Sexual Harassment and threats w/a knife
I was fired today from Pizza Hut after a year and 3 months of working my ass off for pennies. I had to work around drug addicts (high at work), workers coming in drunk, sexual harassment from the boss's husband, people with the morals of an alley cat! This place was like working with high school mentality back stabbers from hell. My boss gets away with SO many violations and dirty business because she is sexually forward with her boss. It is a sick situation and being fired today has turned out to be a blessing!

Terrible service!
Poor Service! That too, shedding off all professional ethics... Never expected from Pizza Hut! Three occasions, my family was forced to leave Pizza hut due to delay in service... And we totally felt un-attended. Early Morning 3 AM, we visited Pizza Hut, Abu Dhabi (Khaleefa Street) and ordered for Meal-for-6 and waited for around 30 minutes... the waiter rushed at us and served the Pizza just like throwing discs and made all of us mad... There were just two waiters (of course not my problem) and they were shuttling between customers (Good spirit!), but at last when they come to us, they should show some manners, isn't it?
Second, inside Abu Dhabi Mall, we waited for 20 minutes, the manager gave us the menu after 15 minutes and then no response... We left without taking Pizza to the nearby chinese restaurant...
Third, We ordered Pizza for our Company get together and to my surprise the Pizza delivery boy delivered it to the wrong person who paid the amount and collected the pizza (Smart Guy!)... Pizza guy, when contacted told me that he indeed "missed_called" me and since he didn't receive any response, he "thought" that somebody standing next to him may be the on who placed the order...
I talked with Manager and Supervisor but no use!

No pizza / poor customer service
The first issue was a truly psychotic delivery driver. This man tried to step in my house, while telling me how he was "out to get the VA hospital" and "plotting to 'get' Pizza Hut" by suing for millions of dollars. This man stood ranting on my front porch. He drove a big white van (unmarked, you know like the rapist/murderer/kidnappers vans in the movies) and wanted to show me the inside of the van. NO THANKS!
Ordering Pizza Hut has never been a truly pleasant experience, but I love their breadsticks, otherwise I wouldn't ever go back.
This last time I ordered online at 10:00 p.m., received my confirmation etc. Well, at 11:22 p.m. I call and the little girl that answered the phone said the card was denied and so they threw away the order slip... interesting because I immediately checked my online account from my bank and look at that "Pending" was the transaction for Pizza Hut!!! Besides, aren't they suppose to CALL ME if there is a problem so I don't sit there for 2 hours waiting on a pizza that isn't coming?? (the answer is YES, they are SUPPOSE to call, according to the customer service hotline)
So I asked her how fast she was going to be able to get me my pizza... she said she didn't know because there are other orders ahead of me!!! I waited 1.5 hours! I called customer service to make a complaint, like that is going to do any good. Now I have to make sure this pending payment is cancelled before they take my money for no pizza. Grr. I could have just ate and gone to bed, but Nooo I'm waiting around, then going through this annoyance.

No food
My family ordered 2 pizzas from pizza hut on 11/11 at 940pm. We were told they would be ready in 15-20 minutes. My daughter went to pick them up. When she walked in they said they were closed and she said she was there to pick up. They told her our food was gone because (get this!!) some people had come in and wanted free food and went behind the counter and ate our pizzas. She just said wow and walked out and we will never deal with pizza hut again.

Employee advancement
This is a concern of my son company. He has been working at pizza hut maybe for 4 years and still counting. He likes his job and it seems like that other employees that been there maybe at least 1months has become shift leaders instantly stepping trough the door. And they are all white. I don't want to make this a racial conversation but if you do the research and you will see for yourself. And he suppose to have been shift leader after a manager meeting 2 years ago and nothing happen. But as his family we are trying to get this resolved as soon as possible. His evaluation is 2 months in the hole and we are still waiting for that to happen as well. His area manager name is ron ward, we are pleasing to him. Please make my son james davis a shift leader. He has been a hard worker there for you. And he does manager work when the manager is not there 65% of the time and he is very dependable and if you have any questions about that, please refer to rebbecca massengale.
Thanks for reading this small concern!

