not delivering
They are the most worst guy in the indian industry as they are not able to define what they are meant to, last day i order for pizza and the manager says that they dont know about the location where i am calling from if they recruit the people like them then i am sure they gonna succed in the ass market as they have no place to go elsewhere they are shit and they remain the shit...piss on you PIZZA HUT...lick my dick yo...

If you think you've ever had a bad experience at Pizza Hut, hear this. I left work and went to the Morehead City, NC, Pizza Hut to have lunch. A friend met me there. Note, I was dressed in office attire. After eating, I was brought my check in the amount of $15.36. I placed my credit card on the bill tray and the waitress asked for my i.d. I presented my valid NC drivers license which bears the same name as my credit card. After waiting quite some time, and with 2:00 approaching quickly, I motioned to the waitress to please bring my card and the slip back so I could sign it and be on my way. She nodded as if she would be right over. More minutes passed and then a city police officer in uniform came up to my table requesting i.d. I had no idea why. She then sat down beside me, blocking me in the booth. It really frightened me as my family was traveling on I-95 and I feared an accident had happened and my co-workers had told the police where to find me. Thankfully, that was not the case.
Instead, the Pizza Hut employee who ran my card stated that the card came up stolen. Even though I had my drivers license (remember I had already shown it to the waitress), social security card, business card, etc. with me. I was detained for approximately 20 minutes while everyone in the restaurant stared including at least one other customer we knew. I was polite and courteous to the officer but another Pizza Hut employee took it upon himself to come stand at the table with his arms crossed. I think the officer may have sent him away. The officer completed her on scene investigation and stayed until I paid with my debit card, from the same bank as my "alleged stolen card." I received NO apology from the waitress, manager or anyone else. In fact, they said nothing to me. On the way out, the waitress made a big deal of playing with someone's baby so as to avoid me. Upon returning to work, I called my bank who said the card had only been cancelled because a third party internet company had gotten the number and my bank cancelled it to prevent unauthorized charges. I have complained to Pizza Hut management and am awaiting a return call from them.

Hosting a scam site, Shopper Discounts and Complete Savings
I went to Pizza Hut website to order Pizza and somewhere in the process I got a popup and thought I had said NO.. but I guess no is yes. I received 2 charges on my credit card.. Shopper Discount and Complete Savings (both from the same company). When I saw the bogus charges come up on my bank account I called the number given at this site 800-889-8776 and demanded them to reverse both charges. If you get nailed.. be sure to tell the you want BOTH cancelled and a refund. They tried to tell me they would cancel my "membership" but I could do whatever for the next month. So not gonna happen. I made sure I told them I want my money back immediately and made sure it was for both. I then called my bank to let them know what had transpired. AND GUESS WHAT!!! I was told by my bank that Papa John's does the same thing. BEWARE of ordering pizza online.

Shocking experience!
I used to love pizza hut but after I had this terrible experience with them twice I don't think I would order form the any more. Last week I had ordered for a pizza with extra cheese. They sent one late almost 45 minutes later which was slightly warm that had no cheese at all. He said he was sorry and that he would get one with cheese I asked him not to coz I was starving and send that back and ate at my friends place. This week I ordered again and this time too I ordered with extra cheese and extra sauce. This time he came 45 minutes late again but this time there was cheese not extra like I ordered and there was no sauce. I was so furious I told him to get another one he said ok he comes back 45 minutes later and he gets me the same thing heated this time. I was so angry I told him to take his order back and that I would never order from them again. He walked away without apologizing. I called to speak to the manager and the manager said that he was busy and did not have time for complains and he hung up on me. Shocking experience!

Service Charge means FULL SERVICE.
To Pizza Hut (outlet in Sitiawan, Perak)
I paid the service charge with the expectation that i'd be served from the moment i sat down until i walked out of the place. And i strongly believe that the service charge INCLUDES packing the left-over of your customer's meal when your customer requested so. That means, when your customer said, "Could you please pack the left-over for me?", what your employee should do is go to the table and pack the left-over for the customer. What your employee SHOULDN'T DO AND SHOULD NEVER DO IS ask your customer to pack it herself; because if i have to pack the left-over myself, then why on earth did i pay the service charge??? Service charge means FULL SERVICE. Please take note of this and never let such thing happen again. You used to have such a good reputation when it comes to customers' service, but over the years, your reputation had gone down the drain. So if you prefer your reputation to remain down there (in the drain), i would suggest, CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS. By the way, i believe your employees need to learn how to smile.

