Ripped off
I have never authorized any such company to withdraw funds from my checking account. When I spoke to the representative who I could barely understand. I stated I wanted to receive something in writting before I committed to anything. I never received anything and lo and behold the withdrew money from my account which has caused me overdraft fees. How can I get this resolved?

Unauthorized charges
This company has went into my bank account and made 2 unauthorized withdrawls which have both caused overdrafts on my account ! The first one was for $99.00 + $30.00 overdraft then a second charge of $49.00 + $30.00 overdraft for a total of $208.00 ! What do I do to get my money returned to my account ?

money drawn
$99 was withdrawn from my checking account and i want it back...i never signed up for this and if some how i did i didnt want it. this money was taken out on 7/29 and i want it back now.

took money out of account caused overdraw
i had my account overdrawn based on the fact that i was suppose to get a loan and i told them that i did not want the usa credit shopping club. i was charged 99.00 dollars and a 31.00 overdraft fee because of this.

Unauthorize debit
Platinum Online Group did submit a fraudulent debit to my checking account with Chase Bank. The charge caused my account to be overdrawn. I have never heard of this group, but was told by someone that cash advance companies do have companies attached to receiving a cash advance loan. I want my money back and all bank fees paid by this company.

Unauthorized Withdraw of Accunt
Online Platinum Group withdrew $99.00 from my account without my authorization. Talked to my bank regarding Fraud. I have been fighting them since May 20th regarding the return of my monies. On July 16th talked with CS and was told they had sent my refund on the 15th regular mail. This July 24th and have not recieved my refund.

Unauthorized withdraw
Platinum online group took $99 from my account with a check I never authorized which caused my bank to charge me an extra $34 on top of that. I want my money back! I am going to find out how to track this fake company down and I will be taking legal action.

Unauthorized Tranaction
The Platinum Online Group tried to take 99.00 from my account. They overdraft the account. I never wanted to join their group, They have a check that they wrote to the bank saying I authorized the check, never happened. Meantime this is Fraud, my account is on the verge of being closed, because of these people. I am financially ruin from this because I had just started to recover from the last time this account was hit for fraud. I don't even know how they got this information. You people need to rot in hell for what you have caused. The bank U.S Bank have their own investigation going. You people ruin lives with your fraud and dishonesty.

took funds without clearance
Just like my previous complaint these people took money out of my daughters account in my name Joyce Bell. We can not seem to get these people to understand that this was not our doing. Like before if you could help me get our $99.00 back. I would really like some help here thank you.

unauthorized debit from checking account
they collected $99.99 check number 9999 and I never okayed this . I don't even know the name of the product that I was suppose to have ordered. This is a scam and I need my money put back in my account.
