This company took and unauthorized amount of 99.49 out on my account and I have been able to reach them with the number that appears on the unauthorized so called the people that you reach are telephone answering people, Iam going to my bank and sign papers that I didnot authorize this and is going to take legal action if my money is not returned to my account plus the $38.00 over draft fee.

for some reason this platinum online group has being trying to take funds out of outr account causing it to go in to have NSF because the money is not there and they were not authorized to take any money out to being with I want this stop and I want these 3 fees of $37.00 a piece returned because you guys are noth authorized to take anything out but yet you keep sumbmitting $99.00 checks to the account. WHY WHY< WHY WHY ? And when I call I for some strange reason I get a live person that have to take a message how wired is that if you dont stop I will file alaws suit and get more money for fradulent transaction against this company.
