PJP Health Agency contacts individuals who have submitted their contact information online and have expressed an interest in obtaining health insurance. They defraud customers in one of two ways. For those customers who do not have a lot of money, they quote an unreasonably low figure for what the customer believes is health insurance, but is actually a near worthless medical discount plan. They do not offer any paperwork or website detailing the plans that they offer, they just sweet-talk the customer into giving them their checking account number so they can make an ACH withdrawal to the customer's checking account. Before they receive anything in the mail, money has already been debit from their account.

Another way PJP Health Agency defrauds it’s customers is by offering more affluent customers health insurance coverage through nationally known health insurance providers such as UnitedHealthcare/Oxford and BlueCross BlueShield. The problem is that in order to obtain coverage, PJP Health Agency lies and tells the provider that the customer is a member of a group or association (such as the County Chamber of Commerce), when they are not. This lie can result in the denial of a claim if the insurance company investigates the claim.
