Poor service!
I called to order a large stuffed crust half pepperoni half cheese. We were all very hungry & the pizza finally came, I got the plates & picked up a piece; no stuffed crust. I called our local Pizza Hut here in Gering, NE & I was told that they would deliver another, but that I had to give back the first pizza. I cannot believe it, I have never heard of having to give food back especially after I had to actually pick up a piece to find out there wasn't any cheese in the crust.
I stated to have my check sent back & pick up the pizza, I am calling another pizza place. Too bad that no one else does stuffed crust, this is what my family was wanting so badly.
Disappointed In Gering, NE.

Very poor service!
I was in a Pizza Hut in Baton Rouge, La. I noticed when the employee went to make the pizza he left the register and made the pizza without washing his hands. The young man returned to the register and took another order, and went back and repeated the same thing. This is so unprofessional! This was at the 5175 Florida Blvd. Store.

Order not complete and rude shift manager
My name is April Brumback and myself and my family had a coupon from the internet site for 2 pizza's anyway you wanted for 19.99 and first of all when we had ordered our pizza's we had ordered 1 supreme and 1 meat lovers.. we were informed they were out of all meat except for sausage, pepperoni and the extra cheese and no discount was given and we still had ordered 1 side of anchovies and 1 side of jalipeno peppers and 4 tomatoes sauces and 4 cheese sauces and did not get them with our order, when we had called to let the location know they told us we would have to go and pick it up.. So I myself had called up there and the shift manager Terry had told me the same thing and was very rude during our conversation and told me I can just hang up on you. When I proceeded to explain the situation, she hung up on me.. We will not be eating Pizza Hut again!!

First there was late pizza then there was none!
On 6-26-07 I ordered pizza hut online (delivery),My order was expected to arrive a 7:21pm but it came at 8:40pm and it was the wrong type p'zone. The driver apologized and said,"the other driver refused to come delivery to N.W. moultrie!" (the majority of the residents are African American).
The next day 06-27-07, I ordered pizza hut online again. Order was due at 9:21pm order arrived... never! I loaded up the kids and we went to pizza hut but they had closed. For years I have done business with pizza hut never knowing that if you stayed across the street from a public gym(with a police substation on the side),have hungry kids waiting on food and live in N.W. Moultrie,that your meal will only be delivered if a certain driver is working.
This is ridiculous. I will once again go to Pizza Hut, But this time I won't order I want answers. I've always stayed in N.W. Moultrie,Ga. 32 yrs. in the same place ordering pizzas, shopping, etc... I'm Disgusted!

Treated with no respect
On june 02, 2007 i was treated with no respect. First your driver was behind orders and i wasn't informed about it until 1 hour later and i was very unsatisfied. I asked to speak with the manager and she acted like she didn't want to hear what i had to say. Then i asked well how are u going to fix this problem she said call me when my driver get there. By the way her name was sandra. Then the driver act like she was mad when she got there. They only took $5.00 off both my orders and personally i was mad because the pizza was for my crew members I'm a manager at burger king. I paid 29.74 for pizza and hotwings off my credit card and i was not pleased at all. As muc as i love pizza i just want eat pizza hut again unless i can feel accept and feel like a great customer... Check the record if you want to my address is 3620 hallbrook i always eat pizza because my food is always hot and great but not today!!!

Worst service you can ever get
I was at the Pizza Hut in Siloam Springs Arkansas and I have never been so horrified in my life. The tables were all covered in food and no one was even trying to clean it. The floor was nothing better. The salad bar was hot and food was starting to smell. It took the waitress 20minutes to even come over to the table a actually take our order. She came over to us three times but never asked for our drinks, appetizers, or food order. When we received the food it was wrong and we had no plates or silverware. We received no refills, napkins, or spatula to serve the pizza. I tried to tell the manager, but he was no where to be found. I spent over $40 on the worst service you can ever get.

Never got to order
A friend and I arrived at the local Pizza Hut in Jonesboro, LA at 7:30 tonight. There were about 8 other people in the restaurant. We were seated promptly by a waitress who has served us many times and has always been very nice (and she was tonight also).
She gave us menus and plates and said she would be right back to take our order. We waited... and waited. We finally got up and fixed us a glass of tea. We waited several more minutes and never saw that waitress again. There were 3 other people behind the counter, but no one ever waited on us.
At 7:55, I went to the cashier and asked how much the tea was. She asked if we had our ticket and I told her we never got to order. She said, "Don't worry about the tea". We left.
I have been going to Pizza Hut as long as it has been in Jonesboro, but I don't think I will be going back for a while.
If they had been really busy, I may could have understood the long wait, but that was NOT the case.

