unauthorized debit of my checking account
I went to the mac machine today and found out i could not make a withdrawal. when i called the 1800# on the back of my bank card they told me a Platinum Service withdrew 99.95 from my checking account.I do not know who or what they are and i NEVER authorized and debit to them, i want my money back in my account!!!

Unauthorized Withdrawl
I check my bank account on the daily. I saw a ACH withdrawl from my account in the amount of $99.95. I had no idea who these people are or why they took that money out of my account. I got online and googled them and found this site. Really scary. I buy stuff on-line all the time and this has never happened to me. I guess I won't be doin that any more.I went to the bank and filled out a fraud paper. I also had to close my account and open another one. I better get my money back. It was for x-mas presents for my son.

Unauthorized Debt
I was a victim as well from this fradulent company. I did not receive anything but they debited my card for 99.95. I just want my money back and I pray that these people will be punished for what they have done. I think it is wrong for these companies to get you information and use it for their good. I did not request a line of credit and you can't get cash with it. Please some one help to put a stop to this nonsense.

Unathorized whitdrawl from chcking acct
This so called company also took 99.95 and 24.95 from my account now I have been left short on my rent. My kids and I have also been left with nothing to eat for the next couple of days. I admit I got desperate and tried to get a loan over the Internet because of my bad credit. I have called my bank trying to resolve this and can not sleep ever since this happened. My husband advised me to report it to the Federal Trade Commission I think if enough people do this with as much information this bastards get be trapped. I'll be happy when they are finally prosecuted I really hope it was all worth it to them because they will mess up soon since they are just a bunch of pitiful crooks. Stealing from the most vulnerable I am now left having to look for the nearest food bank. I will never in my life forget this crooks I do not know what they look like but I dam them in every prayer.

withdrew $99.95 from my checking account
company withdrew $99.95 from my checking account without my permission and the lady on the phone would not give me any information she just said i can file a complaint but i would not get my money back. i dont think thats right they take my money without permission and i cant get it back. i just want it back and for them to not try it again.

Unauthorized Withdrawal
This company took 99.95 twice out of my account this month (Nov.) without my permission. I didn't catch this untill the second time that $100 was missing in the account. I called my Bank and asked where this amount went; they gave me the name (Platinum Services), and also the phone number 1-800-972-8094. I applied for a loan online not for a mercahadise which I have not recived. It's been a month now. I want my money back. I also want these scammers to be remove so they won't take peoples money without thier permissiom. When I called these people I was told I applied for this Platinum Service and used it towards a purchase which I never did.

Unauthorized Debit
Platinum Services debited my account $95.95. The first time I called the guy hung up on me. the second time I called a lady told me I had subscribed to a service that allowed me $2500 free "online" shopping and gave me 7 days to cancel or I would be charged a service fee of $95.95, she then told me that she would forward me the email that I "supposedly" had received from them. I still havent received her email. I never subscibed to any online shopping, never received an email telling me I had to cancel within 7 days, and did not authorize them to debit my account $95.95.

debited 99.95 out of my savings
Yeah, these creeps took out 99.95 out of my savings account without my knowledge and didn't realize it until after the 30 day grace period and now I will probably never see that money again unless someone helps me. I don't know where they got my information but I finally had to close my account and reopen another.

i didnot authorize a debit of 99.95 to platinum services, i have no idea who they are, but i do want my money to be back into my account today. im a single parent of 2 cannot afford to just hand money away epecially to a company that i have no idea who im dealing with.

Unauthorized charges
In July of 2010 I called this company to inquired about a company credit card with this company and unbeknowst to me my bank account was hacked of money. They have continually taken out money from my account that I have not authorized. Their customer service sucks, and they have foreigner who faked understanding of the English language. I am going to my bank tomorrow and I will also be going to the Attorney General Office in my state and The Better Business Bureau. These sites are notorious for preying on people in these desperate times. Be forewarned.
