Will never order from them again
I ordered a pizza online because of a TV commercial that had a special price. The web site did not honor the offer. I contacted Pizza Hut to find out why but they decided not to bother telling me.

I'll NEVER order from or eat at Pizza Hut again.

bad service
7 december 2009, on abou 4.00 pm. my siblings and i visited pizza hut located in old town..
once i entered the pizza hut, none of the waitress or waiter came to us, to give us service...another word is none of the waiter or waitress is on duty, i saw most of them are in the kitchen, talking with malay guys.
i felt very unsatistified with their service.One of the waitress named Meira, a malay girl, she did her work so rude, felt like not willing to do, threw the spoon into the drawer, make irratated sound to customer. i felt very angry to her work attitude..beside this, she purposely talking with a guy, make us wait for a long time to refill the drink.
beside her, other waitress also treated us very rudely and impatiently. we get bad service from them.
suprisely, i saw a malay guy eating customer's food while he is cooking. bad attitude..
i hope the waitress are working in pizza hut located in old town can improve their working attitude, so that can give good impression to customer..

Terrible delivery and customer service
I ordered from Pizza Hut for the first time, and it has been the worst online ordering experience.
I ordered online at about 7:50 PM. I didn't get the pizza for over an hour, and called the store at about 9:10 PM. The operator apologized for the delay and said the pizza is ready and about to be sent and should be there in next 15-20 mins. He suggested the delay was because it was a busy night.

I didn't get my order for another 40 mins, so I called again at about 9:50 PM (2 hours after I had placed the order!). This time a different operator picked up and said that they had run out of the dough which is why it was taking so long - and said it will be reaching me in another 15 mins. I asked to speak to the manager but he said he was the manager. I asked him his name - he said his name but I didn't catch it - and he hung up! He hung up on me in the middle of a conversation!!!

It is 10:10 PM now (definitely past 15 mins from the last call) - and the pizza has not reached still.

I asked the supposed manager why I wasn't told the first time that they had run out of something and he had no answer.

Hopefully I'm not going to order from Pizza Hut again. And thanks to Pizza Hut, my hunger has died after waiting for almost 2.5 hours for my food!

Thank you Pizza Hut for the wonderful experience.

Rip off- wrong pizza- charged for full- lousy customer service
Ripped off and very rude "manager". I placed an online order for a "triple meat" pizza to be delivered. Imagine my surprise when I was delivered a pizza with nothing on it but cheese and plenty of people to feed at 10 pm. No big deal right? Thats what I thought- I phoned the Pizza hut, thinking they would at least offer to replace the pizza, or at the least- refund the balance of what i paid for and did not get-
But no, I get called a liar by the "manager" "Jessica" who proceeded to inform me that their receipt says I ordered a [verbatim] "Triple Meat Pizza with no meat" ...Excuse me?? How does that work??

I informed Jessica that I have the original email confirm from pizza hut confirming my online order of a triple meat pizza...not a cheese pizza- and I would be pleased to forward it to her directly since she seemed to have difficulty believing I would have a problem paying 28 dollars for a 3 meat pizza without the meat when i could have easily ordered a cheese pizza at half the price.

Jessica told me that by her record, I ordered a 3 meat without the meat and that there was nothing she could do..sorry! And this was the manager?

I think I am more offended by her condescending and obnoxious attitude than the fact that I was ripped off and then called a liar (even though I offered proof) She went on to say, that it is possible the computer ordering system "screwed up" but she could not do anything about it.

In the future i am going to steer clear of pizza hut, their ignorant staff and rip offs. If you want to pay double for an order and then get called a liar- then by all means, use them- but personally I'd rather get what I pay for- and if I want to deal with idiots Ill stick with government offices.

pizza delayed
I order my two pizzas to go they told wrote the order and told me its will be ready in 25 mins but when I Ask him if its ready they refused that I ever ordered I had guests were waiting for dinner then I told them who I ordered with person they did not sorry I was shocked I would never go back thank you Happy Singh 5597768711

lack of service
today 112509 i attempted to phone in an order for carry out, after 30 min someone finally answered the phone at pizza hut... then i was told it would take an hour and half to fulfill the order because they were too busy to get to it sooner and also they were out of pizza dough...i did not place the order for this reason... i would not be complaining but this is not the first time this has happened ...please comtact me please i am a valued customer of the vp pizza hut and have seven children that really enjoy eating carry out ...thanks cindy reavill vidrine 3378315617

Employee complaints ruined my life
I have been a shift manager for a little less then 4 months. When customers call in and complain pizza hut goes into full force to get the complaint resolved. Yet My problem is I have just been terminated due to a customer complaint. They tell me it was a family having a Birthday party. They sent in 3 complaints saying I was cussing and Screaming at my employee's. I remember the people who sent the complaint. They at no time spoke to me because they spoke Spanish and they seemed happy as they left. What I found out is a Employee within the company went home and made the complaints about me. Because some One inside did not like me my life has been turned upside down. Upon pizza hut trying to contact the email address they got a no email exist response. I was still terminated though because they have to take the complaints seriously. Even though it was a fake complaint. Pizza Hut aka NPC International treats their employee's like dog's and worry only about hitting the numbers. So many of my co- workers wrote letters of support and customers as well yet they refused to even look at the positive side of the whole incident. I never did what the false customer stated and so many backed me because I am well Liked and It was the truth. but somehow I became a liability to their Corp office and I am outta a job.

False advertising
11/20/09 at 7 PM I called our local Pizza Hut to order the $5.99, Med, two toppnig pizza constantly advertised on TV. They tell us how concerned they are about us and that they are cutting prices because they are so conscientious. The counter to this is, "Sorry, we aren't participating". To me this sounds like classic "Bait and Switch".
I raised such a fuss they decided to honor the ad. When the pizza arrived, I found they had added an additional $2.00 "Delivery Fee".
Pizza Hut, either require all your stores to participate or don't advertise something you cant deliver.
I will put this on paper and forward it to the Montana Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau.

Bad Service and Wrong Order
waitress patricia took our order, wasn't paying any attention to what we were saying, had to ask us 3 times what we wanted to drink, we told we every time, after waiting about 30-45 mins, one pizza came which was correct, 2nd pizza came and was wrong, it belonged to the ppl that came in after us, then when the 2nd pizza did arrive, it was wrong, not what we ordered, she repeated what we ordered but evidentally she wrote it down wrong...it was supposed to be pan pepperoni's lover and it was thin crust, loaded with pepperoni, the manager at the time was Mrs. V...we told her and she said she would make them personally, after about 15 more mins of waiting we decided to take it home, it WAS NOT pepperoni lovers, each slice had a pepperoni slice and 1/2 of another slice on it...i don't think we should have paid for it...the service we went through and the time was the worst, when we got to pizza hut there was only one other table with ppl, it was my bday and eating there was a disaster

Lies
I called Pizza Hut tonight to order the special they advertise on TV as Any Pizza, Any crust, any size, any topping just $10.00.

When I was placing my order I asked for stuffed crust which I was told it was $1.00 more. Then I was told I was only allowed to have 3 toppings on the pizza and if I wanted more they would cost $1.99 more per each topping. And they only had medium pizzas. Some deal! I know where I won't be spending my money any longer. I think if they were charged with false advertising this crap would stop.
