Short changed $20.00
We were short changed by pizza hut delivery boy after we gave 100.00 bill for a 33.00 order... Pizza boy kept 20.00 of the change. Manager Jessica supported the delivery boy. when i asked that the full order be pickup and that they not bother to try and deliver the soda that was ordered but not delivered ...she refused
..I guess they take your money and you have to eat there cold food at pizza hut..

Unlawful Firing
I have been recently fired at a Pizza Hut chain in Redmond. Only working one week at the store, I had work through breaks and done everything in my power to maintain the quality of the store. This includes doing work without being told, working past hours to tie up loose ends, befriending the employees as well as the consumers. Upon being fired, I was told that "You did not show the initiative and was not upbeat enough at work." I was also told that "Things were just not working out."

Pizza
Pizza hut: buy one get one free. Southgate, n14 London.
He never gave us the free one.
Manager took the order. He can't speak English. Rao.
One "lady" first answered the phone. Lenica. She couldn't understand my wife's English.
She rude. Very rude.
Luckily I could hold my temper, but at some point I just wanted to go down there and crack theyr rude heads open.
Too much is too much sometime.
Never again pizza hut.
I will do get my free pizza.

rudeness, and cold food
we arrive around quater past two for the buffet and we was seated, taken 15mins for someone to come take our order. even thhen i had to ask for service. it was very quiet in the restaurant, around three to five tables in and three of them were around to take our order. when went to the buffet tables no food were available, so we sat and waited around, when food was placed on the tables was just luke warm for something that had only just been cooked and even then they left the two types of pasta empty and had to wait a further 20mins to recieve any. waitress was rather rude, never asked for more drinks, or to see if we were ok. service is very slow while the waitress were behind the tills drinking or chatting amongst themselves, i am not happy with the way we were treated and how slow the service was and how cold the food were

Pizza Hut, Satwa, Dubai - Poor Service
Hello friends,
I went down to Pizza Hut in Satwa (Jafiliya) in Dubai last Friday with my friends, where I place my order and got the food after about an hour, not just me but other surround families, one Indian family just walked away…… anyway, 1st thing was they literally try to avoid/ignore you, when asked for cleaning table it was done after several calls, and still the table surface is sticky, then our first starter / garlic bread came in warm condition (not freshly hot) then drinks, and last the pizza came (but this time I agree that pizza was absolutely fresh and hot) and now the funniest part……… we request the bill, again 15 minutes, so get up and went to the counter and paid the bill, and I request that if you can pack up the left over pizzas (4 sizes) again they didn’t came, so I took the plate to counter and asked would you please pack this for me, and this Arabic guy did it but unfortunately I failed to see a simple smile on his face, as well as other staff’s faces…….. I think maybe these staff are working for free, or maybe they are not happy with their salaries? Then so what? If you are in industry then at least you should behave nicely and if you have any problem talk to your management, and you don’t have to treat your customers like dog (oops!)
So, guys beware when you happen to visit this particular branch of Pizza Hut, however other branch’s service is fine, thanks and enjoy your pizza ïŠ

Did not get what I paid for
I ordered A pizza and some of the alfredo pasta which was suppose to come with breadsticks, I called them back the man name Thomas told me that it does not come with breadsticks. I even had the website pulled up and told him that I was looking right at it. The pasta was also nasty, the noodles were over cooked, the chicken was hard and it was not cheesy. My first time having it was at a target store and it was delicious! I sent pizza a message already but I have yet to hear back from them.

Everytime I go into this store, Their employees do not wear any hats or restraints. ITS GROSS! I dont want hair in my food!!! I dont understand how they coud even start to beieve that working with food doesnt require working with a hair restraint!!! Even when I get it delivered, the same blonde delivery girl, KRISTY, comes to my door very unprofessional looking, and with no hat. Sometimes I am afraid to eat my food! I want something done about this problem! Or I will Email franchise!!!

Discrimitation and Elderly Abuse
The employees were being discriminative and basically abusive to the elderly. My mother was there today eating and they were walking by an elderly man approximately 80 years old and ignoring him, he was asking how much longer on his pizza and for his drink and they kept ignoring him til finally Mom went up there and told them how cruel they were and all they were doing was laughing, joking and a couple working therewere hugged up during business hours and ignoring this man. She stayed there until he got his food and drink and was so upset, she was crying just telling me. I think this is cruel and obsurd to treat people like this.
As well as unclean to be fondling each other in front of customers, our family and friends will never eat there again. I will be contacting the health department and Better Business Bureau about this disgrace to the elderly man. This happened between 5:30-6:30 pm.

Order
I am 31 years old and Muslim. In my life I have been really careful to not eat pork due to religious reasons. However on 14.05.2011 I have ordered calzone vegetable online for delivery and we were delivered calzone Ham. Of course I could not know that it was not what I ordered and I had a bite and my vegetarian wife as well. Unfortunately and obviously that was not vegetable calzone as I ordered and it was ham Calzone. Thank you very much for throwing everything I believe out of the door and for being really careless. I still do not believe that I had a bite and I have been being sick since then. I was having really good day until I decided to order a pizza from Pizza Hut (such a brand???) and you basically messed up my whole day and This will be an experience I will never forget but unfortunately not a good one. I do not even know how my wife is feeling after this terrible experience as I cannot even ask as whenever I remember it I feel sick.
It is good or bad reasons, right or wrong reasons me and my wife do not eat pork and I would expect from a restaurant specially if it is a worldwide brand (???) such as yourself to be really careful with orders.
I do not even know how else I can explain without being really rude how disappointing and unacceptable it was. There are about 10% vegetarian population and approx. 20% Muslim and Jewish population who do not eat pork, living in the UK and seeing one of the biggest restaurant chains in the world being really careless about the orders is only unacceptable.

I used to regularly order from Pizza Hut. They have great food.I ordered for delivery, and usually pay with a credit card.When they come to the house, they don't check my photo ID or the card's numbers against the physical cards last 4 digits.Instead, they put an imprint of your ENTIRE credit card on the receipt. In 2003, FACTA was passed and it specifically states in Section 605 that there is a maximum of the last 5 digits of your credit card that are allowed to be on any digitally printed receipt. When I called their corporate office, they are aware that this is a blatant violation of federal law, but said that is company policy. That the 'banks are requiring them' to break federal law. If you pay with a credit card when ordering from Pizza Hut, your entire credit card information will be made available to their minimum wage employees. They will be able to copy your credit card number and expiration date and have the ability to make fraudulent charges. If anyone has seen false charges on their credit card after ordering from Pizza Hut, contact an attorney.
