SLOW...PIZZA RAW...PASTA BURNED..
WENT THERE 2/1/10 AT 7:30 PM...ORDERED 3 SANDWICHES, 2 PERSONAL PAN PIZZAS, AND SPAGHETTI...15 MINUTES LATER THEY COME OUT AND INFORM US THEY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO MAKE THE SANDWICHES...WE RE- ORDERED 2 MORE PERSONAL PAN PIZZAS. 20 MINUTES LATER 2 PERSONAL CHEESE PIZZAS AND 1 SUPREME PERSONAL PIZZA WAS SERVED. ANOTHER 20 MINUTES LATER 2 MORE PERSONAL PIZZAS AND PASTA WAS SERVED. PASTA WAS NOT SPAGHETTI...IT WAS SOMETHING WITH CORKSCREW PASTA. THE TOP WAS BURNED AND THEY HAD TRIED TO COVER IT UP WITH PARMESAN AND PARSLEY. MY 5 Y.O. GRANDSON TRIED TO EAT IT, BUT DIDN'T LIKE IT. MY PIZZA WAS RAW IN THE MIDDLE. THE MANAGER? BROUGHT OUT A HUGE CHOCOLATE PASTRY THING WITH 2 CUPS CHOCOLATE SYRUP AND VERY PROUDLY ANNOUNCED I'M GIVING Y'ALL THIS BECAUSE YOU HAD TO WAIT. MY 5 YEAR OLD GRANDSON HAD CHOCOLATE PASTRY FOR DINNER BECAUSE THEY PROBABLY DIDN'T HAVE THE SPAGHETTI AND ASSUMED THAT A CHILD WOULD LIKE THAT OTHER STUFF. I REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE PASTA AND SHOULD HAVE REFUSED TO PAY FOR MY PIZZA. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THESE PEOPLE HAVE SCREWED UP OUR ORDER, BUT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE BEEN OUT OF FOOD!!

lack of food and food cold
Me and my mum went out for lunch on 28/01/10 we went to pizza hut when we got there we ordered the buffet which includes pizza and pasta. there we no pizza out when we went to get it and no pasta i asked a waiter if they were some more pasta he went and asked the chef three times and 30minutes later it finally came out and when it came out it was freezing cold the floor staff were lovely but the chefs were poor.

Dont Deliver
Last night we ordered Pizza via the online ordering service, After we had waited the half hour it specified for delivery I called the call centre to find out what was going on, They advised that the Pizza had left the store and should be there in a few minutes. After 10 Mins I called again to find out what was happening only to be again advised that The Pizza had left the store and should be there, I said that It was not and at this point we'd waited aprox 50minutes for something that shouldive taken 1/2 hour. I said that the driver had 2 mins to get here otherwise they could take it back. Another 10mins later the driver turned up, We weren't there at this point wed gone to get someting else, My flatemate said the driver could not understand why we were upset he was only 1/2 hour late!

Germs
I went to get a P'Zone from Pizza Hut when they first came out.And while cutting the second P'Zone, A female worker there nearly sneezed over it and she acts like nothing happend when she handed it to me.I just looked at her and said you know if you sneezed on that, Youd be making me a new one and Id be getting my money back for it because its nasty.If you are sick then dont work in a Fast Food place, I really think the managers should have said something to her about it.

pada 26hb jan 2010, saya pergi ke pizza hut setia alam klang, bersama suami n anak 1 tahun. saya memesan 2 set kids meal. saya sampai di sana n memesan pada pukul 4.10 petang. tak lama kemudian, minuman milo ais n aiskrim saya terima. jadi saya hanya menunggu pizza. 5 mnit tunggu tak sampai jga, 10 minit pun tak smpai juga. datang customer memesan pizza take away. tak sampai 10 minit pesanan org td dah sampai n nak pulang. pesanan saya td tak sampai2 juga mase tu jam 4.30 ptg...
ketika itu suasana restoran memang lengang tiada org langsung... staff bjalan mundar mandir pesanan saya tak sampai2 juga. akhirnya saya bertanya staff disana, berkenaan pizza yg saya order mana... manager bernama liyana dgn muka masam n tertanya2 siapa ambil order... nak jadi cerita pesanan saya tak disiapkan lg. saya pun terus hilang mood n bayar air n aiskrim yg diminum td.
saya mmg amat kurang berpuashati dgn layanan n sikap sambil lewa terutama sikap manager restoran itu. tiada langsung perkataan maaf atas kelalaian mereka itu n berwajah masam. dia juga menutup mesin wang dgn kuat. selepas menerima wang dr saya. suami saya tertanya ape cerita, saya kate pizza tak siap kerana org ramai, kita balik aje...keluar dr restoran itu jam 4.45 ptg dgn perasaan kecewa dgn sikap seorang manager seperti LIYANA itu yg tak sepatutnya...

