taking money from bank
Money was taken from my bank acct.twice and that was not what was not nice.

unautherized withdrawal
platinum online group tried to take $99.00 out of my account for an unautherized online payment that was returned. The bank charged me $33.00 for an overdraft fee. When I tried to contact them all I got was a recording telling me that I was calling after hours.

Took money out of my account without authoriztion
Platinum Online Group took $99.00 out of my bank account without authorization...the first time the bank returned the money to me...told me to close out account...I have my dissability check direct deposit...because it was so close to the date of my deposit I couldn't close the account until after I received my benefits...and they hit me again!! What do I do now???

this compnay platinum online group withdraw money from my account whichi had just opened two days ago for $99 they are a scam and i will take action in getting my money back

This company has taken 99.00 from my bank account without my permission...My bank has filed a formal complaint and thanks to their customer service reversing the charges...This company needs to BE INVESTIGATED!!!

unauthorized debit from account
Some called and explained about there product told her did not want and she stated she could post date a check for the deposit and I again told her not interested she then stated okay have a nice day and hung up. I want my $99.49 plus the overdrawn fee of $30.00 returned to my account.

this company took 99.00 out of my checking account without my authorization and i want it put back plus the over draft fees that my bank charged me for the over draft or i will take legal action!!

Withdrew money from my account
They took 99.49 from my account & i didn't approve it. Just got letter from my bank sayin i have to settle dispute with them so i'm starting here by making a complaint, they may have some how got my information when i was looking at other loan site's but i did not authurize them to debit my account! I don't even know what the charge was for, it dosen't even show on the affidavit i filed at the bank. So if anthing you can do to help, by all mean's do so. Thank you very much.. P.s. charges
A charge of $49.89 was charge on my debit card on 3/18/2011 which put my account on a negative status. please correct this isssue & paid the overdraft fee your company had impose on my account. I did not authorize a transaction with the company mentioned above. Thank you.

monies collected without permission
There was an unauthorized charge collected from my acct. in the amount of $99.00 I contacted customer support and was directed to leave message waited 72 hours- no call back .I have since then contacted the online group several time, customer support sends me to message board and i get nowhere, Please reply back,
