Food took foever to get here and was cold
its like 11:35pm and iam feeling kind of hungry so i decide to call dominos because i like there pizza and enjoy it hot but not the way they operate. Iam with gas and a upset stomach because i recieved cold pizza a hour and 15 minutes later which i paid for in full even though it arrived late. I have stomach problems i recieved the pizza at 1:20am and all i recieved back from them was a fake apoligy with a bad stomachache and some real bad heartburn... I hope these people get repramanded for there sloppiness and the way they treat costumers its not right at all not the first time neither i recieved late pizza but this was the latest and most painfull ever... i went online to look at the menu...it told me what i could order for delivery when i rang up to place my order the lady on the phone told me half the things me and my family wanted to eat they did not do..if this is the case and the serves is limited on deilvery plaeas state that on your online menu.its faulse advertising.

Poor Customer Service
Dear Sir or Madam

Today I had come to your Pizza Pizza location on 545 Steeles Ave, infront of Sheridan College. As usual, four of my friends as I ordered 1 large pizza for (8.99) and 2 creamy garlic dipping sauces (0.69/pack.) I specifically mentioned to the attendant (Veltza) that we would like a 'Thick Crust' because we like our pizza like that. She took our order we payed her the $11.72 and proceeded to wait outside the location until our Pizza was ready in twenty minutes. As soon as our pizza was ready we came into the store and collected the our order, when we proceeded to open the box we realized that the information about the 'thick crust' had not been communicated by the order taker to the baker (Carlos) and he instead made a 'thin crust' and as one of my friends went to pick up one of the slices the contents of the slice fell into the pizza box and the pizza was cold and stale and not to mention the dough was uncooked. I politely told the attendant that this was not my order and she shouted "You did not say, thick crust!" I said "Yes, mam I did and I would prefer you change my order and make my pizza correctly, after all I have paid you.", she went on to say "Its you word against mine, so go and take a seat and I will have this changed." So I went and sat down. A minute or two later and man, Sam I believe was his name (A Sikh male, with a British accent) came and yelled, "Whose Pizza Is this!?", we said it was ours and he shouts "Whats wrong with it?" I said "It isn't my order, I specifically asked for a thick crust and that is not it." He turned over to the baker, who was in the back but his voice was resonating to the front, and shouted "They, wanted a thick crust." and the baker said, "Oh, I thought the wanted a thin crust." Sam then turned to Veltza and she said, "They did not say anything, and they always complain." Mind you we have never complained at this location before and we have been coming here four out of five of our school days since our semester started. "He, then said, Im not making you a new pizza." We were puzzled, because we were sitting there for ten minutes under the impression that our pizza was being made. He shouted "The pizza is here eat it, if you want." We paid for a service we expected it, we weren't animals that he was putting food out to. He was soo rude and inconsiderate and had no customer relation skills whatsoever and I told him this. He then said "Its your word again two people here (Carlos and Veltaza)" and I said "Well there is the four of us here and you only have the one person (and made a one sign with my INDEX finger) do not include the baker because he does not hear the orders he is in the back." He then began to wave his index finger at me and I asked "What are you doing?" and he says "Well, im going to talk to you as your are speaking to me." I said "What are you talking about I just told you that there is one person there?!" He said "Well, whatever", we then said "just give us our money back and we will leave" At first he was hesitant to, so now he has the pizza and the money and is not correcting anything. He finally shouted "Give me the receipt, " I said "I dont have it, " because I didn't one of my other friends did and then when we finally gave it to him he says, "Just like you didn't have the receipt, you mentioned the thick crust right?" accusing us of being liars. "We finally were fed up vowed never to go there again and made our way out the door. As we were leaving this rude, rude man say "BY THE WAY, YOU HAVE A VERY BEAUTIFUL FINGER THERE YOUR SHOULD USE IT MORE OFTEN." accompanied by a sly sort of smile. At this point we were soo upset and disgusted that we just left, I had every intention of turining around and slapping the bloke, but this would just accelerate the situation. I called head office and told them what happened and also reported it to the police titling it as harassment of the sexual nature, defamation of charecter infront of the other customers, employees and my friends and also degrading someone. The officer said the man was a 'Jackass' and that if other complaint arose, he would take action. I just thought that you should be aware of this and I would like you to take immediate action. I have enclose my telephone number to be contacted with the procedure of the handling of the complaint as well as a written apology from the man involved. I have also taken this up with members of the Sheridan College Faculty, who found this mans behaviour to be unappropriate and vow never to eat there again and students are also boycotting Pizza Pizza. In addition to this tommorrow I have arranged a meeting with Student Union to discuss this issue and because it is summer hours the Pizza Pizza within Sheridan is closed. One of my teachers has also mentioned that I can post flyers around Sheridan College informing people of the incident and not to shop there again. I am sorry for taking up so much of your time, but I couldn't sit still on this matter and let it pass. Thanks so much for your time. Take Care

WAITED TOO LONG
This was the second time this happened. The first time I waited almost 1 hour and 30 minutes, I was very upset I got my money back. It happened again. I called in again after 1 month later. I went 35 minutes later, They only had 1 pizza done. They were not sure which pizza had no sauce, so they did not make the other, So we had to wait another 25 minutes for the other one. The pizza's where thrown on the counter. With no apologize. I did tell him If I were white he would not of treated me that way. If he treats other people that way you are going to loose allot of business.

