rude customer service
Called to order a pizza, was told by Matt Halleck that Icould not order a $10.00 any topping pizza with double toppings. Where in the past I have done several times before. I don't know if thats a new rule or inconsistancy in your business. Plus he was talking over me and wouldn't give me a chance to talk and to where he hung up on me.Either way he was very rude and I will never eat or recommend your product again.

Customer Service
We went to Pizza Hut on Sunday hoping to have the buffett. We came in a seated ourselves and the waitress came to get our drink order. I asked if they had the buffett open and she explained that the buffett is now only Mon-Fri. She asked if we were still going to order and I asked for a couple of minutes. The waitress never returned to our table. We waited for at least 20 minutes before giving up and leaving. No one ever came back to our table. There were other families during the time we wasted at Pizza Hut that came in, sat down, and left without anyone ever speaking to them. I would say that I have never seen such poor customer service but I have at this same store. Once before we ordered a stuffed crust pizza, I came to pick it up 30 mins later, I was told that it still had a couple of minutes. After I waited in the store for 10 more minutes I received a call on my cell phone - It was someone calling from Pizza Hut to tell me that they were out of stuff crusts!!! This store is the worst if you are ever visiting Barnesville, GA or if you live here please do not support this store with your money and time.

Was left without my diner
I call my local pizza hut and hear the specials, one of which was a med one topping and breadsticks for 9.99. I ask to add more toppings and pay the price for extra toppings and I was told I could not do that because the breadsticks were being sold at 25cents a breadstick and if I wanted more then I need to pay full price (not exactly customer friendly). So I order something different and have my order delivered; and I pay over the phone with a debit card.

When the driver arrives he asks for my card so I show it to him and he asks to etch the number on the receipt for the store and etches the ENTIRE number of my debit card on the receipt. I tell him I need that receipt because I am comfortable with him having my entire number. He says if he does not get the entire number he will be fired. So I offer to call the store. I speak with a manager who informs me this is policy so that incase of a dispute they will not be out the money. I explain it is not safe for the customer and the managers says the receipts go straight to the store and in an enevolope and to the home office. I tell him I cannot have my number exposed to so many people so the manager demands back his pizza. So I was left without my dinner.

Its as if they are saying it is more important for them to be able to fight disputes than to safegaurd their customers information. I find the policy odd because they don't etch the number when you purchase in the store. I was also not informed of this policy when paying for my order. I think it is irresponsible to give access to your debit number (which banks aren't very helpful in the case of fraud) to so many people, pizza hut expects me to trust the driver and each employee to handle the receipt and the home office to handle my number without incident.

Terrible Pizza/Worse Customer Service
It was the perfect night for pizza, cold and rainy. My daughter suggested pizza hut as the girls wanted the "stuffed crust". After several trys at the "national phone number", she finally got a person on the other end of the phone. The girl spoke very very poor english but my daughter was polite and patient. She ordered a Medium 3 topping stuffed crust pizza and then proceeded to ask if there was a "special" drink or wing deal. She wanted ice tea. She was told unoquivically NO. NO specials tonight. The pizza finally arrived within the time aloted. To my SHOCK...the price was 44.90 cents without tip!! That's right 45.00 dollars for a medium pizza and a few wings!!!

When we opened the box the pizza was half hanging outside the box and stuck to the lid. The wings where dropped inside the cardboard box with a half azzed attempt to put sause over them. ( I took pictures). Okay, thats pretty bad...but the real problem came when we customer service. Customer service directed us back to the store. When asked what is the point of your division if you don't help? The girl was rude and tried to connect us. Unsuccessfully of course...what then proceeded was a gong show of calling numbers being transferred and being put on hold. The last time we were on hold was for 35 mins...no exhaturation!! WE could here that business was happening while we were on hold. Finally a man with again very poor english came on the line and as my daughter politeley told him what the problem was he basically told her she was a liar. He said. "I assure you maam, I packed that pizza myself and there is no way it came the way you described". Okay, now I now I am getting irritated. I took the phone from my daughter and explained to him that he needed to come and pick up his pizza and wings untouched and bring back our $45 dollars as this was unexceptable. That is when things really got scary. He flat out said he would not refund any money and that we were lying. He then proceeded to tell us how many times we ordered from his store which was twice. Not bad since we had just recently bought the house. He was rude beligerant and flat out unhelpful. He told us all the things he couldn't do for us and when I asked him what he could do for us, he agreed that he would send out a new order. Not really acceptable but feeling we had just been robbed agreed to it. Not that we would eat the food he would send because we knew in our hearts he would have done something bad to it. Anyway as it turned out, we didn't have to worry about it because he lied. He never came with a new pizza order or called back, in fact we never heard a peep from him. So 45 dollars lighter and a table full of cold nasty squished pizza and rubber non saused wings...we made grilled cheese sandwhiches.

NEVER as long as I live will I order from PIZZA HUT IN HANSON RANCH CALGARY AGAIN. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE POSTER CHILDREN FOR HOW NOT TO RUN A BUSINESS AND i WILL BE TELLING EVERY PERSON I KNOW AND ANYONE WILLING TO LISTEN HOW THEY RIPPED US OFF AND THEN CALLED US LIARS. WE WERE JUST A HUNGRY FAMILY LOOKING FOR A PIE ON RAINY COLD NIGHT!! THIS ISN'T THE LAST YOU WILL HEAR OF US PIZZA HUT HANSON RANCH!!!

