Pizza hut in Cochran, Ga's pizza is awful. Its dry and their sizes are not right. For example, you would order a large pizza and they would give you a medium pizza and cut it into a bunch of tiny slices trying to make you think that you have a large pizza or that you are getting much more. The pizza is dry, and they do not give you the type of crust you ask for. You ask for Pan Crust and they give you thin or hand-tossed, like I have never had a pan-crust pizza before. The delivery man doesn't be on his job most of the time. I would call to make an delivery order and they would tell me he wouldn't be there, and its just one person doing all of the work. Pizza hut in Cochran also close way too early at 10:00. Its a small town but I lived in a small town also and my pizza hut did not close so early on weekdays, so it being a small town is no excuse. I am tired of getting poor service from the Pizza Hut in Cochran, and this is the only pizza hut I've been to that I've been so unsatisfied with ever.

My family and I moved to McComb about two and a half years ago and have dined at the Pizza Hut located here about four times. Each time has been worse than the last. About a year ago they built a new restaurant and we thought we would give it another try. Bad idea. We were seated and then sat there for thirty minutes without even getting drinks. To make matters worse the district manager was there and even saw us. When I complained he didn't really care so I asked who owned the restaurant and was told it was owned by the corporation. Basically, I could write a complaint but he didn't have any one to answer to, so he really didn't care what I did.
Well, it has been about ten months and after church this evening I decided to give it one more try. It hasn't changed at all. Poor service and worse food. You can get better pizza from the frozen food department at any grocery store. If you are ever in McComb, MS please avoid Pizza Hut. It will be a huge waste of time and money. You would have a better meal if you brought along a bologna sandwich and ate it in your car.

I placed an order through them online last night (February 26th). The phone number they have if they need to contact me is my house phone number. I have never given them my cell, so there is no way they could have it on record.

I placed the order around 7:30pm, and was told my order should arrive around 9:05pm. I live in an apartment complex where you have to be buzzed in, so around 9:00pm I went down to the front door to wait for them. I took my cell phone with me. Around 9:15pm, I called them because my food still wasn't here. The woman I spoke with told me they had tried calling me several times to let me know they weren't going to be able to deliver my order because their driver's car apparently stalled. If I still wanted the food, I would have to come and get it myself, and they would give me 20% off. I was home the whole time after I placed the order, and my house phone hadn't rung once, so I knew she was full of it. When I asked her what number she had tried calling, she told me "the one you're calling on now." I told her there was no way she could have called me on this number, since it is my cell phone, and they don't have my cell phone number. She apparently didn't know what to say after that, so I asked her why she didn't leave a message on my answering machine when she was supposedly calling to let me know what was going on, and she hung up. Since I paid with my credit card, I had to call back to get my money refunded. The manager on duty was obviously as stupid as the woman I spoke with was. He kept trying to convince me to come pick up the food, insisting that it is still good. I told him no, I don't want it, and I want my money back. He told me he could credit my account for a future visit, like I will ever order through them again. After arguing with him for a good ten minutes, he finally said he would refund the money.

Now, I understand that things you can't control happen, and I'm sure things got stressful over there when their driver's car ran into a problem, so I am in no way mad about not getting my food. I AM mad at the fact that this Pizza Hut knew they weren't going to be able to make the delivery, made no attempt to call me to let me know, and then continued to lie to me and say they had called. Apparently I am not the only one who had this problem.

I am complaining about the manager at our local Pizza Hit location. About a year ago we received a call saying our Credit Card was declined for our recent pizza order. The funny thing was that the last pizza order we made at Pizza Hut was about 3 months prior to this, and I paid that order with cash. I told the guy calling this and said that he must of made a mistake. He said sorry and hung up. Well we got another call from this guy the next day, I told him the same thing and to stop calling. We the next week, we got a call from the manager of the store. He started yelling at my wife telling her to pay her bill.

When I heard this, I phoned Pizza Hut's corporate number and lodged a complaint against this manager. After a few phone calls back and forth, they finally apologised. This was a year ago, and we have never bought another pizza form this location. And we never will in the future either.
