I ordered the boxed set of the Carol Burnett show 3/8/09, my credit card was charged on 3/10/09 and the email stated my order would be arriving in 10-14 business days. It is now 4/4/09 and I have since emailed Planetdvd twice without any replies and... I telephoned them and left a rather pointed message on their answering machine without any reply. I proceeded to try and phone them again and this time they changed their answering machine message so you can no longer leave a voice mail. Unfortunately, this company does not know that I want what I paid for and will exhaust all methods to get it or my money returned. I have tried to call their phone number several times and at different times of the day without anyone answering the phone. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my mom who really enjoyed watching Carol Burnett and friends weekly. However, I have already initiated a credit card dispute because they took my money and did not follow through by supplying me with the goods I paid for. I hate when I get ripped off!!!