Accused of stealing
Went to the Pizza Hut in Llano. I have to limit my caffiene intake, so I ordered water and asked for sweetener We were told that we were going to be charged for a beverage. Said we were trying to steal a soft drink because we wanted suger. I have no problem paying for my drink, but they made a scene about it. They did this where all the customers could hear. We asked for a customer service numbner and was told they were not a corporate store and didn't have one. The manager said the only way to contact them was through their website.

Salam sejahtera, disini saya ingin membuat aduan dan rasa kecewa terhadap Restaurant Mgr diPizza Hut Sunshine, Penang, saya merupakan bekas staff di dan telah menamatkan perkhidmatan saya pada 30/02/2010 setelah 4 thn berkerja di restaurant itu, atas sebab sikap restaurant mgr yg tidak tahu menghormati org lain dan menganggap dirinya berkuasa di rest. selalu mengugut untuk menahan gaji staff dan memotong hours serta kiraan gaji staf yang tak betul. Dalam meeting di rest, staff dikata berkira, restauran mgr cuba mencari pelbagai kesalahan terhadap staff lama n cuba menyingkirkn nya, ini mengakibat ramai staf yang lama dan berpengalaman dan sebahagian staff lain berhenti. Staff yang baru masuk hanya boleh bertahan lebih kurang 2 atau 3 hari saja. Kenapa motor san delevery sangat teruk. Kalau berlaku kemalangan kenapa rider kena tanggung semua kos baik pulih motor...Kenapa selalu berlaku permotongan gaji...sedangkan rider bertarung nyawa diatas jalan untuk membuat penghataran.

An overall bad service which ruined my friend's birthday. It started by a not well cleaned table, without any plates or cutlery, only napkins provided.

We ordered 1 Garlic Bread Cheese, 1 Chicken Strips as starter, followed by 1Medium Pan Vegetarian Supreme Pizza and 1Large PanChicken Supreme Pizza and 2 pepsi.

The order was taken by the above mentioned asian looking guy, code 80 Najmus S.

Description of the team members being given as nobody had any name badges, so had to go by description.

After odering the food, there was no sign of any plates or cutlery, only the drinks.

Soon after the starters were served by another asian looking guy with spectacles and beard and we had to ask for plates and they were literally banged on the table and just vanished in the air, with no cutlery as if we were meant to eat the starters by hand.

We had to stop a tall asian looking female to bring the cutlery, who was in turn not too happy to help.

Then the main was served again without any proper plates, as we were only given starter plates. This time it was a chubby mixed race girl with curly hair.We had to once again ask for the plates to serve the pizza.

The food was up to the standard without any doubt.

The final blow came when we asked for a refill for one Pepsi and were blatantly refused on the face as we were sharing it. It was said in a very rude way by 80 Najmus S and he even showed so much attitude. This is not a definite way of dealing with customers.
Code 80 Najmus S then called his manager who was a big built asian man with semi bald head.

The manager tried to explain the policies of the company that it is mentioned in very small print of the menu that the refill is not available for refill. That was fair enough and he tried to offer the drink which we didnt want anymore and he then apologised.

In that case the guy code 80 Najmus S could have told us that the drinks were not available on refill as he overheard us, unless he is deaf that we were discussing about sharing the drinks. He could have politely told us that the drinks wont be available for refill once shared but he didnt care a damn and most probably wanted to put us off Pizza Hut. In his case I would have offered the drink but later on as a goodwill gesture mention that it is normally not availble for sharing. It is such a shame to have spent £35.44 in Pizza Hut. It was a mistake opting for Pizza Hut instead of Nandos, the wait at Nandos would have been well worth, with at least no such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The poor service could be reason why people opt for Nandos instead.

We all deal with Customer Services in everyday life but service so bad never witnessed in my life.

All the team members clearly provided no good customer service. Pizza Hut being such a big food company and has good standard, what a shame the team members do not value their customers.

This whole experience did not only ruin my friend's birthday but did put me off Pizza Hut at Greenwich Penninsula where I used to dine for at least once in a month.

I will be available on the number provided for further enquiry. I hope to get any feedback at least from Customer Services.

Bad service
Went into pizza hut to order and the manager in a black shirt said it would take about 20 minutes so i said ok thats fine i went back to get my pizza and it still wasnt ready when i went up to the counter i seen a short white waitress with short hair standing in front of the manager with his chin on her shoulder when i finally got my pizza i drove away and seen them kissing in the back .

Banned from restaurant
I just heard from my brother that during his last visit at Pizza Hut there was an incident that resulted in him and a group of several coworkers being banned from the restaurant. I was ready to hear a dramatic story but this is what I heard... My brother and a group of his coworkers went to a local Pizza Hut for lunch; they all had the buffet. When done, everyone in the party left a $1 tip and the waitress even kept some of the change ( without asking) of some of the gentlemen. One of the gentlemen in the group dates a waitress (not the same one that waited on these gentlemen) that works at this same Pizza Hut; and she called him after the gentlemen left the restaurant to relay the message that none of the men in this group are allowed back in this Pizza Hut. THE REASON - they are racist because their tip was not large enough (according to the waitress and the manager). The decision was based solely on this and nothing else - no derogatory comments or gestures from these men - just not enough money. Maybe the amount of the tip was possibly based on the service received or maybe in these hard economical times people give what they can and not because of racism. Why do people have constantly stir things up and tear people apart instead of working to bring people together. So now I will let people know how unfair the employees of this Pizza Hut are and hopefully people will come together to change this attitude by boycotting Pizza Hut.

yes my boyfriends manager is being rude to him when he just started working there and he has being rude to his customers to and he pushed a girl to.
