I went to pizza hut for a meal with my mum and a friend of mine. I got a table straight as it was not that busy. We sat down and chose what we wanted to eat and then ordered. The waitress took our order which got a bit confusing at first but then I repeated the order at the end.

Order:
1 meal for one – Garlic bread and a small vegetarian hot one NO CHEESES which we said three times and made very clear the waitress seemed to understand this.

1 medium vegetarian hot one

Drinks: 2 tap waters 1 J2o

We waited 20 minuets got our food we were very hungry, we didn’t get what we asked for. Instead we got:

Plate of garlic bread which if I may add was cold

2 Small vegetarian hot one both WITH CHEESE

We made a complaint and told them that we were hungry and had already waited 20mins. They said that was what we order, when I tried to tell them that was not our order they told me I was wrong. They kept on telling us that we were wrong. We asked to speak to the manager and the waitress and the gentleman that was there with here ‘claimed’ to be the manager after telling us we was wrong several times we told to bring our correct/ new order they will make them again in 5mins. We told them we do not want to pay for a meal or we want a discount they said they can’t do that even though they got the order wrong. How can you get such a simple order wrong?

We got our meal which was correct, we enjoyed our meal as we always do, but not one person came to us to ask us if our meal was ok as they normally should do in ALL restaurants. We finished our meal and went to pay expecting a discount for two orders they got wrong. In the end we went to pay out bill and we told the so called manager that we was not happy at all. When we asked him why not one person came to us to ask us how our meal was he said he did send someone. He practically said we were lying. There were only three staff members two of them we already had an argument with and the third on only sat us to our table and took our plates that are the only time we had someone attended to us. He then got very sarcastic with us and was talking down to us.

The staff were very rude and scruffy not one staff member was were a name badge the manager was leaning over the counter and talking to us. The body language came across as if he did not care about what we had to say and he was not bothered.

I don’t know what kind of staff Pizza Hut as a big company employ but that is not the kind of staff I would ever hire. I worked in retail as well before and the same rules apply such as name badge should be worn at all time, neat and tidy NEVER lean across the till area or the counter and always make customers feel welcome. In this case none of this happened. We never got an apology at all not from any staff member or the so called ‘manager’ I hope something will be done about this. I will never go to that pizza hut again an I will make sure none of my family or friend ever do go there because I do not what the to be treated in the same way as we was.

This stupid girl I met was 'proudly boasting' about a few situations, where she told the cook to spit in people's pizzas, only because the people were mad at her, (because she's a bitch). The cook, who I have also met, who isn't friends with her either, would never do such a horrible, disgusting thing to the nice people of our community, Gunnison, CO. He didn't speak up to management because he is American Indian and has been treated unfairly his whole life, he thought he'd get in trouble too. Thanks to his moral judgment, nobody's pizza was spit in. He has since moved on to utilize his college degree from Western State University. She did these despicable acts more than once, nobody knew except the employee's of Pizza Hut. I have called the manager to tell him this, and he continues to keep her employed. So, to the outstanding people of the Gunnison Valley, if your going to order Pizza Hut, make sure you haven't pissed Tierra off. You may not know what extra toppings you will get on your pizza.

I have work at Pizza hut for about two and a half years while working there I have gained a lot of knowledge of how to properly do things concerning the ways of cleaning cooking and service. On May 5, 2009 at the end of my shift the GM confronted me about my work ethics. I feel like my job as a pizza hut employee was threatened for doing thing s the right way. For example I was using the proper specs for topping pizza using my rings cups and sauce spoons. Later in the evening I decided to help was dishes spraying each dish before placing them on the rack to go into the dish washer. IF you was to go inside the store to see some of the things being done there you would be disgusted dishes touching the floor and being place on the shelf some dishes not being washed at all. Pizza being under topped cheating customers of good quality pizza on top of that product is not being rotated properly and dirty dishes are being used to prepare food. As being certified in food safety I try to adress these matters and all people do is get mad at me and continue to do what is not right and I feel like I cannot go to my GM to adress it further because he doesn't seem to care at all about whats going on except for cutting back costs.I could go on and on. Something needs to be done!!!

They charge my husband unauthorized charges on his credit card up to 150.00. We ordered a pizza for 12.98 and next thing we know we are getting charge at two other different pizza huts that we had never been to. There customer service didn't wont to help us. We did a charge back with our bank.

THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME MY FAMILY AND I HAVE INCOUNTED THIS PROBLEM IN THE EALING BROADWAY BRANCH OF THE PIZZA HUT.
THE 1ST TIME WAS LAST YEAR WHERE WE WERE SQUATTING FLIES AS WE WERE EATING.
AT THE TIME I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER WHO WAS APOLOGATIC AND INFORMED US DUE TO THE HOT WEATHER IT HAD BEEN A PROBLEM OVER THE LAST FEW DAYS BUT THAT SOMEONE WAS DUE IN TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THE NEXT DAY.
LAST WEEK I AGAIN WENT INTO THE RESTURANT AND ALTHOUGH NOT AS BAD AS BEFORE WAS STILL OVER RUN AGAIN WITH FLIES. EVEN IN THE LADIES TOLIETS .
AGAIN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER WHO INFORMED ME AND SHOWED ME REPORTS THAT HE HAS SUBMITTED TO YOUR HEAD OFFICE REGUARDING THE PROBLEM. YOUR RESPONSE THAT IT WAS BEING DEALT WITH BUT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE TO TAKE THE CARPET UP AND TREAT IT.
TO MY DISMAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK EXPENSIVE BARRIERS THAT ALTHOUGH LOOK VERY NICE OUTSIDE SURELY THE MONEY COULD HAVE BEEN MORE WISELY SPENT FIXING THE PROBLEM INSIDE.
