PIZZA HUT USE TO BE MY FAVORITE TAKE OUT----BACK IN THE DAY. I CAN TELL YOU THAT FOR A FACT I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM THEM. WHY YOU SAY. BECAUSE THEY SUCK BIG TIME. THEY DONT CARE HOW THEY MAKE THE PIZZAS THAT YOU PAY FOR. ALL THEY DO IS THROW THEM TOGETHER AND THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO PUT THOSE NASTY, DRIED UP THINGS THEY CALL A PIZZA, IN A BOX...AND GIVE IT TO YOU. ON MANY OCCASIONS I HAVE RECEIVED PIZZAS WITH LITTLE OR NOT ENOUGH SAUCE ON THE CRUST...SO THE PIZZA WAS VERY DRY...OR PARTS OF THE PIZZA DID NOT HAVE ANY TOPPINGS...NOW LETS TALK ABOUT THE RAW CRUST...ARE THEY TRYING TO MAKE PEOPLE ILL BY SERVING THEM RAW DOUGH...THIS HAS IN FACT HAPPENED MORE TIMES THAN I CARE TO MENTION.. I USE TO ORDER FAITHFULLY EVERY FRIDAY...IT IS TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE NOW..TO HOPE YOUR PIZZA COMES OUT RIGHT AND THEN IF NOT TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO BE RE-MADE . THEY WOULD SOMETIMES SEND COUPONS FOR A FREE PIZZA BUT AT THIS POINT I DONT EVEN WANT PIZZA HUT PIZZA-EVEN IT IS FREE-IT WILL STILL SUCK. I AM TAKING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE-------PAPA JOHNS HERE I COME. EVEN LITTLE CEASERS IS BETTER. PIZZA HUT NEEDS TO JUST GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Ordered alfrado sause and was given meat sause in it, s place. This was my first bad experience in a Pizza Hut in Middletown New York.

I went to pizza hut with family and friends on 25/07/2009, we spent £65.00 between us on food ...and drink...the pop was flat with no ice or straws ..which other people recieved in theirs ..the table we sat at was full of old food and food on the floor and dirty tissues under our table ...the toilets w, ere dirty tissue hanging from them, tissue all over the toilets floor ...it was horrendous for a resturant ..the service was poor we was waiting over an hour for our starters and then when they brought us that we hadnt any knifes or folks we had to wait another 10 mins before we recieved them so we had to use our fingers ..then when our pizzas came they where passing us food over to our hands without clearing the table ..staff where stood around chatting to each over so altogeather this was absolutly disgusting for a resturant come take away .

I went to Pizza hut for the first time in years, we only called in there because it was next to the theatre where my daughters were doing a show, as we had an hour to kill and did not know the area we chose the nearest place to eat whichwas pizza hut. We was shown to our table, the table had been set and cleaned but underneath the table there was food everywhere, my husband refused to sit there so they moved us to another table, as we looked around the place we notice there was food everywhere under all the tables, after we complained about moving to another table, the girl who moved us put some one else at the same table without even cleaning underneath, we did eat there as we had no time to go else where, i dread to think what the kitchen was like . I was not impressed with the food and i must say i will never go to a pizza hut again totally over priced, you would not mind if the quality was good, i would advise anyone to give this a miss .

Did not deliver while taking order
I have given the order at pizza hut on 01139883988 for the amount 668 at 09:17 PM. They have taken the order. I have given the complete address of my company. It is in sector 33&34, Infocity HCL Technologies LTD. At 9:55 they call from 01244089162 and told that they whould not be delivering the order over there. It was quit frustrating as we were very hungry and they are tell that they could not deliver. I again called to the call centre and ask what is this happen. They told that the will confirm from the store and call back in 2-3 min but they did not. I again called and ask, then they told that they will be delivering in 10 mins and they will give the coupon of 50% off on the next bill. Again after 10 min they called and told that they would not be delivering.

We have no hope to get any thing at that time and we have to work complete night hungry.

I have only complain that if they done deliver that why that have taken the order and also informing after 40 mins.
Please take the action on pizza hut.