Did Not Get 2 for 1 Movie Admission Tickets
Both my Mom and I went to Pizza Pizza today at 3:01 p.m. to get the special which is advertized in the flyer until April 30, 2009 and received 2 for 1 Movie Admission at Cineplex and we are both disabled and drove that far and was very unhappy about them not having these Movie Admission. This is just a come-on as far as I am concerned to get people to come in there. We thought we would get our Movie Admission at Cineplex at Pizza Pizza and were quite disappointed when we did not receive them.

poor services
my name is Dr khalid Azim and visited Pizzahut, Sialkot, Pakistan on Saturday. We arrived at the restaurant at 10.00pm and requested a table for 15 persons which we were given at 10:45pm after repeated requests. Food was served at 11:30pm with no dishes and cutlery. upon making them realize what they have done the waiter provided us with the dishes but now the drinks were not there. I must write that it was a very embarrasing experience as I had invited a couple of families as guests that night. I would never ever think of going there again.

wrong pizza
I ordered a large thin crust pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, extra sauage, and on the left side pepporni. they sent me a thin crust sauage pizza not even cut. so i called and a girl named ashley answered the and i told her what happened she asked me what it was suppose to be i told her and she put me on hold for 10 mins and then picks up the phone and tells me thanks for holding how may help you? now i have to explain myself again and she says okay we will be there in 45 mins...and she was going to hang so i asked her to repeat my order and she said large thin crust with extra sausage, extra cheese, extra sauce, and left side pepporoni and cut in pie slices. i said okay. i waited 45 mins the first time now i waited 45 more mins.. i have a kids straving by this point, i can barely talk because i am sick. the pizza gets here and it is wrong again, so i called again and it was ashley again so i said i have the wrong pizza again. she placed me on hold again and then she picks up and asks me did who ever u talked to repeat the order back to u and i said yes, and then she said what is wrong with the pizza? this time they sent me a pizza cut in a bunch of squares and it pepporoni and sauges and bannannna peppers. she said that is what is in our computer ( this is the same girl i have talked to the whole time) but we will send you another one in 45 mins. and i asked to speak to the manager and he told me basically it was my fault because i did not hear her say bannanna peppers? she never said it!!!i told him i would never order bannanna peppers and he said well we are sending you another pizza. i said well my bill was 40.00 because i ordered other stuff and i think it is crazy that this is the third time my pizza came hear messed up and it is taken so long he said well we are sending you a new pizza and we need the old one back and hung on me...needless to say i will never order their again!!! i oreder at least 2 times a week. thanks and me last pizza was still wrong and the crust was all burnt!!

Terrible service and bad management
My name is Darlene Johnson and I work for Little Ceasars in Kmart. I have worked there for about 3 months now, when I started we had a very small percentage of busines, and now we have all kinds of it. The reason for this is the bad service and management at your S. Harmony dr. store. We hear all the time how customers will never go there again due to this. I have also been told how managers get snotty, mouthy, and just very rude. They make comments about customer within ear shot of them. Comments like what a bitch, boy he is an asshole, god is she ugly, I wish the fuck these people would just leave i don't feel like working today and so on. Also how customers have gone in to order and NO ONE is there. The store is open but empty. One lady told me how she went in and a little boy about 10 was making pizzas and no adult in sight. She was very upset and said she called and complained but nothing has been so far. The company was to call her to let her know what was done but no call back. I have worked in restaurants for many years and have managed a few. This kind of conduct should not be taken so lightly.I feel your company needs to get rid of your poor managers and improve on the service in this store or you will lose alot of customers to our store. terrible pizza
Tonight about 8:00 PM I took my family to pizza hut. We ordered the family of 4 meal which included 2 pizzas, 4 drinks and 10 breadsticks. The waitress did not even ask us what type of crust we wanted. My husband said to her "don't we get to choose our crust". The waitress said we only have 1 personal pan crust left and 1 thin crust. The thin crust pizza was dried up and the crust was terrible. It tasted like a cracker. When the waitress came over to see how things were I told her the pizza was lousy and that it sucked. It didn't even phase them that we were not satisfied. We left 3/4 of the pizza. I think the manager should have offered us some type of compensation. No compensation, no return visit for my family and I will tell my friends.