Me and my girlfriend ordered 2 pizzas from pizza hut on 1/22/2010, reason being the ten dollar deal they have going on now, I ordered her the wrong pizza online and immediately realized it and called the restaurant on bel air rd, not a minute later at the most, and told them I needed to make a change to the order, apparently the pizza I ordered a minute earlier was already made so they said something about that.Then my delivery driver comes, first off he looks like he hasnt bathed in 3 weeks and smelled like it as well.Then he proceeds to Tell me I need to fill out the credit card slip, I do and I need to get a pen because he cant find his, then he cant get the credit card machine to work, since when do you need an imprint of my card anyhow?Then instead of giving me my pizzas while he was struggling with the ccard machine, he drops the receipt, drops my credit card, and then dropped the receipt again when he finally gave me my pizzas he dropped the receipt again, this time in my doorway, he bent over to pick it up and put his greasy head on my glass door, then we open our pizzas and one is severely undercooked, and the other is completely burned,

Online ordering
Had problems with online ordering service on several occasions. Wost online ordering service I have ever experienced. Today takes the biscuit. Go onto online ordering put in postcode, log in as already registered and no option to order online exists today first it told me store not open yet (clearly they were open) then gave me two options to order for collection or to order for later (to collect). What a load of rubbish!! I have been online for about 45 minutes now and unable to order a pizza. Will not be using again. Problem still there even now almost an hour later.

when i ordered a pizza from pizza hut online the order list savings on pizza which when you check the box puts you on there list and gives them your card info, then they started taking money out of my account

Wrong food
Ordered mild spicy wings, got habanero. wings so hard we could barely bite them. Nacho potatoes, totally tasteless. Complained about hot wings, brought plain wings to replace them but got chareged for all food. The oly thing that we got that seemed edible was the curley fries. Very disappointing visit to Pizza Hut. I ordered Honey barbecue wings and again there was so much sauce that it was over whelming. I would suggest that any sauce come as a side dish so that the customer can choose how much he wants and if he wants to skip the sauce he can do so. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Dear Sir

In the past 11 days, Pizza Hut has sent 3 promotional messages to my iPhone:

30 Dec 50% off
5 Jan £10 off
8 Jan 50% off

On the 4th January, I decided to redeem the first offer. It was a snowy, icy night and also the night I brought my first-born child home from hospital, hence the need for a take away! I phoned the Harrogate branch of Pizza Hut, explaining that I had received the offer on my iPhone and that I would like to make a collection as I had just brought my first-born child home from hospital. The lady I spoke to confirmed this was OK and I placed my order.

Upon collection, the female server at the counter refused to apply the 50% discount to my order because I had received the offer on my iPhone. Despite my reassurance that I had confirmed everything when I placed the order, the server still refused to apply the discount; her exact words were "it's not worth my job". I offered to fill out any paperwork, showed the offer to the server and suggested the server photocopy the screen of my iPhone yet she was still unwilling to apply the discount.

Given my personal circumstances that night, I really needed to get back to my wife and child so was left with no option other than purchase the pizza without the discount, although the server also promised to follow up the issue with head office. This leads to a number of questions:


1. Why are Pizza Hut staff not trained in basic customer service skills or given some flexibility to apply common sense? I am sure you would agree that "it's not worth my job" isn't helpful. Why not train your staff to delight and help your customers?

2. Why haven't I heard anything more from head office? At the very least, would it not be sensible to stop sending promotions to my iPhone that Pizza Hut refuse to honour?

3. Please explain why Pizza Hut will not honour promotions they are sending to their customers, especially when the promotions cause customers make make unnecessary car journeys in hazardous conditions.

4. Please arrange for appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
