I have been with this credit card company since 1993. They say I am a valued customer. When the OCC made rulings previously, the trouble began. My payment request from the Bankcard Services more than doubled. Because I could not afford to make the new payments, they bagan adding $39 charges to my bill. My account was suspended at my request. The OCC informed me that they did not tell the credit card companies what to charge their customers so apparently, the credit card companies had a free hand in the whole situation. I will also file a complaint with the OCC against this company soon.

Recently, in an attempt to pay off my balance with them, I paid them $11,000. I still owed a balance of around $500. I paid this down to $253.00. Because the due date was changed by them, my bill pay services made a late payment. I was charged an additional $29.
When I called and spoke with them on 7/18/06, I was told that they could not drop this charge because two previous charges had been dropped. I told the person on the phone that I knew it was not his fault but I would be filing a charge against them.

It is sooo past due that Americans no longer be 'ripped off' by these blood suckers! Not just this credit card company, but all credit card companies who are legally ripping off the consumer. Thanks! -Bill
