Tomato sauce
I had been ordering pizzahut from the Klang, branch nearby Ocean. Suprisingly when I ask the waiter remember to give me some tomato packets, she said no tomato saurce provided here. Only Cili sauce will have. Wah!!!, I taught something wrong with my ears, what so of services they provide!!!. At least, if you said temporary out of order, I still can accept, but no totally did not provide. Customers Services Division, please do something to meet your customer's needs. Thank you.

Bad pizza
we got a pretty big order it was the game pack 2 mediums and hotwings 2liter pepsi and a stuff crust pepperoni, well the pepperonis were burnt and only HALF the pizza had cheese all three this was a rip off im pry never going there again i was NOT happy or on the other hand if i ever do go i will check the order BEFORE i even leave the store that was bad.

raw uncooked pizza
My family and I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas for the coupon price of 21.99 and was over charged to begin with and then treated very rudely by the person taking the order.The order was made at 9:45 pm at 10:02 we were called by them.The co-worker once again rudely spoke to us telling us we need to come get our food so she can lock the doors.Well that was not a problem for us we get there and she charges 5 dollars more than the coupon had stated and again we were rudely spoke to, needless to say I paid and went home so that I could feed my family.(me, two young children, and a six month pregnant women){keep that in mind now}The expectant mother ate one slice noticing something didn't taste right thanking it was just her so she went ahead and ate, my 10 year old daughter pointed out to us during her first slice the pizza that it was very raw {you could seriously mold your own pizza out of the uncooked pizza} not only was the dough not cooked neither were the toppings.Now the 5 year old ate her first and only peice before we discovered this and so did the expectant mom.We called to let the manager know about it at 10:20 and once again rude service and before we could finish letting her know our info. she rudely hung up the phone.Now we have two food sick people in the house thanks to improper service.

meal
We stopped for lunch Sunday October 5th at 12:30. After a few minutes we ordered a pasta dish and a personal pan pizza. After 30 minutes they brought the pasta dish, and said mine should be out in a few minutes. After another 15 minutes she ask what I ordered, another 15 minutes she said they put in the wrong pizza and it would be another 10 minute wait, at that point I said to keep it, it had been an hour for a personal pan pizza. I left your restaurant with no lunch and a bill of 16.14. My concern was the help that were working that day. there were not very many people in the restaurant and it should should not have taken that long. I understand mix ups and mistakes but this was ridiculous.
If the staff need more training I would encourage that, and maybe they need to write things down if they cannot remember from the table to the cook. I appreciate your hearing my concerns about your facility, not the first time I have heard it but hopefully will be the last.

Poor Customer Service &wrong order multiple times
The crossgates location made the same wrong order twice in 3 days. When I called the call center to report the incorrect order, I complained that this problem happened twice within three days and I was frustrated. The service rep was non caring and told me that I should have checked my order. I asked for his supervisor and was transferred to another non caring person that seemed to be aggravated about having to deal with a customer complaint. He also told me it was my responsibility to check orders not the restuarant. He was very short with his responses and when I asked for his name he said "Jason" I asked for last name and he stated that all I needed to know was that he was the manager of the call center and his name was Jason. I went back to the Crossgates location and asked for a refund and the manager on duty, Sylvia, was also not friendly but seemed to be inconvenienced to have to even service me.
When do people get to have jobs in the customer service and treat people with no respect. I may only be one person but I hold a high position at a local bank that spends thousands with Pizza Hut each year. After tomorrow Pizza Hut will no longer be used by our bank for any catering dinners or luncheons and I will tell everyone I talk to about the poor service Pizza Hut managers give to their customers.

cant place an order
i tried at 3 different times to place an order. the first time it rang and rang and then i was placed on hold. i called the second time only to be placed on hold. the third time i asked if they had anyone who could take my order and she put me on hold. what do you have to do to place and order here?????????

Awful employee
Despite their wonderful mission statement, NPC International/Pizza Hut could not care less about their 'valued' employees. I was brutally assaulted, without warning or provocation, by another employee while we were both on the clock. The police arrested the other driver and formally charged him with assault. I spent several hours in the ER getting my bruises, scrapes, cuts and sprains checked out.

The day after, I went to discuss the issue (on my own time) with the RGM. Long story short, he was not objective, apparently taking sides with the other driver. When I asserted myself, he fired me. No warning, no write-ups, simply terminated on the spot. For what it's worth, I was 'MVP' for the month of February, never had so much as an oral warning about anything, was always a top ranked driver, and never had a customer complaint.

Not only will I never work for this company again, I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut in the future. Hopefully, NPC will do the right thing in this case. Litigation is an option, but one I do not wish to pursue.

I've said my peace.

waitng for an hour
I came into pizza hut for wing street wings and was told it will be 15 minutes for the wait.I complied aqnd sat down waiting patiently.I even overheard one of the employees saying that she had mixed the asian sauce with the honey barbeque sauce.I was thinking that hopefully she did not mix mine up.Slowly 15 minutes turn into an hour.I heard a couple of employees arguing over who did not clean the night before.I was upset because I didnt need to here that and it was loud.The whole resturant overheard it.I finally got my wings and with a B IG dissapoinment-the wings were messed up!!! They were not the ones I ordered.I was so angry I did not even feel like returning them.I wasted 6.95 on wings that I thought I would enjoy but ended up with a bunch of crap!!!

nauseating dinner
My faimliy went for dinner at Pizza Hut in Providence.. We ordered two pizzas which we were never asked what kind of crust we wanted. When my dad asked for a pan pizza the waitress told us they only had one pan left (like they don't do dishes or something). So we were forced to order a thin crust pizza that was hard as a rock and tasted like a cracker. It was disgusting!! It took forever to get a refill of soda when there wasn't even anyone else in the place!! Here's the best part.. after eating my salad I started to feel sick so I got up to take one more look at the salad bar and guess what.. THE CHEESE I HAD JUST EATEN HAD MOLD IN IT!!!

Don't go there
Pizza Hut-North St Petersburg Florida (4th St). On Thursday 08/28/08, I ordered a Medium Pepperoni & Sausage pizza w/ order of wings. The wings were not how I ordered them nor was the pizza hot! It was cold and old tasting. The Manager did not give no satisfaction and just Saturday 08/30/08, the driver threw my mothers change on the ground. The Manager was called and did nothing to satisfy the disrespect that was given!

VERY DISSAPOINTED! I love Pizza Hut but there are many more pizza joints around that satisfy and respect their customers. I believe that management needs to train their employees a whole lot better then they have.
