I love pizza hut however I will never again order another pizza from there due to the manager and district managers unwillingness to admit when they are wrong and do something about it.

Lets get to the story.

I am a single mother of 3 and often go the the shopping center in mobile where this location is, off govt st at the loop. I go to the catholic charity store in the same shopping center. I have personally seen many of the drivers speeding through the parking lot with no concern for anyone else sich as one of the drivers ( a middle aged white male with reddish hair and a beard) driving through with music blaring and almost hit an elderly gentleman and his car. I have seen a driver ( a young, thin, african american female) back up all the way through the parking lot without looking and almost run over my own child who was trying to cross.

I discussed this problem with the manager jay and he simply shrugged his shoulders and said he couldnt control them and he didnt see a problem anyway.

I went to the pizza hut website and sent and email to the home office only to get a phone call from the d.m. to let me know he has talked to jay and didnt really see a problem but he would handle it .

2 months later I have seen employees still doing the exact same thing, ive seen them inflict damage to another vehicle and the manager jay has even attempted to call me names to a friend who works in the shopping center.

how sad that one group of people can ruin an entire companies good name but i wont be back and i hope that if there is another pizza joint anywhere close to whoever reads this will also not order from them either.

Maybe just maybe if we make some of these large companies like walmart and pizza hut start being accountable for there employees, their service and their own reputation, then they will hire quality and not quantity and concentrate more on use the consumer instead of the all mighty dollar.

Placed a call a call for a delivery of pizza at 11:30 P.M. I talked to a female employee. She told me that my order would be there in 30 minutes. After a hour had gone by, I called the Pizza Hut and got a phone system in Ohio, that answers the phones. Apparently I was told they would deliver my order but then never did when I was looking for that to be my dinner for the night.

On Saturday July 04 2009 in Kingston shopping center in Milton Keynes just outside the Tesco, there was a young white boy which is a staff of Pizza Hut was giving out free pizza, and when my dad went to him he just refuse and ignore to give him one and he so did saw my dad! and my dad happen to be Asian and so then he just walked off with embarrassment... but that particular staff of pizza hut was carry on giving out the pizza out to all white people and even some white women happens to get the pizza for the second and third time, the staff of pizza hut was even ask that lady polity what topic she would like! I think this is out of order how pizza hut would train their staff...even when my mum told me this and i wasn't there at that time i felt upset about this treatment...
ps.i search for complain on the uk pizza hut site and there wasnt even anywhere to complain...

my name is bryan muir. i was a employee for 15 years at frostburg pizza hut in maryland. i was written up and fired because the frozen meats were not pulled that night. im a shift manager. they were pulled that night .my night time driver joel carey that works their looked over the whole store together so i have proof that it was done.the manager lindsay was from a store and handcock maryland she was the one fired me.i thought that was wrong and then when i tried to file unemployment lindsay and pizza hut denied my umepoloyment.now you tell me i was employed their 15 years they fired over something stupid .finally deny me of my employment to when i did nothing wrong.how wrong is that.

I was at the Pizza Hut in Siloam Springs Arkansas and had the worst dining experience there. The floor was dirty, the tables were all covered in food and I didn't see anyone trying to clean the place.

We waiting for a waitress to take our order for 20 minutes. When she finally came she didn't offer us drinks or refills. We had no napkins on our table, and I had to get silverware myself.

I asked to speak to the manager but no one came.

Our pizza was served cold, and the salad bar didn't look fresh. I will never spend another $ in this place.
