Someone recorded of Fox tv Malcolm in the middle and then charged me money the boxset... ha ha was burst open the dvds look loke my nephew had made them (hes 2 years old) and the so called 'high quality' ha ha lools like I filme it with my mobile phone camera. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THEIVES !!

I have purchased video from this internet store. Slow shipping. Awful quality. The video will not play and was copied from TV/nick at night/ shows on video. Video will only play with slow hesitate chopped up picture/stops and then not complete video recorded. Volume awful. The video was packed in tacky case each one not playing complete shows. I can't find return address only internet contact but no response. I want the truth be known that this place is a big ripoff. I don't want them to get away with this. Refund requested. But no address of phone etc. This was to be a gift but unacceptable to give now. I have one more video being shipped but not received yet will just return un-opened.

The site states your happiness and satisfaction is wanted. This is just bad bad advertising. Contact us where? No answer from them. How can they do this kind of business. All false advertising.

Never again use them. Worse quality online. Return won't happen. Refund never seen again.

I recently ordered The 1960's Batman Tv series from this place. I feel I have definately been scammed! They took all kinds of credit card info. and sent a confirmation email stating they mailed my order. However I did not order the DVD they said they sent! Cannot contact them. They will not return emails. What do I do?also found out they are familydvd, and other names I cannot remember at this moment!

Have never received The Guardian with Simon Baker a tv show from a few years ago. Wish I had found this site before i paid.

NO RESPONSE, JUST A BOGUS VOICE MAIL THAT SAYS THE BOX IS FULL.
MIGHT BE OUT OF LUCK.
