Terrible service!
This complaint system that you have on the internet is fucking ridiculous!!! none of it makes any since. I am complaining about the Pizza Hut in Plaquemine, Louisiana, highway one, 70764. We have tried several times in the last 10 years. Each time that we try to dine in at this certian pizza hut it always turns out the same. The service is absolutely terrible. We have eaten at many other Pizza Huts around the country. We are entertainers and travel about 9 months of the year. Being from south Lousiana, we try to eat at places that we are familiar with. Pizza Hut is one of those places! BUT NOT IN PLAQUEMINE, LOUISIANA. this particular hut is run by blacks and it is filthy, the music (black rap music) is played so loud that any decent customer cannot carry on a conversation with the other people at the table. On top of that, the people (black) who run the Pizza Hut have an attitude. A very bad attitude I might add!!! It is a very disgusting place. The only reason that it is still in business, is that this city is over run with blacks, especially the area that the hut sit in. Back in 1965 i opened and operated (manager) a new Pizza Hut in the city of New Iberia, Louisiana. That was back when people cared about their customers. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN OR THE ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY!!! I PROMISE YOU THAT I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT PLACE AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NONE OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS DOES EITHER. HAVE A GREAT DAY.

Bad service!
The night manager and some of the employees have horrible mouths. It was f this and f that the whole time i was there. Another time I had to hear about their sex life's that really isn't what i want to hear someone talking about when me and my family are having supper. They always seem to mess up the order some how and it is just not a good place to go unless you go during the day.

Wrong order!
Poor management, employees all over the place that don't know what their doing and smoking cigarettes in front of the door, i use to be a worker at pizza hut and little censers and i dare any of my employees to smoke a cigarettes and they weren't listening to the manager. So if you need any help in any management call me, because they don't know what their and there was 6 complaints and thats part of food casts i am sure you have paper food and labor cast!

Terrible delivery service!
13.03.2008 we were tould that it will take 45min.-1h. for home delivery around 21, 30, it is 11, 05 now and we are still waiting... this is how they usually work in Abu Dhabi, is it same story at other places...

Delivery complaint!
I called a ordered the special for the 2 of the 3 topping pizzas, and bread sticks, cinnamon sticks, the delivery driver was very rude to me didn't have the right amount of change did not know how to count his money threw the bag to me and told me to count the change myself. Then got smart with me because he had my order not fixed like it supposed to be.

Taking advantage of an employee!
My sister Amy Vander Pol, who has spina bifida, has worked for pizza hut for 15 plus years, and only makes $7.65 an hour. They claim her position is at its max pay and she has not received a raise in almost 5 years. Knowing most employees do not stay for this many years without promotion to shift manager or manager, but because of her limitations a promotion like this would not be suitable for her. With that in mind this is a unique circumstance, but for her loyalty and dedication to this company it is a slap in the face to view her salary. How can a million dollar company justify this...

Wrong pizza delivered!
We order 2 pan pizza veg they said 20 min. We went to pick up we got eat home when open the box it's hand toasted and they charge extra for pan, we took back to pizza hut they are not accept what they made and they said this is the pan pizza. If we make an other one it's same and no sorry, no refund, no manager. My kid not happy , now what can we do. They do not know how to behave at all!

Poor service!
My family and I ordered 2 orders of cheese sticks to be delivered. We were told it would be at least 50 min.s for them to be delivered. We said ok. After 1 hour and 20 min's we called back and the female who answered said there had been no order for our name... GOFF! We order from there regularly which can be obtained by our phone number. A male answered the phone. We did reorder because we love Pizza Hut foods. The complaint is of poor service and no regret of bad service. It should be brought to your attention. Sarah Goff... we live off of east main... 5 min's walking distance. The original 50 min (alleged) wait was bad enough.

Horrible service!
My husband called at 6:24 pm and ordered a pizza off the main pizza hut line. They told us it would be about 50 minutes before it arrived. I received a phone call and a manager by the name of Paul asked me where exactly I lived. I told him how to get here and he said that they don't deliver to my address. I told him that they have delivered many times to my address and this manager was so hateful and began to tell me how he has a delivery driver who delivers to addresses like mine "outside their delivery area" just to piss him off!!! Yeah can you believe he spoke to me like that! He said we could either come and pick this up or cancel it, and this had been after we had already waited an hour and after we had ordered before from them and had got the incorrect order but ate it anyway. Every time that I have tried to deal with pizza hut they have been nothing but impolite and rude to myself and my husband. I do not EVER wish to get another pizza from that place again!!! All BEWARE of pizza hut they are in this business for themselves and they do not care not even a little about you or your family!!! Later that night someone knocked on our door with a pizza after all of this drama and after we had canceled the order. I told him we never want anything from them again and he began to tell me how this has been a real problem. Well I think it's about time we THE PUBLIC quit ordering from them so they can see just how they became the big organization that they are "BY THE PUBLIC"!!!
