disorganized
called in an order on a friday night expecting a little wait for pizza...when i asked over the phone how long????? i was told 30-35 minutes. i head up to the new location and find a room full of unhappy people getting the wrong pizzas ...what was supposedly a 30 minute wait turned into a 55 minute waste of time because they then could not find my pizza and said they could remake if i wanted to wait another 20 minutes or longer...so 1 wasted hour of time and i left with no pizza and will never order pizza from that location...also will let others know about this lack of service and rude response from manager (heather) on duty no sorry no offer of discount nothin...DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM GOODYEAR AZ PIZZA HUT HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Terrible experience
General manager treats employees like they are dogs the f word come out of her mouth every five minutes she blames employees for things they didn't even due. For example i am a driver and I was answering the phone on Friday and I had a delivery come up so I let the regular guy who answers phones take over and the order got screwed up. So when I came back from my delivery she said I f, d up phone orders all week well remember I said it was Friday, the last day I worked was the Monday before that. Well anyway on aug-9th sat. Orders and delivery was running an hour and a half behind so every customer you would deliver to would be very up set well my first customer I got there very quick and he tried helping pull out the order and the pasta dropped so I gave him a refund and he said he was not upset with me but 1 1/2 late thing.

Crappy service/bagged sausage
When we ordered our food, the cheesy breadsticks, and two medium pan pizzas, our waitress was more interested in picking things out of her nose than customer service. Our breadsticks came to the table black. As we watched the people in the back making our pizza, we noticed that the sausage came out of a bulky sized bag, all pre-made and looked like a bag of rabbit droppings. Then when it came time for the cheese, they used some type of cardboard box to use as a scoop into a type of large bin full of cheese. He measured it and realized he had too much, and put it back into this bin, after fondling it with his hands. Our waitress was on her cell phone outside, while the dishwasher delivered our pizza to our table with his wet nasty plastic apron.

Pizza Hut robbery
I ordered some pizzas online in June to feed a friends gathered at my house. I had email that verified the order, then received a second email stating that my order was on its way. After waiting for an hour, I called the Pizza Hut to ask why my order had not arrived, and was told that my order was at the Pizza Hut and it was for carryout and not delivery. After that I sent a complaint to Pizza Hut, because I was not going to demand new pizzas delivered to me with SPIT all over them. The manager credited me my money and stated that because of my trouble I would get the usually coupons to make me happy. I never got the coupons and did not care, but decided to order a Super Supreme with a 19.99 and added a few extra toppings. The final price on the online order system was $24 and some change. When the driver showed up, the bill was for $35 and some change. I protested this, refused the pizza, and even gave a tip to the driver for her trouble. I never showed my credit card, but that did not stop Pizza Hut from charging me the disputed full amount. So now, I will never eat at another Pizza Hut again, because this company is full of criminals and deserve to be bankrupt! Piknic pizza (local place) has always made the bestpizza in town and will now get most of my business.

My family and I ate at the Pizza Hut on Geist Rd in Fairbanks Alaska with very poor customer service.
Our order was placed for drinks, bread sticks and pizzas. We ordered our drinks and appetizers and specified to the waitress that we wanted our appetizers before our pizza. (This I've never understood, why would they bring it with the main course or after?)What is a appetizer? Small portions of food served before the main course. The waitress returned later to take our pizza order. When our pizza arrived without plates or forks 30 min. after ordering. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager stated that if we wanted the appetizer before our food that we should have told our waitress at the time we ordered. The bread sticks arrived at our table 10 minutes after our pizza. The only action the manager took was to give us free drinks. Free drinks what a rip off. We told the manager that we would not come back, she stated that she did nothing. Well she was right she did nothing to make this right. The manager nor the waitress returned to our table to ask how our food was. What is it with these chain restaurants? Waitresses complain when they don't get tips. Get the order right, don't forget about your tables and you'll get your tips. The restaurant was so crowded a total of 7 people, 5 of them was us. Do we tip? Absolutely, when the waitress has done her job correctly. The manager needs better training and so does the waitress. This was absolutely ridiculous. Not one apology from the manager or the waitress.

Cheating people of their money
The manager at this particular restaurant told me that you guys charge additional 3.49 for a second child. But its KIDS NITE and every child supposed to eat free. You didn't say you had to have a second adult there just to receive that service. And to be charge 15.50 for the meal. The manger charge me a 1.89 for a drink I did not order and told they still have to charge regardless if I got it or not. Thats very wrong and I'm very, very pissed off. I should not have to pay all that money for nothing. They should have told before I ordered they didn't. I won't be going back I might as well order from the menu. And she was nonchalant about it and obnoxious and a real asshole. I will never go back just to pay all that money for nothing.

Irresponsible and least bothered staff attitude
This complaint is for the Pizza Hut delivery service and the staff who take order on phone. Today when i order they took 2 and half hour and in this duration i called them 4 times, the first guy told me that your order will be delivered in half an hour, second time when I called after an hour to ask about my order then other guy told me that your order has dispatched and you will get in a while; but it never comes...!!! After half an hour i called again then there was some female she was like that we don’t have any order with your name and from this number, i said i am calling from the same number and last time when I called the person told me that your order has dispatched then how can you say that you don’t have order with my name. Then she was like "oh yes i got the information an will let you know in a while and asked me for my cell number that I gave her, then i was waiting, waiting and waiting...! Then again i called and said that I want to cancel my order because now it more than 2 and half hours, the female asked me to hold on and said "I will let you know in a while" after 3minutes she told me that we don’t have order with your name... hm!
I have been a customer of this Pizza Hut for many, many years. But no more! When you call for delivery it will be an hour or more...staff is least bothered whether order has delivered or not, and nobody is responsible for it.

Terrible service
I stopped at pizza hut to order pizza to take home. I asked CARA if the medium pizzas with 3 toppings was still on sale for $9.99. she said the only special a p'zone, she told me and charged me $13.50, when Matt the afternoon man brought my pizza out hold and behold there taped to the box was the pizza with the price i asked for. He just laughed like a fool not realizing the damage he was doing to pizza hut relation with customers. I don't know what happened to CARA.she either went out the back door or stayed in back till i left. Believe me word of mouth from unsatisfied people takes it toll on a good customer. The price of that pizza should have been $9.99 plus tax not $12.74 plus tax or $13.50.

Terrible staff attitude
Yesterday I took some of my guests to Pizza Hut, Johar Town Lahore which is your franchise. I have certain comments which I would request you to seriously consider for improvement.
1. A group of people were smoking inside on second floor. When requested to stop smoking, they refused. Supervisor was helpless. Finally with some efforts from serving boys / waiters / stewards, this group shifted to ground floor, still refusing to stop smoking.
2. There was severe shortage of manpower on second floor. Only two waiters were available to handle about seven families. Only billing took more than 10 minutes (without exaggeration). When I reported this to supervisor (Ms. Fizza), she very arrogantly asked me to fill up the comment card, which I did. I quote her comment ” to phir card bhar dain na aap”, unquote. I think, the supervisor in particular has to be extremely soft spoken and well trained to handle customers. The waiters were however very courteous.
3. The wash room hand drier was out of order and was room cleanliness was not up to standards.
4. When I tried to pass faxes to phone numbers (Lahore and Karachi) given on comment card, they are not responding.
5. The website is also not operational and is under construction since last 5 years.
