Fraud
I ordered the complete TV serious of Law & Order on DVD and paid for this and have never received what I paid for. Obviously this has happened to quite a few others. My checking account has been charged. My emails have been ignored. My emails are now being returned undeliverable.

poor quality discs and refusal to refund money
i ordered a set of dvds namely voyage to the bottom sea payed nearly £80.00 pound for them when they turned up terrible copies and awful picture obviously been copied from the television contacted planet dvd told to return them with a promise of a refund which i have never had, was promised several times of a refund but still am waiting that was nearly three months ago my e, mails are now being ignored please stay away from them

Real disappointment
What a real disappointment when I ordered this collection. The first two dvd's are not visable and the rest are without sound and half the screen size and cannot be zoomed to any size. Series two and three are the same and came from China in three vidoe boxes. I am so disappointed and will not order on line again. I could have got copies but refused. WHY DO WE BOTHER!!.

Inferior DVD
BEWARE!!! They have opened an new web site TV DVD Box Sets. They had this listed on Amazon. I trusted Amazon so, I ordered. I am stuck with junk. I emailed Amazon and complained to them. If everyone keeps an eye open for this SOBs on other web sites, let the web host know who these people are and the crap they sell. Call your credit card companies and complain, maybe they will stop paying. If this company is in the United States, call the Federal Trade Commission and your state attorney general. If they are in China, we loose.

Inferior Product
I too purchased a box set of TV programs and they were from China. Taped off the television and very poor quality!
This company is a complete fraud! Do not order from them!
If there's anything else I can do to help get this "so called company" out of business, please let me know!

Awful company
I ordered 2 complete sets of dvd's: Murder She Wrote and Columbo. None of them work. I think they were sent from China. There was no address included to return them and my emails have gone unanswered. There is no telephone number to call.

Bad Discs
I ordered the DVD box set of "Then Came Bronson" for my Dad (who is already gunshy about purchasing anything online). When they finally came to him, (about a month later!) he put them in the DVD Player right away; he was so excited and had been waiting on pins and needles to get them. He was dissappointed to find out that they are UNWATCHABLE! The set is full of blank discs, skipping and freezing. They look like they've been recorded right off of the TV!! I cannot believe these people are still legally allowed to sell this junk. I have sent a nasty complaint stating I want a FULL refund, including shipping and that I have contacted my lawyer. We will see if I get any response, but I am not holding my breath! Please, someone do something about this awful company of liars!!!
