burnt food with no cheese
Went to the Clarksville Pizza Hut this afternoon and ordered a 10.95 single topping pizza, family order cheesy breadsticks 3 drinks and a side salad. I received burnt breadsticks with no cheese, and a pizza equally as burnt with 1 pepperoni to 1/2 of a pepperoni per slice. I complained that our breadsticks had no cheese and was treated like I had no eyes. I rubbed my nail down the burnt dry bread and insisted they had no cheese and she argued with me. I had to ask for dressing for my salad and for napkins for my children. They talked and pointed at my table and refused to say that they were wrong. I asked that she show me some cheese and she wouldn't even acknowledge me. Pizza Hut you are a disgrace to all restaurants and I will tell everyone I know how I was treated by word of mouth and via the internet. I didnt even compalin about the sorry burnt pizza with limited toppings and couldn't even get one out of 7 employees to address the issue. They wouldn't give me a receipt and I paid cash for this crap you call food. We all are feeling sick now and If we become ill I will file suit with an attorney against your establishment. I also took pictures of this food while in your restaurant and brought it home for testing if we become ill. I work hard for my money and I will not take this lightly.

great job by team members of pizza hut sri petaling
Hi..i, m Reena..Glad to inform that i', m really impressed with the service staff of pizza hut sri petaling..If i'm not mistaken, her name is Farah..During 27 march 2011, my family and i make a take away order from this store..
that store was quite busy at that moment..Even though there's are a few customers who line up to make their order and eager to know about the latest promotion by pizza hut, she still give such a good services and briefing to the them as well, like the best choice of the promotion pizza and also informed to customers about how long they have to wait for their pizza..she also suggest the other side order to the customer..in the meantime, she offered me a glass of water although i didn't request for it as she saw me waiting for my pizza..she is such a nice and kind girl who always keep smiling and give a great greeting towards the customer who entered that outlet..thank you for the great services and i have no doubts to visit this pizza hut restaurants in the future..

spicy pizza
my name is romana.i usually call for delivery of a large non spicy chicken fieta here in faisalabad, Pakistan since i came from london. and this time when i called them at around 8pm a guy named ali told me that they dont do it at all and they just do less spicy rather than nonspicy. i told him to check my last order and make it accordingly. finaaly the pizza was very spicy and i called up again and a guy named zain told me that he'll get me a non spicy one. i asked him if they have changed there menu a minute back because his collegue told me b4 that they had no such thing. anyway zain told me that he'll get me another one in 30 mins and now its 10.22pm here i.e. one and half hour from now and still no sign of him.
Please take this matter seriouly because i love pizza hut and i want to remain ur good customer wherever i am.

Bad service
There was two employees working the whole restaurant, one was making making the pizza and also working the cash register, the other was serving drinks. I know this because this is what they told us. When we walked in there was not any pizza on the buffet, just empty pans. Of course I was expecting pizza out any minute. We sat down got a small salad and waited on the pizza . Well come to find out, everyone else was also waiting on the pizza. I ask when more pizza was to come out and that was when I was told there was only two people working today and didnt know when the pizza was coming. We waited approx 45 min and still no pizza. My Wife and I decided to pay for our drinks and side salad and go somewhere else. Got to the register and we were charged $14.98. WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO PIZZA HUT.

Slow service, rude staff
Saw my pizza on the shelf waiting for the waiter/ress to bring to me. 5 minutes later no one bought it over so I asked the waitress if she could bring it, she said ok but decided to clean and set two tables, set them and take the order of anothr customer - which took a further 10 mins. She then bought the pizza to me - which was now cold and not cut. When I told it was cold she simply looked at me as if to say 'so what'. Didnt get an apology or another pizza!!

Pizza Hut should train its waiter and waiters
While eating at a local Pizza Hut, my waitress failed to write down my order.
Then she did not even bring my drink to the table, but instead, I had to eventually go to the back and get it myself after about fifteen minutes.
When my order did finally come it was wrong because of the fact that the waitress did not write my fairly detailed order down on her pad.
I then had to wait even longer for my correct order to come out. That frustrated me even more.
I could understand if the restaurant was totally crowded with customers. But my friend and I, along with one other table of two, were the only people in the entire restaurant. Poor service leads to an inadequate number of customers and I believe that is where this Pizza Hut is headed.

bad service
i order for a large vegi pizza at 5.32pm by phone for delivery at my address 46565 harry byrd hwy #262, sterling, va, the person told me that is gona take 45 to 50 min, i call them back after 52 minutes and they say that we give you one hour time,
which was wrong, i ask that person his name but he refused me, i say that i want to talk to owner about this matter, that person
said, do whatever you want to do but dont call this number again, otherwise i will call police on you,

poor service,delivery of product
I ordered pizza for my kids several weeks back, as I have done numerous times since moving to graham in 2000. The girl taking the order was nice & stated delivery would be in 45mins...it took 58 but it was average time for that particular delivery. I opened the boxes after the guy left & I was satisified with the 1st 1 but when I opened the second box to serve the kids this pizza lookd terrible. It looked as if they had taken different pizzas & placed them in as good of a circle as they ould & put cheese on it melting it so it stuck together it didn't work...the pizzas were cold in the center. I called the manager he told me his name was dale & he didn't kno what happened I said well me either & I told him I order frm there qite often he sounded pissed askd me if I wantd them to bring me a difrnt one but I said no because it was late & plus with mee feeling an attitude I didn't want spit or anything else on the next pizza he would have had delivered. I decided I would just take the $10 credit he offered. Wks wnt by I was workin late my kids ordered pizza frm the same location it was fine they had no problmes & frm what I could see from the left overs it was to their liking...last night I called to order pizza for them because I was sick...i placed the order again the girl takin the order was nice...i reminded her of the $10 credit & she put dale on the phone...he insisted he did not have that conversation with me needless to say I cancelled the order. It's not the money! Ihave the money to pay for it but I felt he owed that to me! I took pictures of that pizza! I called him I even have my bank statement where I paid for it he agreed to give me credit then got an attitude because of the way his staff & himself delivered my product & customer service. Last I checked the success of such a business is about pleasing the customer but oh well who am I to complain? Oh yeah I'm a paying customer that's who! (i am submitting this frm my cell hopefully I can come back later & upload the pics of that pizza since I cnt from here, if not I'll submit a continuance for this complaint)

Poor service/rudeness
I am extremely disappointed in how we have been treated! Not only did we wait or hour for our food but when they delivered it our order was a pizza short! When I called they said it would be delivered in 15-20 minutes I waited 30min and called and spoke with the very rude manager! I then went to the store and spoke with the very rude manager who just kept coming up with excuses. My bad I didnt go to the store they made me go through the drive thru! While at The window I was greeted by a young girl who couldn't of been over 5 yrs old! I didn't know pizza hut allowed their employees to bring their kids to work!! So anyway back to the rude manager she gave 10dollars back and we started arguing again...she then slammed the windows in my face and gold me to come back tomorrow and talk to a diff manager! I will no longer be ordering from them again!!

Stealing Money
I called them for the $10 special but since I wanted thin crust instead of thick or pan it was 2 dollars more, then I had my friend call on his cell and they said the same thing about thick crust. Then they charge me 2.50 for delivery AND they want me to tip the driver. They keep the 2, 50 so they get 4.50 extra on your order and the driver gets no tip because I dont know anyone who will pay twice for delivery. This has got to be against the law its classic bait and switch advertising and they are killing thier delivery drivers because you know they dont pay them whie they are sitting around at the shop.
