took money out of my account i did not say ok for 99.00 a check i was already in the negative now they made it worse
i have got phone calls from platinum on line and i told them i was not interested i check my account today5/10/2011 and im -200.00 in my account there is a check for 99.00 taking out and they say im going to jail for fraud what ever i told them myself they were fake and they laugh at me and cuss me out something has to be done can someone help me

$99.00 was taken out of my account
I was in need for some financial help so i appilied for a payday loan, a women called and said i had been approved for 1500 and it would be in my account in 24 hours,
i was also told i had been approved for a 2500 line of credit, i told her i did not want that.
the money was never put in my account, But $99.00 was
taken out of my account.I want my money put back in my
account.

I was just robbed of 99. dollars from my checking account from Platinum on line group who I have know idea why they have access to my money.I am speaking with a lawyer and I would also like to know if anyone else in my position what was your outcome?

What is this? We talked about a card If I got the loan. I didnt approve this otherwise or my overdraft... So if this card has money to help me thats different, but It overdrafted me 36.00, The were to call and approve they did not. Like I said, this was only if I got the loan, and this disscussion was over a week ago. They had no right to just take the money, or overdraft me.