Poor customer service!
On April 05, 2007, I called our local Pizza Hut, located on Tusculum Blvd Greeenville TN at 7:25pm. I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni and cheese pizza for "carry-out". The Pizza Hut representative told me that it would be around 25-30 minutes. At 8:05pm, I went to pick up my family's dinner. The cashier attendant found the order in the computer, but explained there was no pizza, that my pizza had been taken possibly by the delivery "guy". He {Mr. Simspson}went on to explain, as if this made my situation better, that it had happened to several other customers. He told me that I could wait another 30 minutes and he would charge me half price. Who wants to wait another 30 minutes after just getting off work for food that was ordered over 30 minutes earlier?
I asked what the problem was. He responded to me that the store had been busy all day and that he himself had worked all day. First and foremost, that is why he gets paid and without business the store would close and he would have no job. Did I need to hear these poor excuses for lack of service? I then requested the number of the district manager. As soon as I lgot into my car, I called the number he gave me for his district manager, Mike Edwards. Believe it or not, he gave me the wrong telephone number! I walked back into the store to get the correct number. After getting the correct number, I called Mark Edward, District Manager to advise him of what was going on at the Pizza Hut store in Greeneville TN. He never returned my call, he apparently does not care either, but if it was my store, I would want to know if there was a problem. As an added note, if you eat at this store during lunch, you have to check each and every plate, most plates are not clean. My co-workers and I addressed this with the manager. She advised us that they had a new delivery boy, now does that make sense? Needless to say, if we choose to eat there during lunch, we carry-out! I wonder what the health regulations are on keeping clean plates and a clean eating area? This is the only Pizza Hut in our town, surely this is someone in management that is bright enough to address these issues!

Cheated by Pizza Hut for providing vegetarian pizza
This is regarding a very unpleasant experience that I had with Pizza Hut on 12th Feb 2007.
I had ordered Spicy Veggi Medium @ 130/-, and asked for home delivery to my residence - 374 Sec – 61 Noida, UP(INDIA).
The pizza was delivered to my residence and as I had to start for office immediately so I went on to eat it as well. While eating I realized that there is something terribly wrong with it and after little thought and to my utter surprise I discovered that it was a Non-Veg pizza. I also checked the box as well and it was clearly written on it “Non-Veg”. The Bill No. for the said order is 930083.
I complained about this incident to Mr. Ram (in charge Pizza Hut, Sec - 61), but he said that there is a shortage of the “Veg” boxes so they packed it in a “Non-Veg” box. This is simply not the case as the pizza itself was Non-veg. As Mr. Ram refused to even accept the fault, I complained to Mr. Nishant (in Charge Pizza Hut, Sec – 18). He also didn’t seem to be least concerned about it.
Finally, I had a talk to Mr. Pawan (regional manager – Pizza Hut, Delhi ) who assured me that he would talk to me within half an hour. He kept me waiting for more than 3 hrs and didn’t even bother to call me back.
At last, I had to talk to you. Needless to mention that the entire incident has left me horrified and mentally upset. I am very disturbed after eating this NonVeg pizza as I am a strict vegetarian. Also, it has deeply hurt my religious feelings. I have lost all my faith in Pizza Hut which is known for its flawless management and strict adherence to Veg-Non Veg criteria. I feel absolutely cheated.
Not to mention, I lost the entire day of work in following up with various personnels.
The way, I have been harassed to no ends and the way the entire incident was mishandled by Pizza Hut people.

Pizza Hut is ripping-off millions of consumers!
Pizza Hut is ripping-off millions of consumers-myself included! What they do with pizza is exactly like a car dealer charging you $10,000 for a car, except that you want the deluxe stereo added, so they add $1,000 to the price AND CUT THE ENGINE SIZE IN HALF!
If you order (as I did on Feb. 4), a large sausage (only) pizza, you get a lot of sausage. The same would be true with pepperoni. The manager told me 1-1/2 cups. Then for each ingredient you add (even onions which are very cheap) they add $1.50 to the price. BUT THEY CUT THE MEAT BY 67%! The manager told me, down to 1/2 cup, and the second pizza I bought verified this.
The manager said he'd had complaints before, but this was the directive of the national company and was justified because the pizza wouldn't cook properly with too many ingredients on it. THIS IS UNTRUE! This same pizza was loaded with onions, green peppers, and jalapenas (too many) and could easily have had normal meat and fewer peppers. And surely these thin-crust pizzas (not deep-dish!) could have cooked fine with a little more meat!
This same thing has happened to me at Pizza Huts in Florida, Tennessee, Indiana, and Michigan, as well as here in Montana, so I'm sure the manager was being honest when he said this rip-off is company policy. WHAT A CON GAME!!! LET'S GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT GOING! I'M SURE PIZZA HUT HAS RIPPED US OFF TO THE TUNE OF $MILLIONS!