Ordering and Costs
My husband and I decided to go out to eat at our local PH this evening after our movie out. We arrived at the restaraunt attentively at 9:15pm. Closing time for the place was posted for 10:00pm, so we arrived in plenty of time. We happily sat down, only to have the waiter come over and say that we weren't supposed to sit down at this booth. He complained how he had just finished his closing duties, and this was the table he had "just gotten done cleaning!" He stated, "There should've been a sign up front saying not to sit, but whatever!"
First off, can I say that I have worked in customer service for nearly 20 years, and this is NOT how you treat a customer, and you definitely DON'T say such things like that in their faces! Ok, so you just got done cleaning the table...it's called your job, and seeing that the restaraunt doesn't close for another 45 minutes, I'm sure you'll have ample amount of time to clean it up.
Next, our order...he informed us that the only thing on the menu to order was thin crust, or the salad bar (and who knows how long that'd been sitting out!). So, we ordered us a large, thin crust pizza. The only topping we got on it was cheese. I tried using a coupon, but the waiter said that they didn't accept printed internet coupons (what!?). We ordered water for our drinks, to keep down on the costs, and his reaction was...well lets just put it unapproving! I watched in horrifying amazement as our waiter went to put our order in the computer, and proceeded to complain to his co-workers and nod our direction - the others followed in suit by staring over at our table.
At that point, we both decided that he would NOT be receiving a tip! He brought our pizza out, and hurried back to doing more closing duties. I was only half-way thru my 1st piece of pizza when we decided to get a to-go box and just eat the rest at home. We cleaned up our table and put our dishes on the now empty pizza pan, so that the guy wouldn't have so much to clean up. He brought the box and our bill. We boxed up the pizza and then that's when we got to view our bill - - almost $20!!! For a large, cheese pizza and 2 waters!?!?!? C'mon!
We were very angry! This guy charged us $16.99 for a cheese pizza! We felt totally overcharged!!! When I stated something about our coupon to the guy, again he said they don't accept internet coupons, because we could have altered it.
We paid our bill - and the waiter did NOT receive even a penny tip! We left the place with our pizza and went home!
First off - employees should NEVER make personal complaints infront of their customers = that's a NO NO!!! Secondly, sitting there refusing to accept coupons is wrong - how does one alter a coupon printed from pizza hut online emails? Thirdly, in reference to making personal complaints infront of the customer - even worse, is to complain to your co-workers, in plain site of your customer, and allow them to witness you doing it & see the co-workers' reactions - um, yeah, NO!!! Lastly, just because you are angry about having to work late, or whatever the case may be, OVERCHARGING your customer shouldn't happen!!!
I would like to be reimbursed for our meal, and that the employees have a talking to on what correct customer service is, and incorrect customer service!!!

Poor Service - Poor Pizza!
We ordered a pizza from the new Tuscany on our visit to the restaurant. We were really disappointed with the pizza and I complained to a waiter that it looked nothing like the picture and didnt even have any cheese on it!! He was frankly quite rude and responded 'thats hows it presented' and walked away.
I wished we had just walked out at that point as not only was our bill incorrect but there seemed to be some kind of problem with giving me change from the vouchers I used to pay for this meal.
All of this has been explained in my letter to the General Manager of Cwmbran on 4th July 2009 and am yet to receive a response.
Quite frankly I am annoyed that this is the 2nd time I have had to write to them regarding the matter (now complained to HO).
I would like to add that whilst looking for a place to complain online about Pizza Hut - I have come accross no end of frankly bad comments about Head Office also.

SERVICE
Yesterday i went to the new pizza hut at alor star here to have my breakfast with my friend. no one great us, no one came to me to give the menu. then lastly i have called a waiter. his name AZAM. he came and gv us the menu. after half and hour only i get the menu. that guy ome and gv me the menu. after that no one come and get the order at my table. so i fed up with ur staf on that day so i just get out from the pizza hut. one thing pls make a note that yesterday is the first and last that i went to pizza hut. why ur staf very slow and lazy to done their job. what kind of bisness that u having. we not came to ur company to eat FOC. we gv u service charge. bleddy fool bisness that u having. that guy not metched to be ur staf. i realy hate this new pizza hut. good bye forever. Quality of Food
We are regular customers of Pizza Hut and a couple of days ago we ordered a large no edge pizza (trying the new things out) well needless to say it was ineditable. It was hard and the edges of the slices were curled up and it tasted nasty. It was so bad I gave a slice to my dog who will eat anything on the spot and he ran outside and burried it.
I really wonder if anyone ever reads these things or does anything about the problem posted?
