withdrew monies from account without authorization
company made three withdraws from my account in one month and I do not know who it is and what it is for. I never received anything for these charges. 99.00 that bounced 49.95 that bounced and a 14.95 for who knows what? Going to the bank right now and changing my account number before I get another 36.00 overdraft fee twice is enough!

withdrawel from bank
Platinum Online Group withdrew $99.00 out of my account. This withdrawel was not authorized by me. It created a overdraft on my account, Now i am out 99.00 + 35.00 fee for something I did not order.

Money removed from account
I had $99 removed from my checking account without authorization which caused all kind of overdrafts and after reviewing and investigating this I find out it is a fraud. How can I pursue restitution?

withdrew 99.00 from my account
platinum online group withdrew 99.00 from my account. i've been trying to reach them at this number 1-818-255-9973 .they claims they are only operators to take messages. i asked what kind of company was platinum online group she stated she could not give me any information she was only to take messages. she stated that they would call me back, but they have not.i asked to speak with her supervisor she stated she could not do that.there was noone top take my call only message operators.i have tried to call them every since they took my money 12-24-09 from my account.they say the same thing every time. how can i get my money back? i asked her how would she feel if someone took money out of her account? the bank charge me 30.00 in overdraft fees total 129.00 i want all my money back .

took money out of my acct. took information from me applying for something else
I was applying for something on line and somehow this company got my information and made a fake check and ran it thru my acct. I am over drawn. I dont have a phone number for them. i havent received anything from them. The check has a phone number on it and its not mine. I want my money back and they should be delt withj.

withdrew money my account
platinun online group went into my bank account and withdrew 99.00.i still donot know whythey took money out, im not able to get in contact with them cause their answering keeps playing messages that their office is closed.im still surprised that my bank let unarthorized withdrawls to take place, they are sending a copy of the transaction in i plan too file fraudulent charges against platinum online group.i fear that when i recieve my social security check it will end up stolen as well. TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT
THIS COMPANY IS IN SOOO MUCH TROUBLE BECAUSE I HAVE WARNED THE PHONE OPERATOR THAT TOOK MY MESSAGE AND TOLD ME THAT ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES WOULD CALL ME BACK WITHIN 48 HOURS AND I'VE HEARD NOT ONE THING. I'VE HAD CONTINUED TO CALL THIS COMPANY ONLY TO GET A RECORDING TO SAY THAT THEY CAN'T TAKE PHONE CALLS AT THIS TIME DUE TO HEAVY CALL VOLUME. I TOLD HER THAT THEY ILLEGALLY WITHDREW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THAT IS FRAUD. I HAVE SPOKE WITH AN ATTORNEY TO TAKE THIS CASE AND I'M GOING TO SIGN PAPERS THIS WEEK. THIS SCAMMING COMPANY IS GOING DOWN REAL FAST. I'M GOING TO BE THERE LAUGHING WHEN THIS PLATINUM ONLINE GROUP DROWN IN THEIR OWN SCAM.

money withdrawed
$99 was withdrawed from my account without my authorization, by the Platinum Online Group. I attempted to call the company, but recieved no response, and was directed to the voicemail on every attempt. $124 total was withdrawed from my account. Either I recieve a full refund of my money or legal action will be taken!!!
