 3-4 miles away from where I live so I was very suprised when the delivery arrived at 9.24pm. I paid the delivery man and he went on his way. When I then opened the pizza's I was disgusted to see that they were totally under cooked, in fact the dough was white, the meat also looked uncooked. I am not one to complain so turned on my own oven and put them in. While waiting for them to cook I thought I should complain as I had paid good money for both them pizza's and the are not cheap. The girl who answered the phone had no idea how to rectify the situation and kept having to repeat everything I was saying to the manager who I could hear was on his phone to a personal call. He never once tried to take the phone of this pitiful girl but instead proceeded to shout that he doesn't do refunds and if I wanted to send them back he would send me a replacement order. I explained that I did not want a replacement that evening as that would result in us having to wait at least an hour and we had to go to bed for work in the morning. He then said well its a refund or you can complain to head office. I said I would choose to do that and could I have the telephone number.
The next day at work I rang the number but it was for a mailbox and NOT the complaints. I got the number from the internet and made a complaint to a man caklled Joe. He made all the right noises and promised me I would hear somthing shortly. Today I phoned again to check on progress and was informed that since I refused replacement pizza that night then I forfeited my rights. I could not have a refund because it was not policy. I told them that I WOULD NEVER AGAIN order from their company and that if I would have reported the state of the food to environmental services they may have been looking at a severe reprimand.

Really bad food and customer service
We ate at Pizza Hut, Fulham Gardens and were appalled at the type of food they offer for the price. There was a 10% surchage because it was a public holiday. The base, which was thin & crispy instead of the perfecto ordered, tasted like cardboard, the toppings were sparse and then when we complained about it, it took them nearly 2 months to reply with a letter of apology. I'm sorry but when I complain about a big chain, such as pizza hut or mcdonald's i expect to get a free meal, equivalent of the complaint. I would never eat there again.

FOUND A BONE IN MY PIZZA
I ordered a small grilled chicken pizza meal with 2 garlic bread and a medium pepsi. First of all i got the pizza after 1.5 hr and they charged me 29 dirhams, when their site say 22 dirhams. (thats roughly 8 dollars) . I started having the pizza and half way something hard hit my tongue when i spitted out it was a piece of bone. Now how in the hell does a piece of bone get in the pizza. what if i had swollen it, surely would have got stuck in the throat. After that i called to complain and no body picks up the phone.I have the pictures for proof and i sure will screw them hard.(UNITED ARAB EMIRATES)
