subject: complaint against dominos pizza
We ordered a medium size country special and a mediun size extraveganza with red suace pasta at 8 30 on 4 december from Dominos Pizza of sector 12, Faridabad. But Etra veganza ( pizza having double cheese) was not approriate as the cheese was present in it in a very negligible amount . Last time also we had a similiar complaint plus the pizza was cold which made it more pathetic.It spoiled our mood and I money got wasted . I hope an action would be taken against this as we are not provided with proper services by Dominos pizza.

diapointment
we ordered a medium pizz with three toppings witch where pepperoni ham and extra cheesewe then drove 11 miles to pick it up. when we arived at home with the pizza we found it did not have extra cheese only three peices of ham three peperoni what a rip off and it cost us 11.66 plus the gas to pick it up.

non delivery
sir/madam,
i booked a large veg pizza at 8.25 pm, but till 9.30, it was not delieverd.at 9.08, I again enquired and the person on phone told me within 5 minutes it will be delieverd.but it didn't happen...My complaint is this if they can't deliever they should not take order...lack of service...I talked to mr.rajan at 9.35 and he told me due to technical problem this happened. can u explain what type of tech.problem can happen in makg pizza...i m still waiting...u must set sm time limit...

Customer service, poor product
Poor quality product!Got only 3 small pieces of chicken in my chicken supreme calzone and 2 slices of mushroom!!!Paid 5.99 for such a shitty calzone! Also, they didnt even bother to give napkins with my order! Definitely not going to Pizza Hut ever again!!!

very very very slow service
I ordered a pizza from chuck e cheese I was very hungry and it took about 2hrs to arrive THATS RIGHT 2hrs we complained to the manager twice and they said 10 more minutes every time. When it came out it was very dry, salty and it was very gross too
I will NEVER go to chuck e cheeses again

RUDE
THIS EMPLOYEE WAS SO RUDE. SHE DIDNT GREET ME WHEN I WALKED IN. SO I PLACED MY ORDER AND SHE SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT 15 MIN. SO I WENT TO MY CAR AND WAITED THEN IN 15 MINUTES I RETURNED. WHEN I RETURNED AGAIN NO GREETING. I STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR LIKE 5 MINUTES AND SHE DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE ME, SHE KEPT ON ROLLING DOUGH. I HAD TO LOOK AT THE OVEN MYSELF AND NOTICE THAT MY ORDER WAS STILL COOKING. SHE COULD HAVE SAID "IT WILL BE READY IN A FEW MINUTES "OR "HAVE A SEAT IT WILL BE READY SOON"...OR SOMETHING. SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING. SHE WAS SO RUDE. IF YOU DONT LIKE WORKING AT A PLACE THEN QUIT! DONT HAVE AN ATTITUDE WITH EVERYBODY ELSE JUST BECAUSE YOU HATE YOUR JOB!

Poor Service
On 4-14-10 I Andrew Bankhead went to Pizza Hut on Hwy 61 to pickup my order around 8:50 pm. I got home in Ruleville Mississippi about 20 minutes away back east on Hwy 8. I ordered a large Meatlovers and a large hamburger, onions and black olives pizza. I noticed that when I got home and opened the box that my large hamburger, onions and black olive pizza was overcooked. I have never in my life had a pizza overcooked until the above date. Also, my large meatlovers barely had any sauce on it. I called back to the store to speak with the manger and I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and no one ever came to the phone to to try to resolve my complaint. I will never buy another pizza from Pizza Hut if this is the type of service that the employees and manager are now providing!!!

finger nail in food
i GOT A PIZZA THE OTHER DAY AND i SAW 1 FINGER NAIL IF that was not bad enough I started looking harder and found 5 more finger nails. Needless to say I will never eat there again 1 finger nail accident but 5 or 6 no accident they do not want my business. I know another person that warned me the after they complain because their pizza took over 1 1/2 hours and they think what someone did to them was eye drops added to the pizza. They were so sick it lasted over 24 hrs. Our pizza hut is the worst of any I have ever ate at. We fill bad for the people whom come here to vacation from all over the world to get treated like this as well. I am a local. We have at least 5 more pizza places and I warn you if you are in Destin Florida do not eat at pizza hut unless you do not mind what you may be eating.

manager and buffet
cicis pizza really stink i would never go back there again in my lfe i went there 2-3-10 it was the wrost time of my life there were never any pizza on the buffet the manager kept smoking in front of the building i did not no what kinds of pizza was up half of the time most was dry also the salad on the bar was mushy it was the worst time of my lfe sorry they will never get my money ever again and the workers had better manager skills then she did.

POOR SERVICE
MY CARRIER OUT ORDER WAS PLACED BETWEEN 7:00 AND 7:30 PM, MY ORDER WAS NOT READY UNTIL 9:00PM. I ONLY ORDERED ONE LARGE PIZZA. MY PIZZA TASTE LIKE IT HAD BEEN SITTING OUT AND THEY RECOOKED IT. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I GOT THAT NIGHT, I'M THINKING AOUT FINDING ME ANOTHER PIZZA PLACE TO EAT EVEN THOUGH IT IS RIGHT DOWN FROM MY HOUSE.I HATE TO DO IT, BUT THAT WAS NO REASON FOR THREE PEOPLE TO WORK ON A BIG GAME NIGHT I MISSED SOE OF THE ALABAMA AND TEXAS GAME BECAUSE OF THAT.
