Poor management
We had a gift card and decided to use it for lunch. Well the place was full, the buffet tables were empty, they were out of the Alfredo that people wanted and that poor young man was trying to handle everything from the phone, register, busing tables and getting drinks. Cant Pizza Hut afford to hire enough help? People were getting irate and cussing and yelling around. I felt really bad for the waiter. There was only 3 people in there to run the lunch rush. Not a good thing. I don't know if I will ever go back. Too bad...

Terrible food
The restaurant was dirty. Salad was not fresh, but I have to admit the pizza we had was the worst ever. We had a thin crust meatlovers pizza. The crust was awful and the grease from the topping just floated on top of the crust. I can honestly say that this was the worst experience I have ever had. Also before I order another pizza from pizza hut, I will just go to the marathon station and get a hunts brother pizza. We were told that pizza hut is using frozen crust. Well you should think twice because degorinoes frozen pizza is better that what you are selling. Sorry, but you just lost a three time a month customer.

Terrible customer service
I carried out the order and we are vegetarian (by religion) if some do not know. There was meat in my order. Upon calling the location, after 10 min. of hold time - the Manager (Muhammed) denied to come on the phone and said he was too busy, that was insane and rude. I went to the store AGAIN and STILL he did not come out to talk!! I was angry and told him why can't he talk... He threatened me like a GOON to call police and was extremely rude. I left with the pizza there and did NOT get/ask for refund. With me, other customers ALSO told me they will never come back again to this location. Anyone in this area, pl. DO NOT go/order from this location - they NEED to know that we have rights too!!!
The employee does not care of business, I need confirmation that the OWNER knows this. This is highly unacceptable behavior and customer service! I WILL publicly post this issue on blogs, magazines and news sites/channels. Pizza Hut put's their FIRST principle to hire is cust. service (LOL - what a joke!!!) and me getting thrown out was horrible and I will ensure that I will stand there with a banner with 20 ppl.
ALSO - I was charged extra on my order!
Pizza hut is hiring all the old Mcdonald kids... now Mcdon. is revamping their staff with high quality ppl and invest tremendously in training. On the flip side, those folks who cannot make it are managers at Pizza Hut!

Terrible customer service and delivery
We ordered pizza Sunday May 15th @ 5:oopm The $19.99 special. One pizza they delivered was the wrong toppings. We called and asked that they just refund us for the one pizza. We asked when the delivery girl went out that she would just drop the money by. It was to late for us to eat another pizza. The young man who answered the phone was confused so we asked for the manager. A young lady came on the line and just kept insisting that we would have to come be right away to get our money back. We asked for corporates phone number and she hung up on us. We called back and got corporates phone number. We stayed on the line from 7:00pm to 7:45pm with just no response. We then emailed corporate and today is Thursday the 19th with no response. We gave our home number.
It's disappointing because we have ordered many times, gone there with a crowd, had our children's parties and we are treated like this.

Rude manager
I visited a Pizza Hut store at 780 S. Labrea in LA, CA. The store manager, Pedro was very rude to me and my young daughter. He made us wait a long time and then I walked out of the store. Went back in because my daughter really wanted pizza. I had to ask him to help us. He slammed my change down onto the counter. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and asked him to write down his name on the back of the business card, he refused and told me to write it down. My daughter was so upset that she started crying. I deserve an apology, and will never shop at that Pizza Hut location again.

poor service
This was the worst; first the server came to the table; are you ready; than drinks came one straw (2 People); no tableware; no sugar( forgot to order). Salad and bread strick come; no fork; asked and had to ask a different server for tableware wait time; well my pizza there and no tableware how was I to eat by salad with my fingers I guess. Finial got a fork; after we were done; she comes back and ask if we had enought sugar; drinks are done. She takes the check and goes on break and never comes back after waiting 25 mins, because there is no one to ask. found the manager and talked to him; he say I 'll talk to her and he was sorry about the experiecne. We also waited appox 20 min for orders to be taken. I like your food ; but I will not go back for awhile due to the long wait and no tableware; and the lack of communition of the servicer for not letting me know she was going on her break and having another person take over for her; and the manager was not very concern of my feelings. I do not know the servicer name; she did not ware a name tag. I guess that so no one will be able to name her. The table was very small; you could not really order a large pizza and have it place on the table ; with drink without something getting spilled or falling on to the floor. I think that dining out is a speacl evening; and with the cost I would like it to be enjoyable for myself and husband; and this was not enjoyable; the dinner from Hell.
I hope you are able to do something about the poor service and manners of Pizza Hut.

