fraud. please read this info and report to the fbi
There is a fraud operation going on. If you have applied for a payday loan, and have gotten money taken from ur account, check to see who it is. chances are, it may be platinum online group.
They claim on the bbb to be a jewelry designing business, which is obviously a front, because that has nothing to do with payday loans. For those of you who have been scamme, please report this to the fbi at ic3.gov
The scam operates like this-you give a payday loan website ur bank account number, and instead of putting a loan into ur account, they withdraw (usually$99) money, of course making u bounce.
If this has happened to you, close ur account immediately!!!
They will continue to take $99 out of ur account, sometimes days in a row, but they will definitely come back for more.
Go to www.bbb.org and click "check out a business" and type in platinum online group, and there u will see that they are claiming to be jewelry designers. Take this information to ur bank, and let them know what they are trying to do-create and cash fake checks pretending to be a payday loan, and attempting to disguise themselves as "jewelry designers" to any government agencies.

mone withdrawn
This company took $99 from my account. The bank sent me a copy of the check and it had an account number and a phone number. I called the number and was informed that they only take messages for the company and they took my number. I can get any justice! I am a single parent and can not afford to have unexpected money taken from my account, but in this economy no one can afford it. Can anyone help?

unauthorized transactions scams
Platinum online group is a scam...i was charged $99 twice and i never authorized them to withdraw from my account!!! they created 2 checks: chk#22790 for $99.000, and the next day they charged me again!!! And another fake unauthorized check creation!
The customer service number is a fraud because they take messages but no one will call you back!!! What good is customer service if you can't talk to anyone that can assist ?????
And I am not rich so I can't afford a lawyer, so we'll see what the next steps are, but I am going to get my money back somehow!!! And I am going to tell everyone i know and meet what a bad business they are!!! They need to go out of business and refund everyone's money!!!
