There was a order deliver a little before 10:00 p.m. and the Food was not hot. The order was not complete were I did not receive everything that I was suppose to have.A called has been made to the restaurant of what was missing, they were suppose to send some one back but the individual never came. I was not happy with the customer service.

My family and I went to Pizza Hut last night for dinner. There were eight of us all together. My sister ordered some pzones. When the waiter came to deliver the order, he spilled the hot pizza sauce on my arm and my lap. It was so hot it burned my arm and leg. The waiter apologized by saying "I'm sorry. I have spilled sauce on me before and it is hot." He was not very sincere. He took his time getting something to help clean it up. I had to hold my pant leg up away from my leg while my sister wiped it up. Afterwards, he just acted like nothing happened. I had red marks on my arm and leg. When we went to checkout, my sister told the manager what happened. He said she wouldn't have to pay for the bill.she explained we had separate bills. When he saw my bill, he changed his mind and only took 50 percent off. I think it should have been free.

This is about the Douglasville, GA Pizza Hut on Hwy 5. The store manager, Daniel, is an asshole! On August 11th, 2010, I called in an order for the 50 cent wings. I got there and my order was not ready. No big deal. Cori, employee at the front desk had taken my payment (money). She told me my order would be ready in about 5-10 minutes. I was okay with that. Cori walked to the back and got the wings out of the freezer. I was okay with that. Then, she started taking the wings out of the bag with her nasty ass fingers!! She had just taken my money and she had not washed her hands at all. Disgusting. I had not eaten and had already paid, so I was like hopefully the HOT grease will kill the germs. I got my wings, but on the way home I called corporate (after searching forever for a freaking number) and let them know about the disgusting things that their employees do. The CSR said that someone would contact me. I teach and so when Hannah, the shift manager, called me I was unable to get to my phone. That afternoon I heard the voice mail and she stated that she was going to issue me a 13$ credit since I had paid 12$ and some change. I made sure that I saved the message just in case there were any issues. Today, I called in the order for a pizza and was told that I only had a credit of 10$ and that my pizza was free. I told Daniel that I have a credit of 13$ because of an issue I had the last time I came into the store. I ordered the pizza for carryout. I was not going to argue with him while I was driving. I went to the store and asked for the manager. The same bitch I got last time was working the counter (Cori). She went and got the manager and I be damned if it wasn't Daniel. He tried to argue me up and down about thte credit. I told him that I had the voicemail from the manager and he refused to listen. I said fine and then I cancelled my order. I asked for a corporate number and the fat bitch Cori said they don't have a corporate number.WTF?! I called corporate at 5:21pm and told them about the issue and they said the district/area manager will be calling me. I'll probably be in class when he or she calls. But I will be forwarding the message to that manager's voicemail so he can hear the damn message and give me damn credit!

Yesterday afternoon was really hungry and I had no car so i decided to order a pizza from pizza hut. The driver came in to my house and he asked me to pay the total which was $13.72 and I gave him a $20+75cents and told him just give me 7 back. From that $7 i gave him a 1$ Tip he said thank you and put that dollar in the 20 and folded it and thats all i saw.. So i take my pizza to the table and a hear a knock on the door i openend it and it was the driver he walks back into my house a claims i never gave him the 20$ bill.. so he starts emptying his pockect to show me he doesnt have it.. and i tell him you know im not f*ckin crazy i gave the 20 at the same time i was emptying my pockects to show him to. Basicillyhe was arguing with me claiming i never gave him money. so i tell lets him trace your steps back to your car to see if you might have dropped it he says no i already did that thats why im back here talkin to you.. i turn to him and say do you think im crazy an he says "i dont know maybe my friend."I Then i turn to him and say lets go retrace your steps again he agrees and hes is following me.. i walk from my house to his car checking the floor and we couldnt find anythin. so i decided to lookk away from that path to another dircection and guess what i found the 20. he threw it in the grass off the path to his car. There was no way in the world or in the laws of physics that the 20 fell there from his pocket while he was headed towards his car. if you remember i also to you i gave him a 1$ TIP that he folded the 20..where was the dollar then huh. this idiot delibritly threw the 20 in my grass so when we traced our steps we wouldnt be able to see it. lucky i found it because he told me he wouldnt leave my house ubtill i paid him.. he was actully really lucky i didnt shoot for yelling in my house like that. I called Pizza hut told them what happened they didnt even apologize all she said that hes a good guy and hung up on me after i aske for her name...i never ate that pizza after that but it looked really good i had 3 toppings jalapeno chicken and bacon...umumumumum

I am writing to you today in quest of several issues that have been brought to my attention over the past few months with one of your stores in Denison texas, on W. main street.
i have several issues i feel need to be addressed about your hiring practices and employee protocal's and public relations, due to intervention and through ordering from your service in the Denison TX area it has come to my attention that people in this store are dealing in "POT" mariguana ! from the manager >AKA Sammy,
too: and not confined too the shift manager >>AKA Lizz,
and to 1 particualr driver AKA Leona, who has solicited attempts of prostitution for money from me and about 18 other men i know in the area and no telling how many others. in town.
on several occasions she has offered her services while on duty for extra money for various things of sexual natures.
i am just kinda curious as to why? and how come this type of situation is going on with a public food service? also i futher intend to contact some associates i know in the FDA as well as law enforcement along with a few i know in the new's media to investigate into the matter of importance.
i have worked in and around law enforcement for many years in several states and it boggles me as to why? with all the crime and children growing up in our city's and town's? That pizza hut of all places promotes the hiring of drug addicts and prostitutes who deal in drugs while on the job as well as soliciting prostitution.
in the next 24 hours i will be fowarding this same letter onto other agencys with a inquiry as to finding out why this type of attrocity is
aloud in this industry..