Poor service!
I ordered a pizza by phone around 6:00 p.m. and told them I would pick it up around 7:30. I live about 45 minutes away, but needed to go grocery shopping. I was running late and called them at 7:30 and told them I was running late , but would be there shortly. The gentlemen said that was fine, it was waiting for me. I got there and there was no pizza. They tried giving me a personal pan pizza instead of the large pan pepperoni pizza that I had ordered. I told them that was not my order so they pulled my order up and it said large pan pepperoni pizza. They 2 guys ran around for about 5 minutes and said I guess they forgot to make your pizza. The personal pan was for another customer named Tracy. They came back another 5 minutes and said we did not forget to make your pizza we are out of pan crust. I kindly said thank you and walked out. On the way home I got madder and madder. My son is autistic and for most people who know some autistic kids only eat 6 to 10 kinds of food, unfortunately pizza hut pizza is the only one my son will eat. I order any where from 3 to 5 pizzas every week from this pizza hut in Bastrop, Texas because I work in that town. Well anyway I called back to the Pizza Hut and asked to speak with the manager. She got on the line and said she gave my pizza to the wrong Tracy and that they were not out of pan pizza crust. So I told her your two employees just lied to me because they did not know what happened and she said "YES" they did not know what to tell you. She never apologized. So a another girl named "TRACY" paid for a $3.00 pizza and walked out with a $15.00 pizza. She said "YES". The problem is this is not the first time they have done this to me. They gave my pizza to another girl named Tracy when I ordered there a couple months ago. The bad part was the manager was rude about it and I told her this not my fault this was done. This manager about a month a go I ordered a pizza and I wanted a tea to go, so she handed me the cup to make my own tea. They didn't have any customers in there and I always place my order to go to take home. I will never, never walk into the Bastrop, Texas PIZZA HUT again. I will have to drive an extra twenty minutes out of town to Giddings, Texas, but at least they always get it right. I hope people in the real world when they make a mistake can own up to it, instead of making the customer feel like they did something wrong. I don't want anything out of this. I just want to let someone know that it did hurt my feelings, but at least I can take the blame for my own action.
Sincerely,
Tracy Lambert.

Horrible service!
It was my very first time having Pizza hut, and I can whole-heartedly say I was VERY disappointed. I tried to call the local Pizza Hut twice and I came with no response what so ever - so I decided on plan B. I ordered online and it seemed simple enough, the system told me my order would arrive in about 30 minutes, and I was content to here so.
Twas not so...
One hour later I get a call from an employee asking "Did you place an order online?" I calmly said yes, in response he asked me how long ago - obviously, an hour ago. After I told him (still nicely at that point) that it had been an approximate hour he immediately hung up. I was starting to get a wee bit pissed off...
About twenty minutes later a guy finally comes up with the pizza, as soon as I hand him my credit card he rejects it strait off. "We don't take credit cards." He says rudely. I told him that it said on the Pizza Hut website that they DO take credit cards. He looks at me with a "how-annoying" expression and says "I'll call my manager and see what he thinks about this."
That was the final straw.
I took the pizza and slammed the door shut. Instead of half-price, I was giving my self full price off.
The Pizza hut in the Leesburg area was simply horrible.

Rude employees!
I called to order dinner last night. The total came up to 27.07. My husband reminded me to mention that we had 50 dollar bills so I asked if the delivery guy have extra change on him. The woman told me very rudely, "No, he can only have 20 dollars of change." I hesitated, "Well, OK then. Thank you." She hung up before I can finish the sentence. I told my husband what happened so he called Pizza Hut back and asked to speak to the manager. The woman wouldn't allow him to speak to the manager. Almost every time I call to order from that particular Pizza hut on E. Memorial Blvd in Lakeland, FL I get some rude employee. So, I ended up ordering dinner from Domino's Pizza which only took thirty minutes, where as Pizza Hut would have took an hour and an half to get my delivery. I think Pizza Hut has great food. I just don't like how rude they get on the phone!

Donation for cancer foundation!
We are a small community in Sheridan County Nebraska, which is a county made up of ranchers and a lot of hard working people. I am a cancer survivor, as is my friend. We have started up a cancer foundation for the county called C.A.R.E. (cancer awareness resources and expenses). We must travel at least 125 miles one way to get cancer treatments and many just simply do not have the money. This foundation will help to pay their out-of-pocket expenses, as well as provide support groups, information, and a list of drivers. We recently asked Pizza Hut for some gift certificates for children as we are having a large Walk-A-Thon on September 22nd. We received only 6 such certificates for personal pan pizzas. Subway gave us 30. It seems like the message Pizza Hut was delivering was that we are not important. It seems a shame, since they are the only Pizza Hut for 90 miles and I really don't feel like giving them business anymore.

Poor service!
The Driver (Curtis) was driving too fast on Whiskey rd at the Kroger when I was attempting to cross the street. When I got to the Pizza hut at Whiskey rd I attempted to tell the manager about the incident and was told by Curtis " that I should get the Fuck out of the store". The managers instead of apologizing told Curtis to "come on". I do not think this is the right way it should have been handled. I live on Whiskey rd and walk to the store frequently. I do not what to worry about Curtis's driving or his bad attitude. Should your driver be cursing at people who are concerned about crossing the street? Are your managers not train to handle the drivers? They allow him too talk for the company and said nothing too me while Curtis threaten me. I know this isn't the policy of most pizza delivery places. There is insurance problems involved with this. I may be one citizen but I will tell everyone I know about Curtis and Curtis's behavior.
