I got a final notice letter in the mail on April 1st dated March 18th saying that i won the sum of $450, 000.00 from ALL AMERICAN SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING held among the auspices of GAMES/GAMING ASSOCIATION OF NORTH AMERICA. Entry slip #4816794 with lucky winning #11-67-48-55-23. I needed to contact my Claims Agent PERRY WELLS 1-778-320-0375 MONDAY - SAT 8-6 FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. Encolsed was a check for $4980.00 ( which i was not going to cash until i found more about this company) to pay the non resident tax payble to my tax agent KATLINE BROOKS, BLOCK#283 REVENUE AVE. ST. JOHN, NF A1B4M6, CANADA, BY MONEY GRAM. Now the tax amount is $3980.00. Also, it said in all capital letters DO NOT ACT ON THIS LETTER UNTIL YOU SPEAK WITH YOUR CLAIMS AGENT PERRY WELLS who will advise you on the modalities of claiming your winnings. Signed by Jeb A. Garfield (promotions manager). Now I was very skeptical because this Final notice was my first notice. When I called this so called Perry wells he had a very thick accent and i could barely understand him. He had told me that my name had been drawn on the 18th of March and that it was too late to claim my winnings cause it was April 1st. He then put me on hold and told me that he would see what he could do. He then asked me if i had deposited the check in my bank yet (I hadn't) and in a very anxious voice he told me to go deposit it and call him right back. I then proceeded to ask him more questions and he just kept telling me that i had won all this money and to pay these taxes and whatever was left over was mine. Also, I would receive my check for 450, 000.00 in 2 business days via mail. I was already to hop in my car and deposit this check then I looked this so called company up online and all that came up was how all these people were scamed by this guy. His check will bounce and my money gram will be good. He just made $3, 980 from me. Thank goodness i found this. luckily i wasnt scammed by this one.
