Un Authorized withdrawal from my checking acct
this company has stolen funds from my checking acct without my consent, I've been in contact with this company on several occasions and was told that the money would be credited back to my acct and it now a month an a half later and they still have not put the funds back into my acct. amt taken was $99.49 . I call and call and i get the run around. this company is runing a scam on people and they need to be stopped ASAP.

withdrew money from my account without my permission
i had an electronic check go through my account for the amount of 49.89 and i never gave any one the right to do so. i have 2 kids to take care of and now my account is overdrawn 49 dollars. they need to stop messing with peoples account.

took money out of account
I woke up on May/17/2011 to find out that platinum online group made up a bogus online check of 99.00 dollars and it withdrawed out $ 167.00 so i went into the bank, disputed the charges and they will refund my money within 2working days lessoned learned it wont happen again they told me 2 keep from getting charged agin close account, get another one same bank.

Debited my account
This company debits my checking account each month and I can't call them, write them or e-mail them. They have a message ctr. with operators that take you name, number to relay to company. After months, I still haven't heard from them, no more than the over-draft on my account.

try to take monet out of my account
Twice Platinum Online has tryed to take $99. out of my account. They even called me and said I ordered this I told them I did not that I applied online for a loan and never go for this kind of credit. Some how they had all my info and said they had already run it thru my account
and would in so many days refund it. I told them it was not in my account and they said it was already being run thru my account. They said I had agreed to this on the phone I told them it had to be a misstake I only has talked about aloan and then they started telling me all my info and said I did order it. I said I wanted to stop. Now I have a $33. over draft Fee I am on Disabilty and I can't aford this.
I don't even know how to get ahold of these people. their 1800 number is no longer in service. Please help

overdrafted
i advised these people that i didnt want this shit and they still witdrawn the money out and they had put my account in a overdrafte. and i want my money to be place back in my account.
