We show promise, as do the airelines
Need solution, please.

Could Frontier of handled the following better? I sat next to a very pleasant lady and her service dog. I have chronic pain from spinal stenosis. I upgraded for more leg room. The dog needed my floor space to lay down. I gave up my floor space. My right leg stayed cramping and contorted bent beneath the seat for two hours, while my pain level started rising. When my pain level rises, I am not a pleasant person. I ask you, was this a case of "bait and switch", or Frontier's ignorance of disabled peoples needs. I upgraded for acquire additional floor space, to place my legs for less pain. Therefore, no need to tell them of my, unseen, disability. I suggest a customer without nerve damage would have experienced cramping, at least. After the flight I wanted to speak to a supervisor. (I was an employee with Delta in the mid-70's.) She was trying to spin my argument into me not being compassionate. The plane's seats were full. When I see someone (the "way cool" dog in discomfort), I understand the effort within. Praise these dogs and their guardians (angels). What should Frontier of done and should I be compensated for the unpleasant experience, due to their lack of knowledge. The best, and accurate, service comes through experience and knowledge. Senior management's decision making should be scrutinized. Frontier could not of foresaw the pains the lady, dog and I went through. I own a company which hires the elderly/disabled to make pet placeamats for the elderly/disabled. Free. All money earned goes towards the purchasing of gift certificates from sponsor for pet food, veterinary assistance and personal toiletries. I receive $0. A solution to a problem, while offering self-worth and love. A compassionate marketing concept. Many disabled are giving up their loved ones, due to no money for pet food. It is terrible living in the disabled bubble. There is an inappropriate cut in cost in human compassion in us all. We need to help Frontier, just as one would help their child grow. We can learn from our children. This is how appropriate strategy is attained.
