Pizza Hut's Natural Rustica Pizza has been a big hit with my wife and I, when we can get it made correctly. The Duncaville, TX location has repeatedly made it wrong. Talking to management did no good. We tried the Cedar Hill, TX location. When I ordered the Natural Rustica (it has specific items), the order taker asked what toppings. I told her they were predefined. She said no. I asked to talk to the manager. A few minutes later, the order taker got back on the line and said the manager figured it out. So, I ordered two of them. My mistake. They used regualr tomatoes and regular sauce. The website indicates: The Natural crust is topped with an original sauce made from organic, vine-ripened tomatoes and natural mozzarella cheese. Enjoy the new Rustica recipe with sliced Italian Sausage, marinated Roma tomatoes and fire-roasted red peppers. Not even close. I sent an online complaint once before to Pizza Hut, but never got a response. I sent another one tonight. Based on both of the local locations' response/service and Pizza Hut corporate, their business must be doing pretty good to not deliver the quailty product they advertise.

I finally was able to afford a pizza from take-out and I haven't had a pizza from Pizza Hut in a long time, so I ordered my favorite. Pan crust, super supreme. When I got home and opened the box, I had a thin crust, super supreme pizza with no cheese---YUCK!!! If I wanted to spend my hard earned money on a pizza that tasted like cardboard, I could have bought frozen-and it would have tasted better-and even had cheese on it!!! I have never been more disgusted--we were really looking forward to a great pizza.

We had a bad experience at Pizza Hut. The phone representative was curt with my wife, The
manager was rude when I picked up our order, the pizza was sloppily made and undercooked,
and the breadsticks were cold and rock hard.

This is not the reason for my current dissatisfaction. I understand that not every order can be an A+. But when I submitted a complaint online I heard nothing back. After a week I submitted a second report. Now it's been two weeks and still nothing.

Since there are so many pizza restaurants in our culture, you'd think pizza hut would want to offer superior customer service. Instead they offer none. Since their prices are notably higher than their competitors, one would think that quality of product and customer service would be high on their list of priorities. Nope.

Frustrated, I googled "Pizza Hut Customer service" and saw that there are hundreds of reviews just like this one.

What happened Pizza Hut?

We had a share pasta dish with chicken in it and it was awful was like meat was not cooked myself my partner and two daughters could not eat it.Also we ordered pototo wedges which they brought out to us when we had basiclly finished our meal, poor service.

On Friday, January 9th, 2009 at approximately 10:30 p.m. I tried to place an order with Pizza Hut through the phone.

I was asked by the call centre, can I help you. My response was yes, I want to know about the 3 pizza deal. The representative then told me she did not know about the deal. She proceded to ask me for my phone number, address, name etc. I explained to her that I wanted to ask her about the deal and I did not want to go through all the questions prior to me making a decision about placing an order.

She then put me through to a manager "Angela" who also did not about the special. This special was on the internet under Pizza Hut. She was very rude and she told me to hold on, this lasted approximately 15 minutes. She never came back she disconected me on the phone.

I called back again and spoke with a manager "Syed" who then after a while took my order, he was also not very nice.

This kind of service is unacceptable, very poor customer service skills.
