I did receive bad copies of the product that I purchased BUT this company was good about allowing me to return the product and refunding my credit card. I purchased the How It's Made series, not realizing it's not a tv show that has ever been made on dvd. The copies that they sent were "fan made copies". My complaint is that half of the dvd's had no sound making it very difficult to watch. While I would not recommend this company to ANYBODY, I will say that I did contact them in regards to how unhappy I was with the product, and they were great about getting back to me with instructions on how to return it and refunding my credit card. I noticed this site has a lot of people complaining about the product they received and that their credit card companies refunded their accounts, but nobody has mentioned anything about trying to return the product. Sometimes if you work with the company they will work with you. I think the point of this website is to get people DVD copies of series' that have not been officially made by companies into DVD collections. This site makes pirated copies so you can have access to your favorite shows...they just fail to state this anywhere on their site, obviously.