service & quality
I ordered by phone a medium thin crust supreme to be picked up. First of all the young lady that answered the phone spoke so fast and unclear that I was unable to tell anything that she said and had to ask. When I picked up the pizza I suppose it was the same young lady that greeted with sullen politeness and no smile. The pizza when I got home was a disgrace to Pizza Hut. There were very little toppings, just enough to barely get by, and the cheese was almost nonexistant. This is ridiculous. They advertise a good looking pizza and what you get is less than you could buy frozen! For all of this wonderful meal I paid over $16.

TO WHOMIT MAY CONCERN:
I'M WRITING THIS LETTER TO INFORM YOU THAT ON SUNDAY, JUNE 8, 2008 ME AND MY FAMILY WENT TO PIZZA HUT. AND WHILE WE WERE THERE WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO BE SEATED. AND THE ONLY REASON WHY WE WAS ABLE TO SIT DOWN IS CAUSE WE ASKED THE YOUNG LADY WITH NO NAME TAG ON COULD SHE PLEASE SEAT US? AND THAT WHEN SHE TOLD US YOU CAN SEAT YOURSELF. AND I FELT THAT WAS RUDE. AND THEN IT TOOK HER ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO COME BACK TO TAKE OUR ORDER. AND THEN WHEN WE GOT THE PIZZA 25 MINUTES LATER THEY HAD FAST COOKED IT. AND THE BOTTOM WAS REALLY SOFT. AND THAT WE ASKED FOR EXTRA SAUCE CAUSE AT CERTAIN PIZZA HUTS THEY DON'T PUT ENOUGH SAUCE ON THE PIZZA. AND WHAT IS PIZZA WITHOUT SAUCE. AND WHEN THE YOUNG LADY CAME BACK I WAS EXPLANING TO HER WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE PIZZA. AND THAT WHEN SHE SAID I NEED TO GO AND GET YOU YOUR BILL. AND I TOLD HER WE DID NOT EAT THE PIZZA CAUSE IT NOT COOKED RIGHT. AND THAT IS WHEN SHE WENT AND TALKED TO THE MANAGER (ERICKA). AND THAT PIZZA HUT LOST A LOT OF CUSTOMERS YESTERDAY CAUSE THEY WAS SO SLOW. AND PEOPLE WAITED ALONG TIME. AND ALL EMPLOYEES SHOULD HAVE ON NAME TAGS. AND NOT ONE OF THEM HAVE ON ONE YESTERDAY. AND THEY TAKE TO LONG TO CLEAN UP CAUSE THE TABLE WAS LEFT DIRTY TOO LONG. AND WHILE I WAS AT PIZZA HUT I NOTICE THAT ERICKA THE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS AND SHE WAS MAKING PIZZA, RUNNING THE REGISTER AND ECT.

My car was stolen
I went to the Pizza Hut in Charlotte, NC on Prosperity Church Road for take out. While waiting 25 minutes for a pizza that was supposed to be done in 10 minutes my car was stolen. To make it worse, they made it seem like it happens all the time - when I walked back inside the store and announced that my car was stolen, the cashier said "oh not again, would you like me to put your pizza in the warmer". Neither the manager, nor anyone else in the store apologized for my loss, and to add insult to injury...I paid for my pizza and they didn't offer a refund, a coupon for a future fee pizza or a ride home. The bums!

Poor customer service
On May 26, 2008 I phoned in my order using a coupon for a large pizza and a 2-liter of Pepsi for $14.99. Upon arriving to pick up my order they gave me a medium size one, I said that it would be ok, here is my coupon. Here is were it got ugly. The shift manager "Richard" said I cannot use your coupon for this size pizza it will be $17.99 "give or take a few pennies". I said you are kidding? I was willing to accept the smaller size, but I was not going to pay more than my coupon amount. Why should it cost me more for less? When it was their mistake. Then to top it off "Richard said, "well do you want it or not? I said, "You know, I don't think I do." Then I drove across the street to Sonic.
