Terrible experience
My Partner and I decided to get Pizza Hut for a late lunch/early dinner as we had not had it for a while. We ordered the 'big night in' which was 1 Hawaiian Pizza, 1 Meatlovers Pizza, 1 Supreme Pizza, Chips, Garlic Bread and a Drink. We were told 10 or 15mins which was fine, 40 minz later we were finally walking out with our food. 1stly, the Chips were cold and uncooked, the Hawaiian Pizza was not cooked properly and the ham was hard and stringy. The Crust was not what we had asked for and the Meatlovers Pizza had no BBQ Sauce which we specifically asked for (even though i think this should come with the sauce anyway). To top it off, i am supposed to be at work today but instead i am forced to stay in bed with Food Poisoning! we are a young couple with a mortgage - i cannot afford to be having a day off. It might be a while before i can go back to Pizza Hut again - if i ever will which is quite disappointing because we don't like any other pizza. so maybe we will just have to find a completely different type of food. Burger Wisconsin maybe?

Terrible service
I was willing to pay amt. for my pizza, I and my friend got a salad, thinking it came with the pizza. the salad bar was a joke to begin with, a sad selection, mainly pitiful. the 6.58 price times two blew my mind, for real. I quietly told the register girl, I would not be back, she thought I was kidding! Nooo wonder there were no other customers there, early evening. I used to go there in past years, it was wonderful, that is why I went there! The pizza was quite horrible and tasteless. I don't make a practice of complaining. I feel it would be half fair, just to be reimbursed the salad at least.

Unfair
The pizza hut in York hired a new manager that should not have been hired, when they had a very good one in Jeanne who has been there for a long time, I refuse to go there once the new manager gets there, also why is Jeanne doing his job, yet she is not good enough for management. I am letting all of my friends and family know that they should boycott pizza hut for their unfair labour standards. The new manager is currently being trained to that he can manage for pizza hut yet there was someone who did not need to be trained right at their fingertips, maybe it is because she is a woman, hmm, do you think.

Will not hire black people in long beach
I am a 37 year old black male looking for a second job, part time. I have been to 5 Pizza Hut restaurants looking for work. All 5 restaurants have signs in their windows saying they are looking for drivers. All 5 said they were hiring drivers. I have a great drivers recored with only one ticket in the last ten year. I see only one thing that all 5 restaurants have in common, there are no black people working there. I feel something needs to be done to stop this crime.The color of my skin should not stop me from working to pay my bills.Pizza Hut needs to do something about the people they put in charge of their restaurants. There is only one word for it. RACIST.

crappy customer service. Ordered online and waited for 30 mins just to receive a call from the delivery man saying he is not willing to send to door and asked me to go down and wait for him in the cold saying he will arrive in 5 mins. 20 mins later, no-one arrive, left me waiting in the cold like an idiot. called the manager, rudely told me that delivery man didnt see me so turned back n if I want the pizza I should go to the local hut and collect it myself. The manager's name is Abdul. Refused to give full name.

Terrible quality food!
The last four times that my finance and I have been to that particular pizza hut there have been problems. The first time the food was cold. The second time they were out of bread for their sandwiches. The third time we ordered a personal pan and a supremo sandwich and they were out of cheese and the bread, plus the pizza was cold. Then we tried to order the new pasta and they were out. Then tonight we ordered the meat marniara and an order of wings and they told us twenty minutes. When we went to pick it up, the wings weren't even made. One of the employees comments was we'll I just got here. On top of that the marinara tastes like beeferoni straight out of the can. We ae tried of every time there is a complaint that the try to give us something for free. We pay for everything that we eat. We just know that we will never go to another pizza hut again.

Service was lousy
My sister and I and my grandson went for pizza about 7:00 pm. Put in our order about 7:10. My sister ordered spaghetti and meatballs and my grandson and I ordered each a personal pan pizza. After about 30 mins. We asked how much longer it would be. The waitress replied the pizzas were in the oven and should be out soon. We got the pizzas about 15 mins. Later. They were cold. My sister asked about her spaghetti, the waitress replied it was almost ready. My sister went to the counter about 10 mins later and talked to the manager. She said that the order was for a child's spaghetti and it wasn't ready yet. My sister told her it was a regular spaghetti. The manager replied, oh it hasn't been fixed yet. I'll put it on right away. They gave us a small discount but we still were not satisfied, the service was lousy. We're hoping pizza hut could rectify this dilemma. It's like that every time we go in there. It's easier and less stressful just to order the pizza and have it delivered or just go pick it up ourselves.

VERY RUDE/ORDER WRONG
THEY GOT MY ORDERWRONG I PAID FOR A TOSCANA PASTA, THEY DELIVERED ME
A MARINARA PASTA, I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND THEY HAD A VERY BAD ATTITUDE,
I ASKED FOR THE 1800 NUMBER AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE A COMPLAINT NUMBER,
SO I ASKED FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER AND THEY GAVE ME HER CELL # I CALLED THE CELL AND
THE GM HUNG UP ON ME, I CALLED BACK AND SHE SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT, SHE YELLED AT ME
FOR USING HER MIN ON HER PERSONAL PHONE WHICH I WAS NOT AWARE OF. I CALLED THE STORE
SHE TREATED ME VERY BADLY AND TOLD ME IF WE ATE ANY OF THE BREAD STICKS THAT SHE WOULD NOT REPLACE THEM MY BREAD STICKS ARE ALL COLD NOW BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO MAKE ME NEW BREAD STICKS WHILE I WAIT FOR MY RIGHT ORDER TO ARRIVE . THEN I SAID THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND SHE SAIDTHANK YOU FOR NOTHING, THE NAME THAT THE GM GAVE US IS PATTY WARD, HER CELL IS (323)767-4844, I AM ASKING IF THIS REALLY IS A GM!? WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMERS ALWAYSRIGHT?REMIND THE GM AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT THE CUSTOMER FEEDS AND PAYS YOUR BILLS! THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND I HOPE YOU DO GET BACK WITH ME.

It isn't what it used to be
About six months ago I attempted to order a pizza from my local pizza hut. They told me that they would not delivery to my house (which is, literally, four minutes away). Furthermore, their employee who was on the phone was extremely rude and actually hung up.
Recently, I decided to try them again, since there is nothing like a pizza hut pizza... I didn't want to deal with their employees, so I ordered online, which was alright, not great though. When I went to pick it up, they overcharged me without explanation. The order was also incorrect, and the bacon was disgustingly fatty (chunks of fat, not even cooked).
I figured that I would just complain online. Surely the franchise would care if one outlet was subpart. The process of complaining was terrible, but I managed to do it. I was never contacted by anyone.
I will not consider going to a pizza hut for probably two years (which I have done to other businesses).
I think Papa John's sounds good right now...

Poor Service & Tasteless Pizza - Home Delivery
This complaint is for the Pizza Hut delivery service out of Northampton/Catasauqua, PA area. I have been a customer of this Pizza Hut for many, many years. But no more!!When you call for delivery it will be an hour or more, the pizza is tasteless and the edge of the pizza is getting larger and larger, if I wanted just crust, I would order that!!! But one good thing did come out of this...thank you for turning me onto Pappa Johns Pizza...way better then Pizza Hut.
Bye-Bye Pizza Hut!!!
