I have never been treated any way but nice-at this site-on Dawson Rd...until this date-by this person, since they opened over 20 years ago.

She definately does not need to be working for the public. Her attitude and work habits are the pitts.

She pitched a loud yelling, name calling fit-because I did not put the money in her hand, instead of on the counter, as I have done most of my life-anywhere I went. No reason, except habit.
It was her side of the counter, and she was talking to two other customers who came in after me, before me, and during the time she ask my name, and looked up my order and gave me the amount. I did not even know I had made this huge mistake until I heard her loudly telling the other two customers, and then the guy in the back room. As she handed me the two pizza's (and no change or plates as I expected and ask for)
I spoke my first words, besides my name when she ask. I told her quietly I did not know what her problem was, but she had one. As she shouted at ME NOW- I told her about four times, louder each time so she would hear me over her shouting, that I would report this, and she kept shouting profane things until I walked out.
I am a 71 year old white woman. (Apparently she does not like either)

Bad service
I tried to use the Pizza Hut website to order dinner. After some trying, I was able to locate a coupon on their website I would like to use. The website, however, would not allow me to select the items I wanted that were clearly covered by the coupon (2 medium lovers line pizzas for $17.99, wouldn't let me select lovers line pizzas). When I tried to use the website to contact someone at Pizza Hut about it, I got constant errors. My advice, never use the pizza hut website, and just stay away from pizza hut totally. They obviously don't care about the consumer.

order time, poor quality pizza
I placed my order at 4:30 and was told the pizza would arrive in about 55 min. 1 1/2 hours later a cold pizza was finally delivered. The sloppy, nasty-looking delivery guy didn't even apoligize! While I was waiting on the pizza I tried calling Pizza Hut 3 times and was put on hold twice and directed to somebody in Alabama once. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again!

filthynkitchen, rude to handicapped
I went to Pizza Hut to buy a gift card for a college student with my mom in a walker. It was 10:50 and the door wasnt open. We went to the kitchen door and saw a mess ...food on the floor, overflowing garbage. The head waitress wouldnt sell us a gift card because she said that she was busy and so my mom had to go back to the car. They didnt open the door till 11:10. She got her gift card. I am calling the health dept, and will never go there agian!

I loved pizza Hut in college.

cold horrible pizza
just ordered 2 large pizza's from pizza hut, 1 large meat feast and 1 large cheese and tomato. the meat feast looked and according 2 my boyfriend tasted o.k. but the cheese and tomato pizza was cold and had hardly any cheese or tomato on it, i was very dissapointed after waiting 4 it 4 45mins to recieve a cold dry pizza that tasted like what i can only imagine cardboard would taste like. i know times are hard but when you pay £20.99 for 2 pizza's as a treat, i expect it 2 be hot with plenty of cheese and tomato on top, i will NOT be ordering from there ever again.

Pizza Hut complainers need to get a life
I agree with tinkerbellad, some customers are just so freaking unbelievable. I was also a pizza hut employee for 3 years and sometimes we do make mistakes! Believe it or not! I can't believe none of the customers have never made mistakes . But we always take care of the customer, usually giving them free food or a discount. What else do you want us to do? Cry for your forgivness?
Also, we can get too busy for the staff to handle! Sometimes rushes are unexpected and we are over our heads in rude customers. I've watched other girls cry because they cannot handle how awful people can be over PIZZA! Once we were so busy during christmas that we had a 30 minute wait, and people took it out on the hostess! Yeah, it was her fault that so many people were lining up at the door! Orders were pileing up in the kitchen so fast that the tickets were covering the floor, and the cooks could not keep up. A man even said to our hostess, "You gave our table away? What are you f***ing stupid?" and by the way, she didn't give the table away, a group of people just took it.
People seriously need to just realize that we are a bunch of college and high school kids trying to make money for ourselves, but no you have to give us crap and make us feel bad. It's only pizza, calm down and give us a break.

LONG DELAY TO DELIVER
I ORDERED A PIZZA SPECIAL AT 6:02 PM I WAITED AND WAITED UNTIL 7:05 PM NO PIZZA. DELIVERY TIME IS 35 MINUTES . VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN !!! MARK MANAGER DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE WASN'T NO APOLOGY OR DISCOUNT NOTHING .

Crappy Pizza Delivery Service
Ordered a large pizza $28. Have ordered several pizzas from Grandview, MO location, paid driver $10 cash every time. This time, waited over one and a half hours for $28 pizza, planning to tip driver $10 ( I used to drive for a living), called Grandview, MO store to ask where pizza is and young person that sounded possibly stoned on weed put me on hold for a long time, called back again to 'experience' another young person smart mouthing and hung up on me. Finally got 'alledged' store manager on the phone 'Fred Williams', who also smart-mouthed and hung up on me. Then tried to post complaint on pizzahut.com only to find the complaint form not working (conveniently?) Is pizza service this bad? From my experience, I say YES! Pizza Hut service IS crappy!

Rude Manager
I placed an order by telephone earlier tonight to be delivered to my house.
The driver called 10 minutes before leaving to deliver to ask for direction which I
duely and CLEARLY gave. They are very simple. From Newington green head down
Matthias Road and when you see the first busstop thats my block of flats.
Simple.
10 minutes later I recieve a call from the driver who tells me he's at completely
the wrong end of the street and could I meet him there.
I live on the third floor of a block of flats and I have a 7 year old child who
shouldn't be left unattended. i inform the driver to at least go to the correct
place I had told him earlier, .
I go downstairs to collect the order and the driver is not there.
I wait for 5 -10 minutes in the cold to see if he is on his way.
Nothing.
So I go upstairs and call Islington Pizza Hut.
The manager tells me he is outside my flat. I go back downstairs. The driver is not
there. I continue to wait. Still not there. The manager says there are a large group
of kids outside the flat so the drivers life is in danger.
There are no kids outside my flat. I am standing there myself. It is perfectly safe
where I live. The manager says they are cancelling my order because I am not willing
to go outside to collect it. Despite the fact that I am stood outside on the main
road waiting for it
The manager then tells me they do not usually deliver to Matthias Road. I have been
ordering from there for four years and when you enter my postcode into the search
system on your website it informs me that the Islington branch is my local branch.
So I should think I know where it is. The manager says I am liar, they never deliver
to Matthias Road, despite confirmation emails from the previous Sunday that they
deliver and the driver coming to my door to deliver it at the time.
The manager then hangs up.
I call back and speak to someone else who says that they can see from my records
that I am a regular customer and can only apologise for the terrible way I have been
treated.
Needless to say I am beyond livid at being treated like I was some sort of criminal
despite the fact that I have been a good customer for years and went out of my way
to help a driver that can't navigate a bus stop on a main road?
I expect a full written apology for the upset from the manager and demand to know
how on earth you can allow your staff to treat customers like that. I was not
abusive and I did not threaten them but I was treated like the scum of the earth.
I want an enquiry and I expect to be compensated for the distress caused.
