BAD DVD'S AND NOT ALL THERE
ON DECEMBER 9TH 2010 I HAD MADE A PURCHASE OF THE COLLECTIONS CALLED THE HONEYMOONERS COMPLETE COLLECTION, 57 DVD 225UNCUT SHOWS AND EXTRAS, I RECEIVED THE DVDS ON DEC23, 2010, ON DEC 25TH, 2010 WE OPEN THE CASE AND PLAYED THE FIRST DVD, WOULD NOT PLAY, WENT TO THE 2ND DVD, WOULD NOT PLAY, THE THIRD DVD PLAYED BUT SKIPPED LIKE CRAZY, SO I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT WAS ON MY BANK STAMENT 631-693-4898 ORDER NUMBER DC340495, AND LEFT A MESSAGE THAT THE DVDS WHERE NOT WORKING AND LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER. NEVER HEARD BACK, WE THEN STARTED TO LOOK AT THE PACKAGING THAT THE DVD WERE IN AND THE NAME ON THE PACKAGE WAS MISPELLED. SO I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER AGAIN FROM MY HOUSE AND NOW A BUSY SIGNAL IS THERE, I TRIED THE NUMBER ON MY CELL AND I GOT THROUGH BUT NO ANSWER JUST A MACHINE THAT SAYS TV/DVD STORE. I SPENT $160 FOR THIS DVD COLLECTION AND I AM TRULY UPSET. THEY HAVE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND EVERYTHING AND I AM VERY WORRIED PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER, THANK YOU SO MUCH TARA POLTO

I am updating my last post as I have found several other site this scam artist is operating on. They are:
1. TV DVD Town.com
2. TV DVD warehouse.com
3. Your DVD Corner.com
I have spent only about 30 minutes researching this scam artist and I am sure they are under several other names. The way you can tell is all their web sites are exactly the same. DON'T BE FOOLED just because their links are on reliable sites such as ebay, amazon, shopzilla, etc.

Planet DVD Store
I had been searching for “The complete series” of third watch for a long time. However all I was ever able to find were seasons 1 and 2 (apparently that’s all that is out at the moment) when I came a crossed PlanetDVDStore.com I got pretty ecstatic because they said they had the complete series and it was on sale for 40 dollars! (I should’ve put two and two together… NO OTHER PLACE had seasons 3 through 6 out yet of this T.V. show, and it was ridiculously cheap) BUT I ordered anyway, because I buy things online quite frequently and I have never been scammed. They said my order would arrive in 10 – 14 days, and when two weeks rolled around, I still had no DVD’s. It was nearly ONE MONTH later before I finally got them, and when I did they were in a broken VHS case and the DVD’s were numbered by HAND! They were recorded straight from the T.V., and skipped horrible. Which, in all fairness they did put a warning on their site that some of the DVD’s may skip, but I thought maybe it would be a skip here and there, but instead on one of the DVD’s the last complete 15 minutes doesn’t work at all because it just freezes in place. THANKFULLY I got them on “sale”, because the original price was marked for over 100 bucks! This place is a terrible, terrible scam, so if you are currently on this site looking at reviews to see whether it’s worth buying something from their site, DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THAT SITE! I’m not sure why I didn’t check on the reviews of this website before ordering from it, but I WON’T make that mistake again!

bad dvd's
My husband and I received the Little House on the Prairie CD’s. We were very happy until we tried to view Disc 1, it had still motion several times and wouldn’t play, so we thought it was our new DVD player and tried it in our old DVD player and it was a little better, and then we looked at the back of the CD, it had scratches and finger prints on it, we tried Disc 2 in two different DVD players and it wouldn’t even play, we looked at the back of it and it had a cracked edge. Disc 1, 2 and 4 through 13 all have many scratch problems. We have viewed to Disc 20 and Disc 20 also has problems but Disc 14 through 19 have no problems other then miner scratches, fingerprints and chipped edges.

defective DVD's
Purchased the "Have Gun-Will Travel" box set for $113.94. Of the 24 DVD sides most will not play, will "freeze up", get stuck in my DVD player, poor sound, etc. Seems like obvious "boot leg" copies of extreme poor quality. The problems were not do to my electronic equipment..no response from them.<br />
Try to contact them do to the major problems with these DVD's. I resent being taken advantage of and, at least, would like to spare others from the misery of doing business with this outfit.

RIP OFFS
I wished that I had read your complaints before helping my 73 yrs old mother place an order. This company is a complete rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The first clue should have been that they do not have a phone number posted on their website for customer service. Then after I emailed them THREE times as to the status of my mothers order, they finally reply stating order was on the way. After I read all the complaints, I told my mother that it was best to try and get her $$ back from the bank and refuse the order IF it was ever delivered. She did just that.
A few days ago, the packages were delivered with no company name on them but it did have Chinese writing all over the package. My mother refused the packages and we guess they are on a slow boat back to China! FRAUDS!!!

False Advetising/ No response
I ordered from this company a DVD series. The ad and site looked legitimate and the description valid. I received a damaged plastic box from China with hand number disks inside. The disks do not work properly and appear to be copies of copies. I have had one email response, the chance of seeing my money is zero. This is not somewhere to shop and should be investigated. But of course that is almost zero too.

False Advertising/Poor Quality
Everything about this Planet DVD Store (.com) website looks legitimite. The pictures, the descriptions, etc. look fine and looks like you are ordering from some website based in the Western world. Surprise! You get a box from China with very cheap VHS boxes inside filled with cheap DVDs that are cheap copies of the television shows/movies you ordered! So far, (as some of the complaints I read before me) I have heard nothing from my emails asking for a refund and return. There's no address. No phone number. No kind of contact information except an email that you get when you first order from "iron man" telling you to contact him with any problems, request for refund, etc. And I haven't gotten any answers from him either. I'm out $200 on the garbage I ordered and I'm suspecting won't see the money again unless my bank takes pity and just reverses the charges!
I REALLY wish I would have looked deeper into their website before ordering...the prices seemed to good to be true even though they were having a Christmas sale! Obviously, they are too good to be true!

Fake Goods
DO NOT BUY from PlanetDVDstore. They advertise that they sell "Limited Edition Box sets" when really they are just copies of DVD's from china sent in an old style VHS box!!! Some discs do not work and they are poor quality. You CANNOT watch in 100% chronilogical order - STAY AWAY - DO NOT BUY - FRAUDS!!!
