Unathorized debits from my account
I don't know how this company got my information but they have been debiting my account for 99.95 and I don't have any knowledge of why. This is getting out of hands, you pay bills online and somehow these companies get access to your info and it becomes more beneficial to them than to the customer. Please help me this is the second company that has done this to me.

unauthorized withdrawl
Just called my bank which is Citibank. They confirmed that an unauthorized withdrawal of 99.95 came from Platinum Services, and the Fraud dept. representative told me that he has seen this type of transaction from this specific company PLATINUM SERVICES and it never has been fraud. There are over 80 posts of unauthorized ach debits from PLATINUM SERVICES on this site alone. This is why we all will pay, our children and grandchildren as well, The decisions of a failing institution that we bailed out make me sick. PLATINUM SERVICES IS A SUBSIDIARY of CITI group.

money withdrawl
they took $95.00 out of my savings i have no idea who or why and when i call the phone # its says thank you for calling card member services and please hold then it hangs up the # is 1-800-972-8094.

Withdrawn money from my checking account without me knowing
Unknowingly withdrew money from my checking account without my permission. I would like my money returned to me in full or legal actions will be taken. I do not appreciate the and to the best i would like it returned to me.

unarthurized debit
my account was debited $99.95. i thought i was applying for a payday loan. that was not the case. i called 1-800-972-8094 and spoke with a agent named RJ. stated that i filled out the application on 11/9/2009.which i have no records of.told me it was a lifetime fee.RJ was rude and i requested to speak with someone else. he denied that. i requested to speak with his supervisor.he stated he was the supervisor. i called back and was on hold forever and the phone call hung up.

Unauthorized charge
I was charged a fee of 99.95 from my checking account by platinum service. I wasn't sure what this was for so I called them and asked them to refund my money as I did not know what I was paying for and certainly had no intentions of paying 100 dollars for it. They explained they could cancel my subscription but that the 99.95 was non-refundable. If they persist in perpetuating this type of fraud I intend to file charges against them.
