A charge on my credit card that was not authorized
I do not know who this company is and I have a charge on my credit card for $14.00 that I did not authorize. The charge was made by Platinum Services and I do not know who you are. I expect a refund within 3-5 days.

Unauthorized Debit Charges
Platinum Services debited out of my account as well as 200cash.com. I tried to get a payday advance and stupidly filled out the forms... now I have to cancel my account and am out a total of $120. Does anyone know how I can contact this company?

i don't know anything about them and they keep debiting my account. this is a scam and i am trying to get down to the bottom of it.
i don't have any of the following questions. all i know is that this company id trying to debit my account and i have not done any business with this company. i have no clue who these people are.

This company took 79.95 from my account without my knwowledge and consent..i called the company and the reps were very, very, very rude didn't want to give me any infrmattion about the company..Thats what you call fraud..

My money being taken with out my knowledge
This company went into my acct and has taken $79.95 from me on 4-25-08 without my permission. From what I could tell when you just keep calling and pressing 0 you then get a ignorant person who tries to tell you that you accepted their online credit store charge card and that they sent you a confirmation email which I never signed up for never got an email only got robbed of my money. Now somehow they have all of my banking information. Thanks to them I now owe the bank over draft fees. Which I am discussing with them. This company made sure to tell me that they don't give any refunds. That you signed up. At best talk to your bank put a stop payment on this company right away and block them anyway you can.

debiting my account for which I have no idea what this is. They took $79.95 twice within a week
I have no idea of this company that is taking money from my debit account twice within a weeks time. I tried calling this number and it does not connect.
